聖誕期間,到左Chueca 食晚餐,同朋友一齊共度佳節!地點都唔算好難搵,上環地鐵站行大概5-10分鐘左右。而且餐廳附近都係餐廳為主,即使我地被安排坐左係門口位置都唔會好嘈,而且氣氛仲好!我地今次叫左Lobster rice , Truffled beef cheek, Chef’s Rusa, 加開左一支bubble wine, 咁就成件事好完滿啦!首先黎嘅係Chef’ Rusa, 個底係薯仔沙律加吞拿魚,上面再會舖滿左一層三文魚籽,本身我都好驚三文子籽會令到成兜野好腥,但意外地match, 因為沙律嘅味道可以cover 到,另外會配上一碟小多士,用黎配呢個醬食,用黎做頭盤配酒小食都係岩岩好。之後就黎左Truffled beef cheek, 因為係用臉頰去做,成舊肉都好冧,而且四邊都煎香左,鎖住肉汁係入面,好juicy, 牛本身嘅味道好重,所以個汁就調得比較淡,周邊會加上左薯蓉同埋會有黑松露刨片係上面,配搭埋下一齊食就可以,整體都算唔錯嘅,只係個份量比較細。最後上嘅就係Lobster rice, 都算係呢到嘅招牌菜,份量都可以,而且係有一隻完整嘅龍蝦。成個飯會舖滿哂汁,但又唔會鹹,而係濃濃嘅龍蝦汁而且無味精,唔會為左調味而去做一個假嘅龍蝦味,應該係用左好多海鮮高湯去煮,飯入面會有啲魷魚粒,食落就更有口感。雖然個飯好多汁,但飯軟硬度岩岩好,個汁仲會有啲黏口可以痴住每一粒飯粒!總捨黎講,食物質素中上,份量都尚算合理,價錢方面都係中上,但上環區黎講都可以接受嘅!…Read More

早前朋友係網上無意中見到呢間餐廳嘅烤龍蝦明太子乾伴櫻花蝦烏冬賣相十分吸引,跟住又咁岩有朋友開始放產假~為左同佢慶祝,就簡左呢到~餐廳位置都好易搵(係深水步出名糖水埗隔離)地鐵站行過去都係8-10分鐘嘅事!餐廳樓底都幾高,空間好充足~唔會太逼~佢地嘅dinner set會包沙律,蒜蓉包,餐湯,主菜同一杯野飲~都係百令蚊左右,相當抵食!不過個人認為餐廳員工態度有待改善~因為落單我個嗌左好耐都冇人,同埋食完嘅野放左係台有人送其他野黎都唔會主動收~講反正題~我地4個人叫左4個dinner set, 3個小食加兩個甜品😆真係飽到棒住個肚反屋企啊🤣食物質素唔錯~每一樣都好食嘅~而且分量都大,一人一個set其實都已經好飽!餐湯係忌廉磨菇湯,湯嘅質感好creamy,好滑,唔會好水仲有啲(傑),個人黎講好鐘意呢個湯,因為夠濃味👍🏻沙律分量好足,配上胡麻醬,沙律菜係新鮮嘅~每一條都好綠同埋好清爽蒜蓉包一般食到嘅味道,不過道烤得好脆,送左一陣先食都唔會話好油好林咁,配個忌廉湯簡正係一流!黑松露薯條炸到金黃色,新鮮熱辣辣上菜~配黑松露醬,好快就清左啦川味火炙魷魚鬚辣得好過癮,配上洋蔥青瓜絲同蕃茄仔炒埋一碟~食魷魚鬚食到太膩就可以食反啲青瓜爽一爽個口先~而且魷魚鬚嘅分量都係好多,食極都仲有!韓式蜜糖烤雞翼就一般~原本以為佢會好似韓式炸雞咁炸完再掛汁上,點知原來係炸好比個汁您點,雞翼炸得有小小過左龍~有小小黑同埋個皮有啲厚!