以前讀書時侯,好鍾意一大班朋友仔一齊食吓點心吹吹水,果陣通常落咗堂或者宵夜果陣食~龍點心夜茶嘅出現,就比返我青春時代嘅感覺。歎世界燒賣拼盤俄式羅宋燒賣 - 一口咬下去就有點辣辣的,羅宋湯湯頭加上少少tabasco 的味道,喜歡羅宋湯的不妨找回熟悉嘅味道黑蒜帶子燒賣 - 淡淡的蒜香,黑色的燒賣皮,再搭上一隻小小的帶子,帶點特色,配搭有點新奇芝士墨魚燒賣 - 有黑自然也有白,墨魚滑搭上內裏的芝士夾心,雖然不及羅宋以及冬蔭功的爆汁,但芝心仍然有一股爆炸的力量冬蔭功泰辣燒賣 - 一口咬下去比羅宋更辣一點,酸辣的湯汁灌入口裏,感覺比泰式冬蔭功更濃一點,不嗆口但提神泡菜蒜辣燒賣 - 辣味不算很重,少許失望的一顆,青色的外皮比較特別而已黑松露珍香燒賣 - 淡淡的松露香氣下面是滿滿的蝦滑燒賣,對比普通燒賣沒有那麼膩大澳蝦醬鮮魷卷 . 鳳尾蝦多士蝦醬鮮魷卷名乎其實係「蝦」醬,蝦仁粒比例比魷魚更多!當然了大澳蝦醬的味道是有一點,只係炸得太透,皮有點硬扣少少分。或者可以點個醋都好。鳳尾蝦多士皮薄,蝦靚,仲要擺耐D都keep住脆口。三塊係有點不夠鰻魚荷葉飯後來怕不飽加點的蒸飯,點知好有驚喜,香烤鰻魚上面加了金箔,加強了高級感。鰻魚厚厚的很飽滿下面亦有幾大份的蛋炒飯底,絕對要兩個人先食得哂XD白灼蘭花苔灼一份菜都來點特別的,西蘭花苔鮮香,然後師傅將大大把的姜蓉淋上面,最後我地將豉油倒落去,講真,比炒菜更香更惹味,仲更健康。桃氣寶藏冰賣相挺可愛的台式牛奶冰,綿密的口感帶著絲滑,慢慢溶掉。頂上有些粉粉的餅乾點綴,滿滿的少女心很搶眼~最底下也有白涼粉,椰果粒粒提升了口感。不夠牛奶,爆珠嗎?可以再加哦,夏天挺合胃口羊肚菌燉水鴨 · 南北杏菜膽燉豬肺下著大雨刮著風,第一樣自然想到的是湯水,一濃一淡,水鴨湯滋補,豬肺湯滋潤,火喉也很猛,點心快吃完才攤凍到可以喝的溫度~蟹粉菠菜香蝦餃 . 松露野菌晶瑩餃餃餃新意思,用啲鮮色的餃子引人入勝。翠綠的前者仲有加了三文魚籽,賣相搶眼吸引,而且仲幾好味。後者紫色都很討喜,而且菇菌香氣亦係好難抗拒,一口一粒意猶未盡。香濃黑芝麻糊小小的中式糖水,只是一小口就感受到烤芝麻的深邃,唔可以同糖水舖比但亦係上品。…Read More

天寒地凍,有咩好得過一碗熱湯?有點猜不透,韓國炸雞店,炸雞不算太好食,但其他韓國料理竟然是出人意表的美味🍲魚介湯鍋 ($238)炸雞店點解小弟首推魚蛋鍋? 其實唔係太講得通… 但係凍冰冰的日子大家都領教過,有時一碗清清的熱湯就正正係我地想要的。一邊滾著的串串拼盤,昆布魚介清湯都係無限添加,各式各樣的魚糕串,唔係甚麼山珍海錯,但係一口已經感動人心。🥩滷水五花腩($288)鍋燒厚切的腩片,就算是滷水亦很清淡,暖暖的很好吃,但記得要包點菜一起吃,來個正式韓味食法。🥚韓式牛肉蛋捲 ($128)蛋捲玉子燒下面是蛋汁以及醬燒牛肉,牛肉唔算突出但蛋香較濃。🍖驚喜二重奏 ($258)鐵板韓式牛排配招牌炸雞,但係鐵板太小,亦都令牛排翻面比較吃力,另招牌炸雞有點過火,肉不太夠以及較乾,要另一盆蜜味乳酪粉炸雞幫補一下,失望之作。🍗蜜味乳酪粉炸雞($188)可能係因為我不太喜歡這種比較乾,瘦的部位,大約係雞架雞翼左右。剛才的招牌麻麻地,上了粉亦幫不了多少,番薯條好像更好吃。🍹芒果菠蘿mocktail ($128)吃炸雞亦少不了酸甜開胃的芒果菠蘿特飲,解膩,好味,下次要加點酒精才行,很搭很好喝。…Read More
