轉食Keto Diet之後,出街食飯要選無糖無澱粉質嘅餐單,有時都會覺得好煩惱。好彩俾我地發掘到呢間新餐廳,主打慢煮健康便當。餐牌主要有魚湯泡飯,糙米飯,同沙律便當,Keto 中嘅我地就揀咗慢煮雞胸同三文魚沙律便當。雞胸是經過一小時慢煮,用低卡路里的醃料醃製後,微微煎香。慢煮處理的雞胸,肉質極度粉嫩,更保留了雞肉的鮮甜味。軟嫩度可媲美三文魚。慢煮三文魚的肉質鮮嫩到就好似食魚生。沙律菜也只是用了沙律醋調味,極度健康。出街食飯要食得健康,價錢又要相宜,呢到絕對可以滿足需求。…Read More

無得旅行嘅呢一年幾,時不時都會諗起旅行個陣去過嘅地方,食過嘅美食,齋諗都已經流曬口水。有次同男友講起,我地一致覺得最掛住喺印尼一個叫Yogyakarta島仔,喺酒店食過嘅印尼餐。喺香港要好食又價錢實惠嘅印尼餐,我會推薦銅鑼灣班蘭葉印尼美食。餐廳細細間,但食物款式選擇超級多。印尼餐離不開炸野。我記得在Bali當地人的餐廳食過,幾乎所有菜式都是炸的。當地盛產椰子,剝開拿出椰肉之後,椰子殼會用來生火煮食。用椰子殼作燃料炸出來的食物好像特別好食。香港當然唔會用椰子殼生火,但可以邊食住個炸雞髀椰子飯,邊想像個畫面,想像力補救。店員會提供即棄膠手套,當然你也可要求提供刀叉。對我來講,食炸髀當然要用手食才特別有風味!雞髀炸得香脆不在話下,肉質依然嫩口。最喜歡呢個飯搭配的辣汁,有濃濃印尼香料芳香。蛋也是油炸過,油香十足。我地加了個小食炸魚仔。飯與炸魚仔一併食,魚仔脆口、鹹香帶微辣提升飯的味道和口感。男友說如果飯配埋花生粒,就與我地喺印尼食過的無異了。每一口的味道都彷彿勾起了旅行的回憶。男友食嘅花膠湯粉皮。粉皮煙韌,花膠爽口,不是食炸的話,這一是個不錯的選擇。…Read More

位於銅鑼灣的咖啡小店,陽光從窗外折射進來,咖啡吧檯旁懷舊黑膠唱片機正在播放古典音樂,而老闆在吧檯後聚精會神地爲我們製作水沖咖啡,上週末就是在咖啡香氣和輕鬆的氛圍下度過了個悠閒下午。飲手沖精品咖啡,聞咖啡豆香氣是其中一種享受,Barista對每一種咖啡豆香味的介紹,引領著我們探索著香氣的各種層次。我地尤其喜歡一隻帶有芒果香氣的咖啡豆,有著多端變化高中低調的不同味道。閒談之間,咖啡店老闆對咖啡研究甚深,每一個細節都帶著學問。沖泡咖啡原來不能一氣呵成,反而應該分開幾次,而且每一次都要去掉頭與尾段的水,因爲沖泡之間的停頓會令水珠冷調,出現溫差。杯的設計也會影響到咖啡風味。用圓底的杯,這一杯飲到的風味和層次較爲平均,頭短甜,到尾段帶酒酸。用尖底的杯,味道突然變得直接,很快就嘗到尾段的酸,而且酸度會極度濃烈,非常有趣。…Read More

同唔少朋友介紹過Lockeroom ,每個食完都大讚不絕。起初喺因為男友喺超級球迷,首先去左佐敦個間Lockeroom express朝聖,蔗渣價錢燒鵝質素,從此愛上。鍾意到我地甚至上埋哂佢油麻地同旺角分店,呢兩間行高級西餐路線,兩間之中,我偏好油麻地。油麻地分店位於譽發大廈,空間感夠大地方更闊落,由於喺高層,大玻璃望出去,景觀開揚。呢度同佐敦分店一樣,舖頭掛左好多阿仙奴波衫,足球主題嘅佈置,男友一到已經忍唔住周圍影相。餐包多士、沙律同餐湯味道不錯,令人極度期待主菜。Wellington Beef這道讓人趨之若鶩的西式名菜,做起來步驟麻煩,要做到酥皮脆牛肉嫩,絕不容易,所以唔多地方有得食。Lockeroom 居然有得嗌,點都要試下佢。上檯個陣,見到佢整到成個心形酥皮,配菜仲要棄薯蓉改用紫薯泥,齋個賣相已經加左分。切開酥皮,酥皮微微酥脆,中間牛肉粉嫩多汁,牛香濃郁。如果情人節或者紀念日食住呢個,配埋紅酒,真喺浪漫到爆。原隻龍蝦白松露忌廉意粉都驚喜十足。意粉彈牙而且每條都掛滿忌廉白松露汁,濃郁松露香氣於口腔四溢,龍蝦肉爽口,好食到不得了。整體而言,環境舒適,食物質素令人喜出望外。呢個食物質素同環境黎講,人均消費$250左右算是非常相宜的價錢。…Read More

位於朗屏嘅是但求其期食,試過之後,大膽講句,食物一啲都唔求其。食住套餐中嘅餐包同忌廉餐湯,一路望住牆身包圍著三邊牆嘅螢幕,播放著海洋魚類游來游去畫面,悠然寫意,一路等主菜同小食上檯。金蛋雞翼,脆炸單骨雞翼外面包裹著鹹蛋汁,脆口惹味。孜然焗皮薯,上檯時孜然香撲鼻。薯仔撒了煙肉碎焗脆,甚具鹹香,薯皮焗至脆口。帶子原隻龍蝦燴飯,飯的份量足夠二人食,燴飯帶濃郁海鮮鮮味,配鮮甜爽彈啲帶子同魚子粒,飯裏面有已經拆殼的龍蝦肉。黑松露pizza,薄底而且餅邊焗至脆口,撒上大量芝士同黑松露,芝士濃郁鹹香加上誘人黑松露芳香,好食程度喺剛上檯無幾耐,我地兩個已經光速食哂成個pizza。我地叫左兩杯飲品。鴨屎茶葉泡嘅檸檬茶同青檸梳打。聽店員介紹,鴨屎茶葉其實是茶葉品種之一,類似茉莉花茶,由於用左靚料黎沖,呢杯檸茶著實比一般飲嘅特別香醇回甘。連一杯凍檸茶都落足心機,可見呢到一啲都唔求其!不論主菜還是小食,都喺色香味俱全。店鋪空間感足夠,坐得舒服,價錢亦都相宜,值得再訪!…Read More