但雞翼本身就醃得好入味~韓式蜜糖醬就係一般出面買到嘅韓式辣醬溝蜜糖,成個醬好甜~而且酒味好重~最後我地都冇乜點用佢北海道牛油帶子忌廉汁意粉,意粉軟度岩岩到~牛油果比左半隻好足夠!帶子有兩粒兩邊都煎到好脆~忌廉汁鹹淡適中,好香嘅cream味加上面會灑粉量嘅鹽,又唔會話太多汁好水咁~反而係有啲(傑)咁樣掛上個意粉,牛油果同成個意粉嘅味好搭~好味!慢烤脆烤法國春雞配紅酒醋蜜糖,雞嘅外皮烤到金黃色,而且有一層薄薄嘅蜜糖係面,甜甜地咁!雞就唔算醃得好入味,但因為佢有汁比您點都可以嘅~雞都烤得幾juicy,雞胸位都吾算好乾,紅酒醋蜜糖汁就冇咩紅酒味反而變左蜜糖汁,好甜~個人覺得麻麻地,雞仲會跟啲烤蔬菜,都一樣好夠味混醬烤美國豬仔骨配柚子沙律,又係好大份量!會有3-4條骨~燒烤醬甜甜地又帶啲啲酸,吾會太多醬但又岩岩好夠一條骨,肉質好冧而且好入味~但又吾會搞到啲肉好霉,仲有啲痴住骨,烤嘅時間岩岩好~柚子沙律酸酸地咁好開胃~同埋薯條好好味~上味有灑左啲燒烤味又辣辣地嘅粉~好食過黑松露個個🤣烤龍蝦明太子乾伴櫻花蝦烏冬,本日最佳菜式!果然係網上見到佢係無簡錯~本身好驚明太子會太鹹,雖然佢係每一條烏冬都可以撈到個汁而且會有多,但味道就岩岩好~都係咁多樣野最濃味嘅~但個個味道係會有想再食嘅衝動~櫻花蝦可以多反小小~龍蝦尾個殼炸過嘅,龍蝦肉就煎到外邊熟裡面仲有小小生咁~肉質好彈牙同鮮甜~食得出係新鮮嘅~甜品就點左Brownie 配意大利雪糕同焗肉桂蘋果脆脆配意大利雪糕~兩個都係正常發揮~無咩太特別~飲品就點左Caramel Latte ,Hazelnut chocolate ,Caramel chocolate milkshake 同果茶~朋友就話果茶味道比較似檸檬茶,冇咩其他水果嘅味道~茶底係伯爵茶,其他都係正常水準啦~總括黎講:野食味道質素都有嘅~而且食材新鮮~每一樣都有佢嘅特色!但服務態度有待改善同埋上菜嘅次序都可以改善一下…Read More

旺角鬧市中想搵一間有質素嘅小炒唔係咁易,係卜唔到位嘅情況下,我地好好彩被安排到入座(卜位時段只有6:30pm前同8:30pm後)想要食繁忙時段就要walkin啦~我地早左十日打去問都已經話full哂,所以真係好幸運,7點入座,8點半交台。個半鐘都算充足嘅~入到去裝修得好懷舊又帶點現代,幾特別啲感受花枝蓮藕餅-上菜個陣岩岩煎起,分量都好多,一碟有六件,食得出用花枝打出黎因為好彈牙同埋有啲花枝粒,蓮藕粒分量都好多,配左泰式辣醬好似食緊泰式花枝餅咁,面且每一片都好厚,其實每人食一片都已經好滿足黃金軟殼蟹-先將軟殼蟹炸到酥脆,再用滿滿嘅鹹蛋黃裹係上面,軟殼蟹炸到外脆內軟,鹹蛋黃都好足夠,食落口唔會好油膩,但係食多兩舊都要抖抖先🤣完整有一隻蟹,真係要慢慢食咕嚕肉-呢個真係值得一讚,首先呢道菜自己本身係屋企唔會整,出去到食飯好多時都會叫黎食,但外層