高級海鮮燒-放題夜宵磨

前幾日,睇大台嘅夜宵磨,介紹呢間"高檔串燒放題",除左入場價比一般放題貴啲,但同時亦提供啲特別同優質啲嘅身材,仲有就係有啲貴價嘅海鮮。 個人認為,靚嘅海上鮮,一定要食原味,一係清蒸,一係bbq, 而兩者又以bbq為佳,因為更香口更惹味。所以即管一試hehe︿︿話說呢間餐廳叫火山燒,餐廳的壁畫襯返晒個主題,有好多手繪壁畫,係簡單的水泥牆上,增加左好強烈的日本感,同埋趁晒個主題,勁like! 而且餐廳名都符合商品說明,有別於一般日本燒肉,原來餐廳用左火山的石頭黎keep住個高溫,無咁易燒燶,而且亦都無燒肉果種大油煙嘅感覺,特別選個抽油煙機,極夠力,食完個身無一陣味,讚!一坐低,就緊係睇下有咩食,牛羊豬雞都有好多款揀,而且亦不乏蔬菜同特色食品,為求咩都試下,每樣都點啲。同時又見到好靚嘅醬汁,原來每款都係店家親自調配。坐低無耐,店員就話只要每位加$88就可以加點一份和牛海鮮拼盤,原本覺得任食都未必食得晒,再叫好似好浪費…但見到隔離枱果個盤好正,真係覺得$88係超級爆抵,淨係隻虎蝦,平時食都唔只$100啦,唔點真係對唔住自己…登登登登…我地個盤到嘅時候,同樣震撼!店員仲係我地面前幫我地燒,嘩,隻虎蝦堅大隻!!!!!咁長過隻义,啖啖肉,勁新鮮,而且肉質爽口,同龍蝦有得比! 鮑魚榮螺都好正,少少黑椒同鹽,已經可以吊出鮮味! 正!$88食到呢個質素,真係勁抵!食開海鮮,真係停唔到,店長推介一種日本超大新鮮北寄貝,見到係個魚缸度都好吸引,一不離二,整兩隻試下,廚房燒好先上枱,一黎到勁香,而且入面充滿水,食落好juicy而且啲水都飲得,係甜ga! 肉質彈口,加埋鮮甜口味,真係好味到差啲唔記得影相! 而且店長話,呢款貝香港其他地方無得食,就只有佢地有,食完想再添,不過諗落應該要食返正常串燒先抵😂好在我地唔貪心,樣樣點啲試下,如果唔係一定食唔晒必食…蕃薯仔,秋葵,雞脾菇,芝士年糕雞翼,各款牛,黑豚豬只要就快熟時,加少少醬汁 (蜜/辣/燒), 即變惹味香口串燒! 每樣試一轉已經好飽😁總括黎講,要book 定下次再黎😁…Read More

白布街,短短一條街,永遠都充滿驚喜今次途經呢間宮廷優雅feel 嘅甜品鋪,趁唔太多人,即刻同閨密入去high個甜品啦講真,呢度周圍都係photo opp, 真係好聰明,搞到自己以為去左英國hi tea 咁,女性化嘅裝修,岩晒女性。最驚艷係,全部甜品嘅presentation 都好靚,影相shelfie必備朋友最想試棉花堡,因為真係太少女,夢幻,岩晒我地呢啲中女懷緬一番…呢個甜品,吸睛度100分,單單係上層嘅嘅棉花糖已經令人開心,當然食落都係棉花糖啦XD玻璃瓶內,裝住brownies同埋雪糕,present出黎真係幾靚我就試左法式撈麵,原本以為係平時果啲撈河,原來係將pancake皮切幼條,加上cream 同埋生果,雪糕,將pancake嘅element重新排過,但成件事靚晒,充滿驚喜…甜品師傅仲好有心思咁加左一粒蝴蝶酥,簡直好似畫一樣…Read More

