貴族甜品係呢區我都食左十年咁劑以前鍾意食佢既龍珠二世,冰沙夠滑夠線又有芒果味,芒果又甜,雪糕好食呢排叫左幾次foodpanda外賣,質素越做越差,最近呢次最離譜,芒芒雙丸,以前係冰沙,又滑又綿用鮮芒果搞碎做個湯底,依家係冰碎,仲要撈懷疑係濃縮芒果汁,完全無芒果味,得個甜字,芒果粒仲要係青青黃黃,完全未熟,酸到盲公開眼,根本每食一粒芒果肉都係忍住個酸味黎食,唔食又好浪費,其實無心做不如執左佢,俾機會d有心做既人…Read More

原本想叫坑腩伊瘦d,阿姐好有霸氣咁話乜腩都會有d,只可以盡量俾,坑腩一定肥,唔肥既就唔係坑腩,完美拒絕我所有既要求。最後碗麵一半係坑腩,坑腩味道幾好幾冧,但好肥,另一半係不知明牛腩,好柴又無牛味,趙到牙骹都攰,最後係個伊麵,要加$4,但完全唔好食,下次都係慳返$4叫返米粉好味d。本來俾個阿姐串左一野條氣好唔順,見佢收錢時都有返d禮貌,打個和。總體黎講呢個價錢性價比極低,最近仲要加左價,旺角既傳X好食得多。…Read More

其實華姐清湯腩我諗我都食左5/6年,由華姐仲係落手落腳做,去到孫女婷婷係舖頭幫手,到婷婷去左西環開分店我都有幫襯。我本人好鍾意食牛腩,由筲箕灣,食到上環x記,同埋華姐,我覺得覺得華姐既牛腩係最有誠意,用心做。多數我都鍾意用蘿白送牛腩,所以我會叫雙拼,好似$40 (兩年前仲係$33)。清湯好有牛肉味,但唔會太肥膩,牛腩睇下好唔好彩,斬到件冧既,真係食每一舊都要慢慢品嘗。可惜,一食到蘿白就覺得好失望。食蘿白我最期望佢係又冧而又入味,蘿白既甜加埋牛腩味,先係蘿白要送牛腩既原因,我相信做左咁多年牛腩既專家無理由唔估蘿白一定要入味。我親眼見過老闆走去後巷行搬左一大煲白色煮熟左既蘿白入黎,我果刻都知無運行,結果碗米粉一到,一食蘿白,果然,蘿白有蘿白味,但除左表面有d清湯所以有d牛腩味之外,入面就只有蘿白味,而且咬落一d都唔冧,我感覺上佢係用清水煮完,浸一浸腩汁就上菜。我本人覺得一樣野好唔好食就係睇果份熱誠同執著,要快就好難有靚同正既蘿白,一碗咁既"即食"蘿白牛腩米粉收我$40,坦白講,食得起,但食得唔開心。我諗我暫時唔會再叫佢地既蘿白住,而牛腩我都覺得水準仲keep到,好過上環x記,不過如果俾我搵到間蘿白同牛腩都好食過佢既話,咁我都唔會再老遠走黎食華姐lu...…Read More
