令人回味之Crème Brûlée焦糖燉蛋

每次經過Paul Lafayet都會見到一個個可愛的小缽子,再加上貌似蒸水蛋的甜品,不其然都跟男友說上網很多人都大讚的,於是今次我們經過就決定買下來試吃!選了”蒸水蛋”後,我們就去收銀處排隊付錢,沒留意那時店員已悄悄將冰櫃內的”蒸水蛋”(正確是焦糖燉蛋)用火槍燒出焦糖來〜那刻我們還不知道呢!店子沒提供位子的關係,我們就去到尖沙咀碼頭的麥當當坐下才享用。一打開,”蒸水蛋”的整個表面都是焦糖,很興奮,那時就想起應該是我們付款時,店員將它的表面燒出焦糖!雖然我倆只是買了一份甜品,但有齊盒子、有紙袋,還細心預備了兩隻匙羹給我們!至於味道,我接受甜度的程度不高,我就覺得Crème Brûlée有點過甜,不過Crème Brûlée的質感超滑的,焦糖很脆,夾著一起吃口感極佳!連不嗜甜品的男友亦大讚好味道!我覺得二人吃一個剛好,如果一人一個可能就會太膩。Crème Brûlée令人有種想再吃的衝動!可是各店鋪不是我常出沒的地方,不可經常去買呢!吃畢,我就將Crème Brûlée的器皿抹乾淨,已帶回公司放萬字夾  …Read More

在旺角吃飯可說是豐儉由人,平的吃個粉面,貴的可以去酒店吃自助餐,而我就希望能在平價之中又找到一個地方可以坐得舒舒服服的享受一下晚餐。風味園也不是第一次光顧的了,下午茶試過、晚餐也試過。地點亦就在乘搭我家小巴的附近,鄰街之隔,超就腳的說~店內很多卡位,冷氣亦很足夠呢~今次也是去享用晚餐,剛好帶了相機,也耐心地把食物逐一拍下。但由於午餐吃得太飽的關係,晚餐都沒甚胃口,我倆只點了”常餐”,價位在$30-35(忘記確實價錢),絕對是經濟之選~我要了的是羅宋湯湯底通粉,配牛油豬仔包、腸、蛋,熱檸水。羅宋湯不辣不酸,且有點甜,但可以接受,整個通粉都是一般茶餐廳的水準。牛油豬仔包是我滿心期待的,心想像脆脆奶油豬的味道(但明明牛油豬仔包!!,我的想法真奇怪)~吃到最後,反而我覺得太乾了。熱檸水雖然只有三片檸檬,但檸檬味很足夠!男友要的常餐是:沙爹牛面,配牛油多士、火腿、蛋,凍奶茶。沒問他好不好吃喔,哈哈~ 每晚提供精選晚餐款式不多,約$45-50左右,但其實這個餐廳除了精選晚餐之外還有其他選擇,有小菜、有扒類、有炒粉面類、有麵包類等,所以路過旺角想填飽肚子,來風味園也可以喔!…Read More

生腸拼盤墨魚($不明)這個不是我杯茶,總覺得生腸有怪味(內臟味?!)...不太喜歡!卥鵝($78)皮肥了一點,味道還可以。蠔餅($50)友人說油麻地廟街的好吃很多,因為炸身不夠脆,比較”淋”。而我覺得可以,蠔也不是粥那些小小的,我覺得足料。大眼雞(時價,昨天價$150)因有朋友遲來,一直不敢動它,等齊人才開始動手吃,結果大眼雞在冷氣底下再風乾了一小時,弄至肉皮難以分離,這個我覺得一般,因本人不愛吃魚,蘸了大眼雞專用的醬料也覺得怪怪。椒鹽九肚魚($68)這個極級好吃,炸得脆,魚肉很滑,不會太咸,我就最喜歡吃這種炸物!我不愛吃魚,但這個椒鹽九肚魚正呀!啫啫通菜煲($不明)這個點了菜差不多半小時才上菜,不知道是侍應見我們齊人才吩咐廚房點菜並還是真的要弄那麼久。啫啫通菜煲我是第一次吃,嘩,惹味,亦是很好吃,唯一缺點是多油。金銀蛋浸莧菜($不明)後到的兩位友人點的,這個跟酒樓吃的差不多,不難吃。還有三罐汽水、一碗白粥。最後$580埋單(每人$116)。店鋪冷氣足夠,但店內比較窄!…Read More