韓風襲港,韓燒韓食周圍都係,但老公一直都想食部隊鍋…我一向都麻麻,一來個鍋好大,二來只係食腸仔,午餐肉同麵,我唔太喜歡…知道有K-pot呢間,專食部隊鍋,但又加入港式任食火煱元素,就陪下佢去啦…雖然我唔食我多,但都希望樣樣食下,試下呢間餐廳就係好多人嘅創興隔離,樓下大大個招牌,係人來人往嘅彌敦道都好易搵…入到去到韓式setting XD 三部大電視,播緊K pop, 圓枱矮櫈…我地平日好早到,無咩人(但之後就越黎越多)開席前,仲有好貼心嘅橡筋供應,驚我地長髮會整dirty個餐好簡單,百幾蚊起,所有野都任食,任飲,分別在於牛嘅等級不同。我呢啲c9仔,唔係成日食牛,但食親都有要求(quota有限嘛)最後揀左美國尊上牛肉放題…除左牛肉,仲有雞肉,牛粒同埋魚主食之外,仲有好多配料可選,有菜,菇,年糕,粟米,大腸,豬皮,韓式餃子,勁多特別嘅醬其實講真,我唔太好韓食,不過辣辣地,係夏天的確易入口啲,一開始試下個湯底(緊係揀左部隊鍋啦),咦?! 係甜甜地,唔辣ga wo, 我相信佢就返香港人嘅口味,所以有另外serve辣醬,自行加辣(咁都好,可以就下唔太食辣嘅老公 XD)之後緊係試牛啦,啲牛,豬腩肉一夾起,超薄片,當然啦,個刻心諗,等我食多幾碟回本先(當然最後太飽無再加啦,因為真係太多野,太多種類=.=)以為薄片牛,唔夠喉,但原來又快熟又嫩,而且食落油脂香,牛味重,唔錯唔錯腩肉有軟骨又快熟加埋個湯底,都好惹味,正!配菜其實同普通打邊爐差唔多,唔同在於韓式料,例如紫薯年糕,辣大腸,辣豬皮,泡菜餃子,仲有最緊要嘅主角…………即食麵!!!!! 同埋午餐肉呢兩樣真係靈魂,加埋k pop 同芝士,茄汁焗豆!!!好韓式呢~~其實個餃子都好好食!!食完個麵,真係飽到想嘔! 但係仲有甜品,糕點就免啦,食個乳酪解下熱氣,仲可以自己配搭醬同料,太happy啦,可以扮麥記姐姐整體而言,香港化部隊鍋都幾好,一次過食到好多韓食之餘,但好抵食,呢個價錢,仲想點?去隔離果啲任食,仲係食緊啲下欄野…而且走時仲有韓式糖,清一清口嘅😂味…Read More

邊個話甜品一定要飯後食ga? 我就係要甜品當飯食!(其實都係吹下水, 因為呢間野實在太爆, 次次食完飯過黎就有一大堆人圍住, 所以次次都唔願排,但又好想試wo 唯有係平日dinner 時間黎啦! )雖然個時間有d 怪, 但咪講笑, 平日7:30 到都竟然有6成full (!!)... 仲要安排我坐樓上, 因為樓下已full (!!!!!!) 相信好多人都想黎試下呢度d 甜品, 唯有好似我咁, 係非繁忙時間出現。實在,我估呢個鐘數應該係pre-dinner, 即係行行下街,累累地坐低食少少野再戰, 之後食late dinner .... 不過應該係後生仔多d 囉!~ 我呢d緊係甜品當係dinner 就算XD芒果拿破侖成日都食既一個甜品, 大家都知個塊穌皮, 都係個d 啦, 不過要焗得鬆都係要買靚野同埋時間火路都好啦! 呢幾點呢度做得幾好~精萃位係個吉士醬, 點樣先可以唔漏, 稍甜同夾到芒果味呢! 我都唔知佢點整, 不過就有齊晒呢幾個重點, 食落清甜, 而且可以食 晒成個, 唔會食到中昌間甜得滯, 頂唔順。