粉漿都會裹得好厚,入面舊肉就變相好少,呢個就唔會,炸到好脆但粉唔會厚,起碼咬落去係啖啖肉,甜酸汁做到岩岩好,甜酸適中同埋唔會係溝左好多水個種,成碟菜出到黎係每一舊都平均咁沾滿醬👍🏻都係得地一致認同本日最佳菜式砂鍋豬油臘味煲仔飯-我地真係好好彩,叫左佢地最後一個煲仔飯,落完單到上菜等左二十分鐘左右,上菜個陣係岩岩煲起拎過黎,員工會即時幫我地開蓋倒豉油再撈,之後要再焗一陣先食,一打開,勁香!而且有飯焦!要食到一個有飯焦嘅煲仔飯真係唔易!臘味雖然係碎上,但分量會比足(有臘腸臘肉潤腸)啖啖入口都係油香,個甜豉油好好味,同臘味好夾,可以平衝反臘味本身嘅鹹味(個陣太興奮淨係記得拍story🤣)魚湯杞子浸豆苗(豆苗需另加$20)前面食嘅野都太惹味,菜就嗌得清淡少少,雖然要加$20先食到豆苗,但我覺得比都係抵嘅(本身都比較貴)豆苗好新鮮,每一條都好嫩,分量一樣好多,食極都仲有,唔會煮到好林,都仲會有啲爽爽地咁嘅口感,唯一比較失望嘅係個湯,飲落同顏色上比較似雞湯,有小小咸,但當有個湯飲下暖暖胃都唔錯嘅總括-大碟又抵食而且有質素!會再黎,不過就會卜左位先!…Read More

今次黎到The Leah 主要係想試下佢地個Wellington beef,呢個要pre-order 嘅,所以早兩日餐廳confirm booking 個陣我已經落定單,佢有兩個size, 12oz & 16oz, 為左滿足男朋友想牛嘅願望,緊係要嗌個16oz試真啲啦😊當日book 左一點,早左小小到,因為係平日去所以冇乜人,好快就安排入座,由於已經pre-order 左Wellington beef, 另外加一個lunch set 就已經好夠。Lunch set 方面我地點左scotch eggs & soliders ,fish & chips, flat whiteScotch eggs & soldiers黎到個陣岩岩炸起,流心鴨蛋加一層調好咪嘅肉泥果粉一齊炸,金黃香脆,用面包條去沾蛋漿一齊食更惹味~而且個肉泥充滿住濃濃嘅香草味道,成個口感好豐富但係算比較重口味,反而令後面嘅食物味道變淡Fish & chips 黎到個份量好大份,有一塊炸魚(吾系魚柳)配菜會有啲青豆同埋炸魚淨低嘅脆脆,chips 方面吾係薯條,而系好大舊嘅薯仔果粉漿炸出黎,好juicy好甜,唯一缺點充系粉漿太厚,同埋個魚炸到有小小乾Wellington beef 16oz廚師會焗起左之後拎出黎比您望一眼先,之後拎反去rest 15mins, 黎到嘅時候,已經分好左4舊,真系好大份,會配蘑菇黑椒汁同一份薯蓉,真係吾洗驚吾夠飽!薯蓉都算做得幾滑,好香牛奶味同牛油味,會有一種好飽都想食多啖嘅感覺。