煲仔飯叫咩餸要識揀

1月7日︰第一次幫襯,叫左蒜香牛頸脊飯及豬膶黃鱔飯再加多個菜胆雞半隻。菜胆雞先上場,半隻分量非常足夠,雞肉滑而不肥,掛住食,忘了影相。煲仔飯上枱,店員細心幫忙淋豉油(真好,免除我每次都唔知要淋幾多豉油先夠),焗多幾分鐘,飯粒分明,夢寐以求的飯焦啱啱好、非常脆口 兩款煲仔飯都好正,一打開蓋的蒜蓉味真的好香、牛頸脊夠腍,黃鱔非常爽滑、豬膶雖然焗過,但不鞋口。兩個人KO埋碟菜胆雞,飽到不得了,很滿足  2月12日︰食過翻尋味… 年初五,博一博去睇下有無開門做生意,有八、九成客,等左3分鐘有枱。今次試左豉汁帆立貝象拔蚌飯、野菌鵝肝飯,及蒜蓉炒芥蘭。碟菜好快上枱,當然在天寒地凍的晚上要襯熱食。菜食完了,煲仔飯仍未到 ,雖然知道催不得,但菜同煲仔飯上枱的timing應該可以夾一下。飯終於到了,朋友恐怕帆立貝和象拔蚌焗得太耐會韌,只過了一、兩分鐘就打開,結果無乜飯焦 。帆立貝有兩隻,加左豉汁,味道都OK,不過象拔蚌只有幾條似粗橡根般,不好送飯,只好把蒜蓉炒芥蘭的菜汁撈飯食。而野菌鵝肝就9:1,得幾粒鵝肝,又細粒,只食出小小鵝肝味 。會再下次黎幫襯,但會揀多餸多汁果D煲仔飯,唔想食左幾啖餸或得豉油撈飯。…Read More

在一個風和日麗的萬勝節中午,慢步於蘇豪東,發現新開了一間充滿農場FELL、又以趣緻特別的豬豬為裝飾的餐廳,感覺環境不錯,便走進去食個BRUNCH。揀選了門口的開揚位置,可親親陽光氣息。店員親切有禮地介紹了餐廳的招牌菜 - 招牌德國咸豬手及The Salted Pig Lager Draft,另加西班牙海鮮飯及一杯Lemonade。招牌德國咸豬手的確唔錯,皮脆肉嫩,配上啤酒 並配有焗薯、焗紅蘿蔔、酸菜,份量不少,其實覺得配菜比豬手更好味 。二人食唔哂,打包豬手第二日食,仍然好味!西班牙海鮮飯就麻麻地,雖然份量不少,但味道不突出,飯太濕,好似只是把海鮮放到泡飯上。兩個人,兩碟+兩杯 = $700,覺得不太值 ,相信這個價錢的午餐可以有好D的選擇。…Read More