夏日鮮果窩夫dinner呢個時間,就係食唔到太多凍野。呢排好多甜品鋪好興窩夫,其實我都成日食.... 明明甜品係輕食, 但又唔知點解, 而家興食 咁飽肚既野..anyway 呢個鐘數識waffle 就好岩得啦 (我見在場都好多人好似我咁叫waffle食) ,配左個曲奇雪糕。 基本上呢個waffle 可以唔加任何醬食, 因為個waffle 本身太香, 香到我忍唔住勁食。一問waitress 先知, 原來個receipt 係用蛋黃唔同蛋白, 唔怪得咁香。如我所期望, 真正外脆內軟, 唔係果d外面硬崩崩, 會"杉"咀果d! 平時我食waffle 喜歡配香蕉, 不過今日實在熱, 所以配左鮮果, 都好清新, 唔錯唔錯!凍有機玫瑰排毒美顏茶(配士多啤梨雪葩)食左咁多甜野, 都要整杯唔漏既野飲下, 通常我會叫杯水就算, 點知個waitress 誠意推介呢個"有機玫瑰排毒美顏茶"! 自從試左一次,我同同事就不時黎食素好喜歡呢種清新又好味嘅感覺Lunch嘅menu其實無咩點變,日日差唔多,不過都好多choice,每次要揀食咩都需要點時間,因為款款都好吸引...每個餐都有包湯同前菜 (wasabi冷麵)西蘭花雲耳鮮蔬稻庭烏冬見到咁綠,真係覺得好多fresh, 尤其而家咁熱嘅時候,雖然呢個餐差唔多係最平,但啲料一啲都唔馬虎,尤其個烏冬好彈牙,配埋個湯清清地,但好好味,個烏冬真係好正,不過今次我唔係食呢個…鮮茄露筍雜菌炒意粉呢個係我最愛嘅一款,炒得黎同有肉嘅一樣,味道好吸引,意粉夠彈牙,加埋啲汁味道蕃茄味重,唔係用cheap cheap茄醬開出黎,味道清爽加埋雜菌,口感又實在加埋啲意粉,我好快就清左同事仲點左巧手素丸雜菌湯稻庭烏冬支竹時蔬煮班腩飯大家一致認為質素非常好而穩定,已列內lunch 餐廳最愛之一…而且同我地諗法嘅人都越黎越多,lunch人越黎越多,今次黎仲要等位tim ,講真間餐廳係三樓,有如此成績都真算唔錯了!…Read More

呢間蒸餾海鮮打邊爐近黎出晒位, 朋友話試過食到海鮮既新鮮又唔熱氣,最後仲有個粥食返d 精華, 好似幾正咁, 一於黎試下平日8點去到, 高朋滿座, 圍圍都係35知己吹水格局[IMG:11個煲真係幾過癮,高壓蒸汽噴咀係底,會不斷咁噴蒸汽,蒸熟啲海鮮,再將海鮮嘅精華(水)滴返落下面個兜,煮返啲粥....中間果層會放荷葉…放左係度隔沙,唔會污染啲粥老細話自己係本身係水上人, 識揀又有好貨源, 而且佢d 貨大多係本地,因為夠新鮮又抵食呢度d 海鮮有d 係時價, 但大部分都係一份份咁賣, 仲可以親自去望下睇下d 貨靚唔靚, 岩唔岩食, 幾均真揀好海鮮, 處理好之後,就會逐樣上,每種海鮮需要蒸既時間不一, 大多數都要3分鐘, 可以想像下呢餐飯都會食好耐, 因為係被迫慢食, 但咁都有好處,一班人食下, 吹下水, 又食下咁, 唔錯!多種蜆類,花甲,沙白同埋蕃薯蜆 啲蜆類好新鮮,肉實彈牙又鮮甜,又無沙…原來花甲有分公"拿" ,"拿"啲肉係甜好多,又多汁同大隻啲…一樣價錢緊係叫花甲"拿"啦…嘩嘩嘩,D蜆蒸黎食真係好正! 