Wellington beef 之前有係尖沙咀一間大廚餐廳食過,相比之下呢個會啲遜色,酥皮同牛柳一切就會分離,加上中間個層用鵝肝同蘑菇炒埋嘅配料味道比較咸,但系牛柳就真係好味,好重牛味同埋吾會煮到好老,牛本身冇乜調味,所以配埋一酥皮一齊食都可以中和左啲鹹味Flat white普普通通,奶味好香,咖啡豆唔會好酸,但因為flat white 本身奶嘅比例比較多,變相咖哩豆嘅香咪就吾係好夠Lunch set 跟嘅Toffee pudding 好重椰子味,口感有嘅似鬆餅,有兩個唔同嘅汁比您簡,同埋當日男朋友生日所以就可以預先安排寫名嘅生日蛋糕比佢啦…Read More

粉面唔合格嘅上海菜

本來諗住入香港仔食羊腩煲,點知原來星期六冇卜位基本上係冇等食😅行行下見到呢間上海野門口有師傅即整小籠包,同埋唔洗等位,就入去試下佢啦!佢今次比左個廚房出入口我地(我估呢個位係平時員工食飯用)不過咁都好嘅~上菜快啲啊嘛🤣食上海野,小籠包一定係必食嘅~另外仲有鍋貼,雞絲粉皮,炸銀絲卷,京蔥爆羊肉,九皇銀芽炒膳糊。主食方面就有酸辣湯面同擔擔面。小籠包:食得出即叫即蒸嘅,因為黎再個陣熱辣辣,但係無咩湯,味道尚可,吾算好特別鍋貼:好失望,同食蒸餃冇咩分別,皮好厚,成隻餃有煎到轉左色嘅部分只有1/3,但係一啲都唔脆,最後我只好棄皮食肉雞絲粉皮:果然係無期待嘅野永遠會有驚喜。雖然上菜個陣我有諗點解碟野咁冷清(因為一般嘅都會有青瓜絲)不過賣相唔緊要啦,最緊要好食,麻醬好滑,濃濃嘅花生香味,同埋佢個麻醬有鹹味,吾會太油,粉皮都算彈牙,成個配搭係有90分,加左青瓜絲就會更清新炸銀絲卷:炸得唔夠脆,而且中間唔係好鬆軟,一般京蔥爆羊肉:好夠獲氣,調味岩岩好,雖然佢個羊都大陣騷味,不過配埋京蔥同埋佢個汁就岩岩好,用黎送飯一流九皇銀芽炒膳糊:一樣無期待過就有驚喜,一樣好有獲氣,個汁甜甜地,有啲似蒲燒鰻魚個汁(一開始真係有懷疑佢係用鰻魚)銀芽炒得好爽口,膳好彈牙而且好入味,完全無骨,好食酸辣湯麵:無酸又無辣,真係唔知點叫酸辣湯麵,要自己落醋先有酸味,辣味係一啲都無,食到尾個湯開始變水,應該䇜汁落太多,成個麵一啲都唔掛湯,酸辣湯底配料唔多,食極都只有豆腐,唯一優點係大碗,如果只為填飽個肚,不妨一試嘅擔擔麵:極極極失望,作為一間上海餐廳,竟然擔擔麵煮唔好,成個湯底無味,好稀,唔好話花生味,係連雞湯味都食唔到有,朋友有個食法會再另外加啲花生醬落去食,等個湯濃郁啲,但呢個湯佢都話救唔到,落左半碗醬落去都係完全冇味!總括:主打嘅面同湯都做唔好,反而小炒好食,無期望就唔會有失望;無期望就會有驚喜!…Read More

到左十月又係大閘蟹嘅季節,之前係屋企食過一次心思思又想食,咁岩見到有團購優惠只需$368,諗住都幾抵,加上套餐包7道粵菜同20款點心任點,就打去問下先買卷 (卷需另加每位$20茶芥同埋加一服務費)變相去到每人頭需另加$58,不過都比餐廳本身價錢平,4位以上仲送紅/白酒一支,不過當日佢話冇哂,就比左支氣泡酒我地。