話說OpenRice 做28蚊優惠叉燒飯，我12:35 分落單預計半個鐘就可以自取，我1 點就到門口等，1:06 OpenRice app 就話可以取餐。但現場所見只係叫到T018（我的是T025),而且有多人都在等出餐。見店員只顧做其他平台既外賣相反OpenRice既一直唔出餐。到了1:15 就同店員反映，既然接左單亦話取得餐就應該出俾我地而唔係要我地乾等。店員最後在1:20 先慢慢開始出返OpenRice 訂單。最後要50 分鐘先出到一個叉燒湯麵，對呢間餐廳好失望，如果做唔到又為何要接單？ 食物質素唔差但處理失當…Read More
