某天晚上苦於思考晚餐的落腳點,原本打算到幹叔民樂小炒王吃一頓有鑊氣的小炒。奈何去到門前卻休息一天😭於是便走到對面看看有啥好食的。走到一間食店門前,看店內還有空桌,於是拿門口的餐單看一看。不久店內的女侍應亦走到門前介紹。既然人家都這麼熱情招待,便即管一試。進入店內坐下,男侍應(其中一個合伙人)便再一次介紹店內供應的餐點。當天好像點了和牛和西冷。牛扒非常嫰滑,熟的程度亦和我和朋友所叫的預期一樣,火侯控制得好。之後朋友一食上癮。其後亦去了不知多少次。但最驚喜啲要數斧頭扒和豬肋骨。那種焾和嫰滑是我和朋友吃過的食店數一數二。只是略嫌豬肋骨面頭脂肪多了一點,如果可要再煎耐一點把大部份油迫出會更好。值得一試,記住book位,現在比較難walk in 。…Read More

之前已經食過一次,見面書好多谷友評價甚高。於是某個星期六去會一會佢。當時舊舖見門面不大,而且還有不少食客等位,因此果斷叫雞脾配意粉外帶上車食。一接過外帶一刻已經發現雞脾與意粉分開裝盛。雞脾用上紙袋裝盛。我唔知紙袋同發泡飯盒價錢幾多,但用紙袋裝就唔會用發泡膠飯盒咁上倒汗水之餘仲可以將多餘油份繼續吸收,令到炸雞脾脆度保持更久。意粉就不用多說,一般人貨色,撈上生黃太陽蛋拌食會比較好。搬舖後門面大了,但因要趕回公司所以只能外帶。炸脾即使經過20多分鐘車程依然維持到脆度,值得翻食。…Read More

話說當晚由尖沙咀上openrice 睇下附近有咩好食,搵搵下搵到去佐敦。睇啲評價講到好利害,就一於試下佢喇。去到門口,發現人唔係好多。我心諗可能唔係大街又過咗少少食飯時所以少人者,都由尖沙咀行到過嚟就入去坐底喇。入到去睇完menu就叫左碗達人拉麵。上到嚟就飲啖湯先,濃度比之前食過既拉麵舖淡。再食淡拉麵,有種類似鹼水既味道🤦‍♂️。再試埋個叉燒,唔嫩係柴既... 基於對拉麵同食物既專重都係連湯都清哂佢。比著如果開係元朗,咁既質素一定頂唔到幾耐。見到啲留言話小食得拉麵麻麻。作為一間賣拉麵既食店拉麵唔得係站唔住腳的,仲要以達人為名。可能期望愈大失望就愈大,唔會推薦朋友嚟食。…Read More