當日我地卜左6點(因為卜位個陣佢得6/8點比我簡,我地早左十分鐘到佢地都未開門,咁就等左陣先入左去,一去到佢會先上左7道粵菜嘅其中一部分,之後再上大閘蟹,咁第一轉就系1隻乸其他全部都係公,膏吾算好多,仲要7隻公入面有兩隻係吾新鮮嘅🤢到第二轉嘅再上都系全公,呢次有好小小嘅,相比第一轉係多左少少膏,不過都係一般,到想再食嘅時候有問佢可吾可以要兩隻乸,部長:下,冇嫁喎,廚房有咩就咩嫁啦🙄ok fine~唔緊要,咪食下點心囉~順帶一提,蟹佢地係會蒸好哂一盤拎出黎再用布蓋住,我明咁樣係可以上菜上快啲,但係我地由第一輪食嘅蟹已經係暖而唔係熱,放耐小小腥味就會出黎(因為6點呢個時間得6-8枱)所以蟹消耗時間較長同埋食黎食去都係公就係咁解😑7:15左右開始有7-8成台坐滿,乸就開始出黎,我地當然係即刻嗌反幾隻啦!呢轉係我地食左個幾鐘第一次食到熱辣辣嘅蟹(出煙嫁)但前面已經食左好多公,所以都吾係食到好多隻,叫做有食到囉...但見佢出完個一盤乸好快又換反一盤公嚕..所以真係無得你簡🙃食完蟹想再點小小點心食 等左半個鐘都冇黎~可能因為我地8點要交台吾想比我地食啦,同埋last order唔會問您,自己望住個鐘食啦!點心:不過不失,我地點左燒賣,鮮蝦菜苗餃,金錢肚,鳳爪,肚雞 (一般正常)涼拌:青瓜,木耳(兩個都好食)燒味: 叉燒,燒鵝,燒腩仔(燒鵝好肥,燒腩仔好乾,叉燒夠林不過個汁有啲燶)成餐飯我覺得最好食係椒鹽豆腐。總括,食過一次就夠。題外話:卜位個陣佢不停話好多人卜左台,仲想叫我提早15分鐘離台,但明明我買卷寫明120分鐘,好彩我冇聽佢講同埋個日眼見係好多空台,所以唔知佢點解要咁講🤣…Read More

位於熱門景點蘭桂坊入面嘅火鍋店,連個門口都特別過人,掛住滿滿嘅燈籠,未入去都環係門口打反張卡先☺️聽說呢到晚晚爆場,我地都好難先卜到8:30呢個時間,因為正常嘅晚飯時間一早比人卜哂,如果想食早啲說早啲卜位啦🤣我地準時8:30到左都要再等一陣,店員安排我地系入面坐底簡住野食等下先,好快說安排左我地入坐。舖頭細細,分左兩層,下面只有大約6-8張台,但座位空間好大,唔會好逼。因為食8:30,太餓啦,我地已經係秒速咁簡哂食物,食物紙最後會有對聯,填會有shot酒送🤤上菜速度好快,點完基本上10-15分鐘內會到哂,而且附近都會有員工係你附近,有咩需要佢地會立即幫您處理。湯底: 四川麻辣/沙嗲: 四川麻辣一般,唔係好特別,都唔係好辣,所以最後我地叫店員直接拎碗辣比我地加;沙嗲有驚喜,甜甜地加上濃郁嘅花生味,最後大家都係食呢個比較多黑柏葉/珊瑚蚌:爽口,新鮮但份量吾多鴨血: 煮極都唔入味黃喉/牛骨髓:呢啲部位唔係好多地方食到,黃喉口感爽脆,牛骨髓就較林身,兩樣都食得出係處理得乾淨同埋新鮮滑牛肉:上菜個樣唔係好吸引,但咁多個牛入面佢最好食,而且有牛味手切M6和牛:呢個好失望,因為一啲牛味都食唔到,但又唔會食到雪味,淨係知自己食緊一舊肉吊龍:呢個都係失望嘅,因為成碟牛好碎,無辦法成塊咁拎起去烚,大塊小小個啲烚一陣又好鞋,同埋一樣冇乜牛味西班牙豬腩片/本地黑毛豬肉片:兩個肉都好鞋!