因為屋企冇晒咖啡豆，咁啱行開旺角就上網睇有邊間出名嘅炒豆店。去到老闆娘其實個樣有啲惡😀，不過傾開就知道佢好友善同埋介紹好專業！自問espresso嘅功夫唔係好了得，仲要用新磨豆機同埋新豆，因為啲豆好新鮮，你睇吓幾多crema! 再調整多一兩次粗幼應該會更加多crema! 見到樓下有負評話啲豆豆唔靚唔新鮮，唔該識飲咖啡應該都知道新鮮炒好嘅豆豆要等起碼一兩星期先至可以開始使用，咁先至可以發揮咖啡豆嘅風味至到極點。強烈建議樓主收返佢嘅評論，咁樣對本地有誠意嘅咖啡小店極度唔公平！香港已經經濟差到一個極點，真係唔想有質素嘅小店冇得做生意！…Read More

之前幫襯開同一個舖位㗎「姓膠麵館」，可惜佢哋做唔住，之前差唔多個個星期都會過嚟。今日行過試吓新嘢，冇睇清楚就入咗去。一坐低見到周圍嘅裝橫，全部都係簡體字，感覺就好似坐咗響廣州平民區嘅舊餐廳！新開張幫襯套餐送嘢飲，食物唔記得影相，總之食物質素就好一般。叫咗個炸豬扒，點知塊豬扒只有5mm咁厚，係炸得好香口，但係食落去只係食到炸漿！皮蛋魚片湯飯，湯底好假，唔似之前上一手嗰啲湯底咁新鮮好味。最恐怖嘅係，電飯煲放響地下同埋垃圾桶上面，見佢拎飯出嚟，就直接響個垃圾桶上面不。其實有一刻好想嘔，不過算啦，以後冇下次如果你有幫襯開上一首，呢間真係可以唔使幫襯，附近大把更加好嘅選擇…Read More

已經第三次幫襯！頭兩次都極為失望，諗住貪新鮮同朋友入去食下午茶，點知等好耐都唔出，三催四請先至上菜，出到嚟個奶油豬仔包係我成二十幾歲人食過最難食最唔抵食！空氣麵包，好似花園餐廳嗰種，基本上一啖食晒收我幾十蚊！有次食晚飯，見冇人幫襯好多位，可以成間餐廳霸晒所以入去試吓，食完成班人都講晒粗口，又貴又唔好食，難怪之後間餐廳淨係做午市做地盤佬生意！今次係冇選擇，行完山超級肚餓所以俾多次機會佢。我住響附近嘅朋友話基本上餐廳平日10個有九個半都係地盤佬，因為免費泊車，出面好多地盤車出入，沙塵滾滾，記住唔好坐出面！星期日會好少少。朋友仲話夏天呢度超多蚊，咬到Pk，又多地盤臭汗味，所以夏天一定唔幫襯！至於食物方面，非常之一般，越來越差，差過普通茶餐廳水平。啲肉好大浸雪味，啲飯好硬（聽隔離枱話上次啲飯係漿糊咁！ ）我朋友話之前好似有少少好轉，但係今次真係非常差！唯一吸引之處係可以泊車同埋帶狗狗入去，不過屯門好多地方都可以。我食咗三次加埋朋友久唔久幫襯，大家嘅結論係：食物質素參差，環境欠佳，價錢偏貴，似乎唔係做我哋一般人生意而係做地盤佬，今次真係最後一次，寧願坐番車出去屯門，一樣價錢或平啲，仲多嘢食仲好食！…Read More
