Great place for oyster lovers! A small cozy restaurant located at TST. Know about this restaurant from some food blogger. Last night they only have French oyster. First we start with 3 different kinds of oyster. They are “Tia Maraa Pearl”, “La Perle Noire” & Gillardeau” … flavor is from light to strong! We also preordered 2 live Uni from Hokkaido. Oysters are so fresh and we love that Tia Maraa Pearl most. It’s fresh and sweet 😍. Then we have grilled lobster with garlic and prawn salad. I have to say the lobster is real good and u can see from the photo it’s full of lobster paste. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻After that we have 2 more round oyster we do try others kind like Lambert but still think Tia Maraa Pearl is the best 😍😍😍Last we have rib eyes steak with salad. This dish is unexpectedly great and the rib eyes is really medium rare as per our ordered! The rib eyes are juicy and tender. Services are great too - first only have a waiter working. Farewell party for a colleague and this is my first time here. First is shock by their bread which is sooooooo good. It matches well with their own signature sauce (anchovies with goat cheese). Then we have steak, quail with Parma ham and surprised me most is the Red Prawn Linguini. The sauce of the Red Prawn Linguini is so thick and delicious. Today hubby and I plan to have a day trip at Yuen Long and try few restaurant that got high recommendation. First we try a beef ball shop....disappointed and after that at once we go straight to this noodle shop and think of compensate ourselves but again .....make us disappointed. When first go in the restaurant can tell that it got history and it’s a very local noodle shop which they produced their own noodles. We are so excited as we love those long history and traditional local hk restaurant....we love that feel. Anyway we are sitting on the 2nd floor and we ordered one stirred noodle with beef brisket (牛腩撈麵)one stirred noodle with shrimp & pork dumplings(水餃撈麵) and one wonton with soup (淨雲吞). All food are just so so.....even the home made noodle are just ok which really surprised us. One thing I want to thanks is the lady waitress is such a nice waitress! My crazy friend gave me some Times Square dining coupon so my husband and I have chosen this restaurant and have lunch there.Actually I have been to this restaurant before for dinner - food is great but pretty expensive. This time we come for lunch and surprisingly they got lunch set and we can also use the coupon for lunch set. My husband ordered the most expensive set (cos got coupon ma 🤣) which is 100g Angus Beef rib eyes (HK$388) and I ordered the sea bass risotto (HK$168) The set include tomato soup, Salad and drinks. We also ordered extra appetizer which are deep friend chicken wing and also escargots with mashed potatoes....so you can imagine how full we are 🤣🤣🤣🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️Food are all great especially the rib eyes - medium rare and it’s so juicy. The sea bass is also yummy and the risotto are full of lobster bisque taste. One not so good thing about this restaurant is the service. Hmmm not too bad but with this pricing and setting I expected a more great services will be provided. Once step into the restaurant I feel I find the right place. The decor is mixed of modern, chic & fancy! Except the tasing menu, seafood counter & drinks not entitled 50% off, everything on the menu got discount.We start with the soup “Beef consommé” that is clear crystal beef soup with a small piece of oxtail & a black truffle ravioli. The soup is full of beef flavor and not too salty. The black truffle ravioli for sure a special and delicious add on to the soup. I wish more pieces of oxtail in the soup cos it’s really tender & yummy! 😋😋😋Then we share the appetizer which is “Wagyu Beef Carpaccio”. The beef is so tender and mix with some salad veggie and the quail egg....perfect match! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻After that we wait for around 20 mins and the surprise come! We have ordered the “Australian Ranger Valley Cattleman Chop, bone in” (Wagyu M5 400 days Grain-fed 1100g). I can’t believe my eyes actually 😱😱😱😱 - that is really huge and looks like an axe! It tastes so good, medium rare and the edges are well grilled which are crispy and juicy! We have ordered another main course that is “Colorado Lamb Porterhouse” but compare with the steak in front, we only finished half of it.
