21-apr-08 　雜誌介紹，店舖好有來頭，剛要出差就來試下，座係吧檯好耐都無人理，叫左個職員問有咩介紹（其實我都做左功課），我求其話我未試過黑魚籽，個職員就毫無誠意咁介紹左餐牌上最貴既千四蚊黑魚籽比我，話係上等貨好食好多”零舍不同咁話”，但又唔識講點解好食係邊到，專業欠奉，最貴就最好使鬼你介紹咩！我就試左個餐牌推介的$520 Tsarina 黑魚籽伴蘇格蘭煙三文魚加杯Sauvignon blanc, kim crawford白酒。上檯時跟Toast。軟麵包在底煙三文魚係中間黑魚籽鋪係面，黑魚籽並不是十分鮮美，而份量只有雜誌裡的一半(正常手法)，煙三文魚確係上等貨，但黑魚籽味道同煙三文魚並不相配，而多士竟然係超燶，食左一口便放棄，事後向個女職員反映，職員話個廚係新返工，下！新廚就唔識用多士機？定係大廚手燒多士咁威？整體都幾失望，只有紐記白酒最令我滿意！…Read More

haegaarden I have been there several times, there is an excellence place. Good atmosphere and staff are friendly and professional. I really liked to try some Caviars last time, I never had before but I thought 30g was too much for me. The professional waitress did a favour for 10g to me which was out of menu and recommended me a glass of Caviar House exclusive Champagne. I knew all the staff and enjoyed the familiarity. That's wonderful and let me keep coming when I have flights.