同埋好’銀’,同樣地,肉係無肉味,都係唔知自己食緊咩手打墨魚丸/蝦丸:兩個丸都好食,好彈牙,都分別食得出墨魚同蝦嘅味道,個人比較鐘意墨魚丸,因為食到好鮮甜特色菜籃:入而有西洋菜、皇帝菜、生菜、娃娃菜,值得一讚個皇帝菜, 好嫩唔會有渣 (我地係單點完皇帝菜再點菜籃,同樣新鮮)萵筍:切到好大片,可以滾好爽都唔會林,依然好爽口,好味薯粉:呢個真係食火鍋必點,一份唔算好多,各一半放入唔同湯底,吸哂湯嘅味道,但最後都係沙嗲沙完勝另外值得一提調味料嘅麻油,加左之後成個醬嘅味道唔同哂,好香芝麻味…Read More

黎到生日月,約埋三五知己一齊食個飯順便慶生,今次簡左Thai Market,餐廳有分室外同室內,如果坐出面就有泰國風情啲,同埋有live band,但我地怕比蚊咬,所以都係簡反室內啦🤣可能因爲係閒日,餐廳都唔算好多人,我地總共9個人見到佢地有房有問過可吾可以坐入去,但店員話有最低消費要約$4000,咁我地都係打消呢個念頭,坐反出面算啦!泰式酸辣鳳爪味道唔錯夠酸夠辣,配搭埋沙律撈埋一齊可以解到啲辣味,仲有好清新嘅味道泰式炸蝦餅,同一般食到嘅大同小異,唔算好特別,但都有彈牙嘅口感肉碎炒四季豆,呢兩樣都係好好食嘅野,但肉碎實在太鹹如果就咁食嘅話,所以都係要搭條豆,因為豆本身個味比較清淡,同埋主要靠肉碎同個汁令佢有味道馬拉盞炒通菜勝在通菜唔會炒得好老,食到爽口嘅感覺,馬拉盞味道嘗可,不過食到底浸住汁個啲就有小小鹹泰式金袋(炸雲吞)呢個食落去同蝦餅差唔多,只係多左塊皮包住左,但炸到岩岩好,而且細細粒咁一啖可以擺落口,但其實佢同一般嘅炸雲吞分別不大軟殼蟹芒果米紙卷,入面包住軟殼蟹都算大舊,配搭一舊芒果(好似lucky draw咁樣)因為唔係舊舊芒果都一定甜嫁🤣不過配埋啲菜再點個汁,都可以中和下啲味道,唔錯菠蘿炒飯飯底本身有落黃薑粉炒過,都已經夠味,炒飯入面本身已經有三色豆同提子乾,再加上上面甜酸蝦球配埋肉鬆,可以食到唔同嘅味道,就咁食個飯都好香仲有啲因為已經掛住食冇影相🤣🤣泰式冬陰公湯-味道偏酸,入面有好多香茅同乾辣椒碎,都有好多菇同蝦係入面,但就比較重蕃茄味少左椰香味黃咖哩雞+蒜蓉包(呢到係兩個送黎嫁)咖哩係唔跟任何飯/薄餅/包,黃咖哩應該係今餐最受歡迎嘅一味,咖哩唔會好辣但又會有椰香嘅甜味,入面雞肉都好多,可以用黎配蒜蓉包。蒜蓉包烘到好脆,但蒜蓉味唔夠炭燒豬頸肉/泰式炒金邊粉-吾太特別,都係同一般大同小異,冇咩驚喜溶岩椰青海鮮焗飯-呢個我冇食,但朋友個個都話好一般,本身個飯好似冇調味咁,椰漿只有飯上面連海鮮個啲,所以如果前面嘅人撈吾到面拎走哂啲汁,後面嘅人就係食白飯,但椰漿味都唔係好濃好香,最後大家都係用返黃咖哩個汁黎撈飯食如果只係為左滿足食到泰國野嘅癮可以一試,勝在可以圍爐食飯。我地當日有切蛋糕,佢地就人頭$10收費,幾多個人就收幾多錢,但就唔知佢地有冇上限啦🤣另外,好多人都想飲芒果沙冰,佢地有一jar咁賣,我地都有問店員大概有幾多杯佢就好直接話一杯會抵啲,咁就一人一杯開開心心啦🍻…Read More

