呢排成日俾呢間泰國餐廳暴風洗版,我又未食過曼谷火車夜市嘅網紅火山排骨,決定同朋友一試。Milu Thai位於銅鑼灣耀華街百樂中心,成棟都係餐廳。餐廳以塗鴉風為主題,充滿活力。一坐低見每一枱都有火山排骨,當然我地都有嗌啦,期待 !🐷 火山排骨一上枱真係嚇親,比想像中仲要大份,超巨型,夠4個人食。 有3至4舊大骨,砌成一座小山,加上青辣椒芫荽蒜頭檸檬葉醬汁,好惹味。肉質幾腍,唔算難拆,餐廳有提供膠手套,唔怕整污糟而且用手食更有風味。筋位軟嫩,又有骨膠質,層次豐富夠香口,絕對會再食。🍛 咖哩三重奏 (配蒜蓉包)除左招牌火山排骨,呢個咖哩三重奏都值得一試。上枱嘅時候店員會放個燭台熱住個咖喱,一個鍋分左三格有三種咖哩,包括青咖喱、紅咖喱同馬沙文咖喱,啱晒有選擇困難症嘅人。每格都配上唔同嘅海鮮,青咖喱係三種入面最辣,不過都唔算辣,配上厚肉軟殼蟹,好味。紅咖喱有蝦、青口同帶子,唔會辣,海鮮都幾足料。而馬沙文咖喱就重椰香同埋有少少甜,配上炸魚塊、扇貝同薯仔。仲有蒜蓉包粒粒點咖喱。我地另外嗌咗個薄餅,同想像好唔同,係酥皮唔係軟身的。🥗柚子鮮蝦沙律因為太多肉嘅關係,要咗柚子鮮蝦沙律。鮮蝦份量唔少,彈牙爽口,柚子清甜多汁,無苦澀味,酸酸甜甜夠開胃。仲有搭配腰果,香口。🥬馬拉盞炒椰菜苗菜有4種 – 椰菜苗、通菜、芥蘭同雜菜,而煮法都有4種 – 蒜蓉、馬拉盞、飛天同清炒。因為椰菜苗唔係成日有得賣,比較少食,一於試吓馬拉盞整法。椰菜苗新鮮翠綠,口感爽脆,帶點微辣,炒得夠鑊氣。…Read More

呢排成日見到呢間店,又約埋朋友黎試下先。餐廳大概有10個bar檯位,另有3張2人order檯。公眾假期前夕嘅晚市,都要等下位,雖然無得book位不過好似有得用apps 拎位。見人介紹過 $380起跳嘅omakase,不過第一次食就試下set先啦。我地嗌咗特上壽司拼盤同壽司拼盤。兩個拼盤都係有十件,特上就有多啲貴價魚,可能我比較大食,食完十件都仲未飽。壽拼盤有油甘魚、三文魚、甜蝦、真鯛、帆立貝、三文魚籽、池魚、吞拿魚腩、北寄貝、辣味三文魚。而特上壽司拼盤有吞拿魚腩、深海池魚、牡丹蝦、赤貝、海膽、三文魚籽、火灸左口魚邊、鯖魚、魴鮄、蔥吞拿魚腩。其實所有魚都新鮮好味,厚薄適中。印象比較深嘅係火炙左口魚邊壽司,夠厚身又有油香。吞拿魚腩就好肥美,魚油分佈均勻,入口即溶。總括黎講,呢個價錢係呢個地段食到呢個質素係相當唔錯。下次有機會會試埋Omakase。…Read More

由於太想念家鄉,一於豪一豪試吓呢個$1688 豐‧特上 omakase set。餐廳環境舒適,位置唔多,大概可以坐10個人,咁樣師傅可以有多啲時間同每一位食客交流。聽閒主理師傅Michael係前日本首相橋本龍太郎嘅御廚松戶利雄嘅徒弟,經驗十分豐富。咁就omakase(お任せ)「 拜託了」✨ ☕️ 一坐低先上熱茶同小食,有核桃小女子(玉筋魚、小梭子魚),甜甜地嘅核桃加上醃製過嘅小女子,非常可口。另有柚子蘿蔔,蘿蔔切成厚片,酸酸甜甜,再加上薄薄嘅薑片,清甜開胃。 🥒 酸青瓜配菠菜 - 菠菜煮得爽身,酸青瓜嘅沙律醬份量適中。🦐 明蝦 - 肉質爽甜,彈牙得嚟又細綿黏口。🥚 明太子玉子燒 - 明太子份量啱啱好,唔會令玉子變得過鹹或者過辣,甜中帶辣,層次豐富。🍇 來自沖繩嘅海葡萄,其實係一種可食用嘅海藻,晶瑩剔透,味道鹹鮮,清甜爽口。🐚 然後係自家養殖嘅角螺,喺身後嘅魚缸拎出嚟,夠晒新鮮,夏天嘅角螺會比較爽甜,咬落爽脆彈牙。🤍 最後仲有北海道帶子,超爽超厚身,口感豐富。🦀 呢碟嘅重點除咗已拆肉嘅北海道毛蟹同味道濃郁嘅蟹膏,仲有當造嘅滋賀縣無花果,踏入五月成熟期嘅無花果果肉夠腍可以連皮食,旁邊仲有用自家釀製左3年嘅梅酒整成嘅啫喱,真係創意同味道都係一流💓🐟 刺身款式都唔少有右手邊嘅薄切鱆紅魚,灑上海膽粉,有啲鹹香,點埋柚子酸汁,完美。 左手邊底下係輕輕燒過嘅金目鯛,配上海膽同肉質鮮甜嘅白蝦。另外亦有螢光魷魚,新鮮爽彈。最後食嘅係大拖羅,完全冇渣,入口即溶,魚油豐富,最後就食埋靜岡番茄清清口入邊嘅味道。🍣 壽司有五款,壽司飯軟硬適中,師傅熟練嘅握功,壽司飯完全唔會散開。🐟 活赤貝 - 師傅𠝹花之後,上碟前用手拍拍,赤貝即刻伸縮,超級新鮮 !🐟 左口魚配左口魚邊 - 火炙咗嘅左口魚,逼出油香,再配上左口魚邊嘅油脂,夠晒滋味 !🐟 北海道銀雪魚 - 超級強勁嘅骨膠原,十分肥美,超贊 !🐟 醬油漬吞拿魚 - 味道濃郁,肉質軟腍,魚味十足,完全冇根 。🐟 北海道根室海膽 - 肥美嘅根室海膽,入口即化,海膽鮮甜creamy。師傅話顏色越深味道越濃郁。🐮 宮崎A4和牛粒已經調好醬汁,配上蒜片一齊食,蒜香完全提升左和牛嘅味道。🦀 昆布紫蘇葉鱈場蟹 - 外表似紫菜卷,原來入邊包左鱈場蟹同紫蘇葉,炸得一啲都唔油膩, 好香口。最後仲有粟米芯天婦羅,爽甜嘅味道。🍲湯品有慢煮5小時嘅干貝大蜆湯,湯料豐富,鮮甜濃郁,讚! 🍨甜品放入木色的格仔箱中,豆腐雪糕味道清清地,口感軟滑,唔會太甜。蜜瓜清甜多汁,天然健康。至於白兔入面嘅蜜瓜味卷蛋,份量適中,蜜瓜忌廉非常creamy,呢個配搭唔膩好味,完美嘅一餐。💓 每一道菜都係心機作,用嘅都係當造嘅食材,而且配搭新穎,非常值得一試!…Read More