啲汁一定會令到個粥好甜! 基圍蝦,上碟時啲蝦仲係生嘅,開蓋掉入去,啲蝦係入面跳黎跳去,真係好生猛(不過感覺有啲殘忍=.=)開蓋一睇,鮮紅色好吸引,睇落原來好多都好細隻,以為無咩肉食啦,點知食落先知呢個size肉質夠好又甜,仲好過食大蝦,反轉左我對蝦要越大越好嘅諗法紅蟹同瀨尿蝦仔,繼續細細件,但係裡面有膏肉嫩,來貨睇得出認真揀,有質素東風螺- 呢樣貝類一向都唔平, 不過我又好like, 一氛咁樣都$12x, 一樣保持解味多汁肉厚, 但係最難得係配左特別既醬料(甜辣醬就必要啦, 仲有麻油) , 的確另有一番風味!食左好似好多海鮮, 但個肚總係空空咁, 唔多實在, 見到在座都有好多男士, 心諗點夠飽... 去個廁所見到有兩大填肚方案, 一個係蒸糯米飯, 一個係蒸雞 (唔知點解會搭埋麵一陣食) 問下老闆, 佢話我地食既具類都好夠,d 汁可以令到個粥好甜啦,見我地仲乎飽就推介左個蒸雞配手打麵....原來d 雞一早醃好, 蒸時出晒d 雞油, d麵撈埋d  雞油加埋麻辣醬一陣食, 咁真係勁好食wo! 必食推介! 講真海鮮無咩技巧,只要有好貨源, 你又識揀就得。呢度既食法總係令你有驚喜。個煲啦, 蒸雞麵啦, 最後仲有大家都好期待既.....粥!呢個粥集合晒所有海鮮既精華, 臨尾仲有雞油同荷香點綴下,一打開真係"嘩" 左一樣, 加返D 生菜同蔥花,令到個粥底無咁"漏" 之餘, 仲幾FRESH。老闆一早準備好配菜 (炸菜, 羅白之類的醃菜) 仲我比較喜歡食淨粥, 因為用海鮮汁煲既粥真係好甜AR! 正! 一食要至少食2大碗, 好開心, 好滿足呢!…Read More

自從地鐵開通,我對港島西邊都無咁抗拒,老公話果邊有好多好野食,海景又靚,就老遠去西環試下食法國菜啦!講起法國菜,大家即時諗嘅係又細碟又精緻,又唔飽嘅野食,我嘅法國同事話我知,其實南法係好唔同ga, 佢地係好平民,生活係農莊,食飯好似中國人咁會share麵包都好特別,自家焗嘅一接觸就知,外層小咸小脆,裡面好鬆軟,不過牛油就係普通貨,如果係有herb 嘅牛油會更好Caesar Salad沙律配襯太陽蛋,仲有一種咸鮮醃魚anchovy, 馬上提升左沙律醬嘅層次,唔係單調嘅味Starter-Frog legs two ways我個法國朋友最驚雞腳,法國人竟然鐘意食田雞腳,真係好偏XD anyway, 侍應highly recommend, 抱住試下道地口味嘅心態,食落都好好味,肉厚彈牙。兩食嘅另一道係田雞湯,用田雞淆嘅湯清甜,可以dip田雞腿食,或者就咁飲Herb-crusted Bone merrow & escargot係呢間餐廳嘅signature starter, 緊係試下啦…的確係好少好少見嘅菜色,上碟時係原條牛骨,骨髓係自己用匙"不",上面有啲herb同埋法國蝸牛,配上法國麵包,同小小甜嘅醬汁,食落無想像中咁漏,加上法國蝸牛,口感唔會好單一,感覺好豐富主菜Onglet和牛嘅橫格膜,講真我見都未見過,真係孤陋寡聞,原來呢個部分係0脂肪,但係廚師好叻,佢煮到4成熟;外層煎香但內裡keep 住生,juicy 得黎陣陣牛香味…平時食和牛我都唔會食太多,因為太油唔,但呢個部位嘅牛,有晒和牛嘅特質,但就唔會太greasyLobster Risotto又一signature dish, 用左波士頓龍蝦,risotto 用左好多龍蝦汁煮開,再焗,所以出黎嘅效果唔似意大利餐廳果種"生米"嘅感覺,濃厚嘅龍蝦汁,令到每啖risotto都好惹味。