朋友上網搵到呢間原來係老字號 油麻地係新店 同埋話好full 所以一早就卜定位 決定黎會一會佢 再啤一啤佢卜左7:30 舖頭入面分兩層 本身入去嘅時候都以為人唔係好多 點知原來上到二樓已經差唔多坐滿哂 淨低兩三張空枱 估唔到星期一都咁多人 門口佢地有貼繁忙時間限時90分鐘 可能今日唔算太旺場 所以我地坐左兩個鐘佢都冇趕我地走 咁就可以慢慢食啦食潮式打冷 滷味同蠔餅絕對係不二之選 今日我地都嗌左個黎試一試 另外仲有椒鹽魷魚 豉椒炒蜆 同埋金銀蛋油麥菜 有肉有菜再加支青島 放工就係等緊呢一刻啦🤣滷味拼盤- 入面有紅腸,大腸,墨片,鵝腸,腎,豬頭肉,芽菜,呢碟野個份量好大同埋絕對唔係個底用芽菜墊高左嘅視覺效果,個味道唔會好咸(有試過食滷味個汁好似豉油咁)而且會有小小甜甜地,另外配埋個辣椒油食,就更惹味蠔餅係即叫即炸嘅,因為我地一直都係到期待緊佢上菜,每次見到有人拎住就望下係味我地嘅🤣所以見到佢地會一台一台咁上,唔會係一次過炸起一次過上。蠔餅炸到好酥脆,粉漿唔會太多,入面蠔仔份量如果可以再多少少,口感就會更豐富啦,不過味道黎講佢都可以,因為食到蛋香味豉椒炒蜆呢味打冷我都算常食,蜆好乾淨,唔會有沙,蒜蓉味好香反而豆豉味冇咁重,加上一段段嘅蔥,但如果佢有埋洋蔥咁就更perfect啦😆椒鹽鮮魷-即上即食好好味,但放耐左皮都依然好脆,有好多椒鹽灑係上面,用黎送啤酒簡直係一流👍🏻不過呢個我就覺得一定要配喼汁食 因為咁先可以中和到椒鹽個鹹味,就咁食就會比較鹹金銀蛋時菜我地就簡左油麥菜,另外如果唔鐘意佢都仲有菜心 娃娃菜 生菜 等等時令蔬菜比你簡,食過好多金銀蛋出到黎鹹蛋落太多,成碟野就好似鹽水浸出黎咁,呢個反而三色蛋嘅份量分配得岩岩好,唔會淨係得鹹蛋味就食唔到皮蛋,另外雞蛋會變咗做蛋花 咁就可以痴住條菜一齊食。仲有一片片嘅薑 同埋最重要嘅原粒蒜頭!呢個金銀蛋嘅湯係可以飲落口嘅,飲完唔會好口渴個種。我地三個人食左五個送加飲品都係六百蚊 真係好抵啊 下次會再約多啲人試多啲唔同嘅野🍻…Read More

呢間餐廳都想試好耐 今日同朋友食生日飯 就試佢 因為每次walkin想食都等唔到一係要等到8點幾先會有位 今日就卜定位去食 因為我地6個人 佢分左兩張台 中間有隔板 但因為好遠 傾唔到計 加上背景音樂好大聲 跟住大家都講緊野 就好似去左大排檔一樣 更何況我地分左兩張台 想傾就更難 所以有問過店員因為有隔板可吾可以店拍埋 店員馬上拒絕 咁都理解嘅 因為一啲規例 但係其實店員態度可以有禮貌小小 唔需要黑哂面去講 我地都只係問一句姐 呢到已經好唔鐘意 仲有 店入面嘅燈光太暗 其實坐耐左都唔係好舒服 佢限時1.5小時用餐 咁就拿拿林嗌野食啦半半炸雞- 甜辣炸雞+香蒜蜜糖炸雞 仲會配薯條薯角薯格 每種口味都會另外附上一碟醬汁 如果覺得個雞唔夠味就可以點 呢點都幾細心 個人比較鐘意甜辣炸雞多啲 