很久以前幫襯過,但因以前樓面態度惡劣,故有一段時間無再來,今次見佢地店外啲相吸引,故同老公再試一次。我們大約九點半左右到,可能閒日關係,故唔洗點等位。今次佢地啲樓面比起以前好得多,起碼叫做有禮貌咗。因為時間都晏,所以肚仔不停打鼓,我地先叫咗一啲sashimi同sushi roll食。Sashimi有三文魚腩、立魚同赤貝,魚食落口都感到鮮甜及彈牙,赤貝亦都爽口無話mui mui地。之後嚟埋個彩虹卷,入面4個卷中各有不同的sashimi,因為顏色配搭比較悅目,故齋睇個賣相都幾吸引,而師傅亦好有心思切得好靚,食落亦很好食。之後再叫了一個鰻魚石鍋飯同一個pizza。鰻魚石鍋飯上配料都有不少,仲有泡菜,加上啲汁醬有小小辣,食落有啲似食韓式石鍋飯,不過味道都唔錯。平時食開的日本餐廳比較小見有pizza食,故今次特地叫了一個試試。之前無食過酥皮pizza,今次第一次食,感覺很特別,而且pizza上配上芝士帆立貝,出奇地配合,令人感到另有一番風味。今次見佢地有食物同服務都OK,故下次會再幫襯。…Read More

以往幫襯開大埔間御八築地,上月尾見佢地門外搭棚,最初以為裝修,後來知道佢地改了名及轉了老板,不過壽司及廚房班底聽講話不變,但當然要親身試試先知。因為怕等位,所以大概6:30己去到,一入到去己見有幾枱客食緊,入面格局同以往一樣,所以感覺同無乜分別。同行友人早己餓透,所以急不及待叫嘢食。嚟到呢度,當然會叫佢地的三文魚壽司,因為貪佢大大條好好食;講開份量,其實佢地啲份量不嬲都好大份,不論壽司、刺身、飯、麵、小食等都好鬼抵食。入反正題,除了三文魚壽司外,我地另叫了一個壽司拼盤及致愛的甜蝦和鰻魚壽司,海胆夠新鮮, 三文魚籽鮮甜, 赤貝亦夠彈牙, 值得推介, 另外甜蝦食落爽口新鮮, 鰻魚大大件好抵食, 這兩個都是我每次必叫的心水食品。另我們亦又叫了一口雞及雞翼, 2樣都係熱氣嘢, 但男友鍾意食, 無法, 嚟到時香噴噴, 搞到我都忍唔到口食咗2件, 食落口夠外脆內嫩, 肉裡頭還有肉汁滲出, 值得推介。我們最後還來了蝦天婦羅及天婦羅拉麵, 蝦天婦羅炸得剛好, 食落香口鮮甜, 拉麵這個還不錯, 湯底夠濃, 而且啲麵唔會太霖, 整體都幾好食。總結今次食評, 改了名的御八仍保留到以往食物質素及種類選擇多, 故期望下次再來光顧:)。…Read More

Louis Chi 假!有去過都知,店內嘅枱係木製台,你嗰張係石枱,只有壽司吧嘅出餐位,同廚房出餐位出邊嘅放下欄盤張枱先係石枱,同埋只有食物一樣,師傅我認識嘅全部都唔同哂,呀平嗰啲都冇做,廚房亦唔係以前嗰班。

去年來過2次,早幾日有朋友從外地返港,於是乎book咗呢間餐廳食晚飯聚舊,因為貪佢環境舒適同食物質素有番咁上下。Anyway,朋友難得從外地返港,緊係叫啲好嘢比佢食,於是乎揾個waitress過嚟問問,個waitress都幾nice,佢介紹咗幾款飛機貨比我地,朋友無乜意見,咁我地索性比佢發板。首先來咗2款前菜,有炸河蝦同炸三文魚皮,呢2樣嘢要嚟送酒真係一流,不過食河蝦時唔小心比佢拮到口腔,搞到個口痛痛地,好彩無影響到我(口既)食欲。跟住開始就來刺身,刺身有原條池魚、牡丹蝦、Toro、吞拿魚、三文魚、帶子、金目鯛、立魚等,佢地連個蝦頭都幫我地炸埋,真係細心。池魚我朋友第一次食,佢食完一啖後已深深愛上了池魚,外邊大多見到會點酸汁,但呢度師傳用咗薑蔥去調味,食時將佢點wasabi同醬油來食,感覺別有一番風味。牡丹蝦肉質爽甜,蝦頭經炸過後好香口,啲蝦膏更是不得了,蝦膏啲香味食後久經不散,依家諗起又想再食。Toro夠新鮮甜,但啲脂肪就真係超高... 唉!食完再算啦!其他魚都新鮮好食,隻帶子佢地加咗黑松露,真係矜貴,但啲味道又幾配合喎。之後再來了2隻赤貝,由於個人十分鍾意食貝殼類食品,所以呢2隻赤貝係我自已點的,貝殼食品新唔新鮮,其實一食入口就知道,第一口咬入去如果爽口彈牙,已經pass咗一大半,食埋入口如果鮮甜,咁就pass埋另外一半,呢2隻赤貝就完全乎合上述2種要求,故值得推介。食完赤貝後到2個卷物,當中牛油果軟殼蟹卷比較特別鐘意,因為啲牛油果好鬼多,同隻軟殼蟹一齊食唔覺油膩,而且啲味都夾,朋友都鍾意食。最後到串燒,有黑豚肉荔枝、牛舌、牛柳同雞軟骨,佢地啲燒嘢都OK好食,唔會太過火,啲肉仲保留到啲肉汁响度,總括嚟講都唔錯,下次有機會會再來。 …Read More