波士頓龍蝦,煮得岩岩好熟,爽口肉脆,啖啖鮮味,加上鮮甜大蜆,好襯risotto嘅龍蝦汁,配埋house wine,感覺好balance原本打算食甜品,太飽了, 不如飲啖酒,歎下海景仲正…Read More

繼續九龍城搵食, 最喜歡人情味小店, 朋友話呢間海鮮新鮮, 而且做法好正, 唔係傳統中式去到門口見到個名, 哦...BBQ! 咁咪要食好多串先會飽....??!坐低就由我朋友發板!老闆娘二話不說就放低左人頭咁多碗例湯俾我地! 我諗, 可能驚我地太熱氣吧! 平時我都唔太飲例湯, 都係味精肥油水, 不過當時有D 渴就飲下啦, E? 好似無落味精WO, 有雪耳味, 認真野, 就飲多兩啖啦!同行4人, 先黎一個紅燒BB鴿BB 鴿- 都幾有肉同大隻, 而且醃得好入味, 唔係平時個D 生炸鴿, 仲有D 皮脆但唔油, 肉又嫩, 應該唔係炸, 係真係燒既! 好好味!梅菜炒菜心 - 第一時間諗, 又話BBQ, 無啦啦食炒菜心??!! 呢幾日忽然轉涼,即時call朋友去打邊邊! 呢間起名真夠直接,就叫"打邊爐海鮮火煱"鮮活烤魚…平時都係食桂花,淡水魚,第一次食呢個竟然係沙巴龍躉。堅係新鮮嘅海魚,雖然係養魚,但個魚缸好乾淨,肉質結實,又唔好太老,兩斤幾嘅size 最好,夠嫩夠實肉,而且燒完之後再煮,啲味入晒又鮮,而且配菜都好入味,有大量我最愛嘅莞茜,自家制泡椒,大量菇同大豆芽,配菜都要清晒佢!! $400唔使食到咁大嘅海魚,真係自己整都無咁平呢!花甲蟹鍋 (肉蟹)上枱已經"嘩嘩"聲,成個煲有勁多蟹,同配菜,點人口裡面仲有好多好多花甲! 未滾前食左啲花甲先,好鮮甜juicy, 食下又有,食下又有,好似食唔完咁?! 我地已經好努力食,因為驚啲花甲太熟,會靭,我食下一碟,又一碟,前前後後食左有30隻! 問下老闆,佢話裡面有兩斤幾花甲,超誇張! 即係有百幾二百隻係入面!唔怪得個煲咁重啦! 而啲蟹都有斤幾,完整嘅有兩隻中蟹,仲搭左幾隻大蟹鉗! 啖啖肉! 仲有配菜,好多菇菜!不得不講係個湯底,食晒啲海鮮飲啖湯,啖啖清甜,而且仲有好重胡椒味,係呢個轉涼嘅天氣,一飲落去,個身即時暖晒! 好正,又唔太辣!本地手切新鮮牛頸脊食完海鮮,用埋湯底食埋牛,先係打邊爐ga ma! 呢個本地牛都好正,唔係平時嘅肥牛,而係好彈好Q嘅牛頸脊, 簡直係完美嘅句號^^…Read More