不過如果甜度可以減小小就好啦DIY飯團 - 一道又有玩又有得食嘅菜 將飯同紫菜 蟹籽撈好再搓出一個球 大又得細又得 呢個都幾好食 好香麻油味 同埋配左紫菜 咁就好簡單又好味泡菜煎餅- 冇泡菜味 而且餅上面嘅配料唔算好多 淨係食到燈籠椒嘅味 大蔥唔夠 韭菜唔夠 比較遜色 而且點個個汁好鹹 都唔係好想點佢 雞蛋飯卷-呢個真心唔好食 我知呢樣野係韓國好hit 但都可以有誠意小小 我都有食過其他 唔會得舊蛋/蛋冇調味 我真係覺得好唔抵食 仲有啲貴tim 芝士豬肋骨 - 呢個一向去食韓國野都會嗌 今次就不過不失啦 醬偏甜 不過芝士拉絲係正嘅 員工仲會過黎幫您係咁二撈一撈 等佢唔好痴底就熄火 會跟爐邊蛋 呢個麻麻地好食 仲有泡菜 飯 同菠蘿 都算多野食嘅 份量都多 就係衰左係個醬豬肉炒粉絲 - 呢個極度失望 首先賣相唔討好 跟住個粉絲好似煮耐左好爛咁 但明明佢唔爛 但就似一個粉好左嘅粉絲再事旦放啲配料係隔離 味道都唔好食 唔鹹但又冇咩味咁 魚片湯 - 味道偏鹹 不過配菜都多 有菇 粉絲(呢個粉絲反而ok) 魚糕 魚板 鵪鶉蛋 獅子狗 成個湯望落好豐富 而且會有個爐俾你一直滾住 咁就可以飲到熱辣辣嘅湯 不過唔知係唔係人手唔夠佢上咗個湯但係冇比碗都冇比湯匙 係唔係應該要成個煲拎起嚟飲呢?(哈哈哈)總括個人認為冇網上評論講得咁好食 都係一間好普通嘅韓國餐廳 如果講比較好食嘅應該係炸雞 其他我都覺得好一般 而且價錢唔係話十分抵食 試過就好 另外 佢地個舖面員工成日都唔見人 唔知人手係咪咁短缺呢…Read More

同事特登簡左呢間同我食生日飯 川菜真係比較少食 而且係香工入面 真係要搵下先識路 都估唔到原來香工係有野食嫁 睇到佢個酸菜魚望落好吸引 就叫左黎試下 另外仲叫左黑糖糍粑 京蔥牛肉 炸酥肉 炸饅頭 酸菜魚上嘅時候會唔開火住 因為再煮魚肉會好爛 佢送上黎嘅時候係岩岩好 都好彈牙 而且唔會有骨 細骨都冇 但係佢只係有熱熱地暖暖地咁 最後我地都決定左開住火滾住食 咁食就更惹味 我地只係叫左bb辣 所以食落酸味會比較重 但係酸菜湯底做得幾好 有花椒 辣椒粉同豬骨湯嘅味道 而入面配料都好多 有好多芽菜 同酸菜 另外仲有寬粉跟左係入面 索哂啲湯 食完個酸菜魚我地就轉打邊爐 響鈴一般 唔係好脆 另外嗌左水魷魚同牛柏葉 都係一般水平 無咩特別驚喜 不過特地有嗌多左一個寬面(因為一開始唔知佢有)湯底愈滾愈濃 煮個面就愈黎愈索味炸饅頭我地放左一陣先食 所以佢冧左 不過都好食嘅仲 因為有練奶啊嘛🤣 黑糖糍粑唔錯 外脆內軟 加上黃豆粉 不過黑糖醬我自己就唔係好鐘意 因為覺得有陣中藥味咁 炸酥肉都係普通 冇特別 又唔係特別酥 只係有舊肉裹左粉拎去炸配個泰式辣醬咁 京蔥牛肉有啲唔抵食 因為成碟野京蔥墊底好似望落好多 但其實牛嘅份量十舊都未必有 同埋唔夠惹味 (呢個冇影相)不過依家訂位指定時段有68折 最後埋單都叫抵食嘅 …Read More