黎到北角, 大把野食, 淨係JAVA 街市都勁多好野, 今日行入D 行上D搵好野記得以潮州滷水鵝出名既阿鴻小吃舊址,原來開左一間又係以潮州菜主打的潮樂園心諗上手做到咁出名, 小吃都要$200 PER HEAD 落樓, 竟然咁夠薑做返潮食, 就試下你先!下晏2點去到,過左LUNCH HR 又要WEEKEND, 人少D 但都有D 人氣, 下晏唔使咁豪, 叫D 清淡野試下咩料先腩汁羅白平時我都唔好呢味, 因為好多羅白有渣有泥呢又唔稔, 但呢間既羅白堅認真揀過下,好淋好入味…最緊要係無渣!!!! 腩汁入晒去食到幾舊都唔怕太飽肚食唔晒其他野!淨食紫菜四寶手打魚蛋,彈口得好誇張…係食得出無溝粉,手打嘅效果,食落就扮味吉洋一大叫"好好味吖~~~~~~~~!!!"魚片/片頭好夠味,少少咸,飲埋湯剛剛好魚皮餃不過不失雲吞 - 雲吞師傅會坐係鋪度包,一睇就知真材實料湯底無味精,同埋紫菜食,點食都唔口渴牛坑腩 斗門蝦籽撈麵其實唔個斗門係咩,我當佢澳門啦XD用左頭抽同埋蝦籽呢兩樣極香嘅材料,配搭出黎嘅效果,唔太咸,但帶出到蝦籽嘅香,麵條索晒啲汁食都唔太漏,正!牛坑腩煮到好林身,肉味夠,最怕牛肉會穌,但呢款有牛味但唔穌重點推介- !!!!!講得鎮店,真係唔試唔得XD 足料得好緊要,$38一碗,啖啖都有兩隻蠔,而且蠔仔唔"仔"好大隻下,隻隻靚仔飽滿…以前最怕啲店俾cheap 蠔,食落又腥又梅…但呢度啲蠔堅靚,食落又滑又香,而且無渣ga!!!!! 除左蠔之外,料包括方魚,另外仲有土魷,口感好豐富^^…點晴推介,辣椒油! 正確啲講係潮洲辣油加蝦乾元貝 (食落好似XO醬),同蒜辣醬潮洲辣油加海鮮驚喜之作,蒜辣醬夠晒香,惹味都暈,永遠都係潮州店嘅靈魂!好正嘅潮州小店,店雖小但認真有心,價錢平民但貨真價實! 之前食過搬左嘅阿鴻,講真有啲失望,名過其實,價錢貴到嚇親自己…呢間新店,一啲都不遜色,搵日要夜晚黎,試食獅頭鵝!…Read More

好喜歡對海景嘅餐廳,老公趁Easter 假就訂左呢間,我我地relax 下一入去有啲自修室隔局嘅長枱,唔通望住個海景食飯,唔使講野@@anyway, 餐廳入面真係唔多人,不過都算熱鬧,有啲小朋友喧嘩=.=望望個menu 唔太多野揀,湯,沙律都只係一兩款,主菜就多少少,pasta 都有6-7款,仲有一啲肉類同埋一個section叫'big portion to share" 有乳豬同海鮮拼盤可以揀最後揀左乳豬suckling pig,同辣蟹肉意粉。意粉微辣,炒得好香,有油味,唔錯個乳豬其實幾好食,不過我地每人食兩件,好"漏",我諗佢for share 嘅意思係一大班人share ...個waitress 仲話唔太大件但整體黎講,個乳豬好好味,燒到皮脆肉嫩,而且啖啖rosemary香味…侍應提我地要食墊低嘅薄餅…我不以為意,試左一啖,的確係精華所在,因為啲豬嘅油脂索晒入餅度,加埋煎香嘅rosemary 係低!真係好正!因為我身體唔太舒服,所以無叫酒,但個wine list睇落唔貴,而且cocktail 係Prosecco, 下次真要試下…最後無點甜品(太飽)點左壺peppermint tea, 同cappuccino… 老公超愛peppermint tea, 飲完解膩不得不提,個包籃啲包好好味,我食足全晚埋單,一千鬆啲,前菜,主食,加海景,呢個價,想點?!…Read More
