今日放假約咗朋友去中環食lunch,朋友建議去La Vache!鋸扒。之前試過夜晚黎食,未試過lunch,一於就過黎試下!原本先上餐包,可惜食完先醒起唔記得咗影相。而每個餐都配有沙律。沙律菜夠新鮮,我鍾意份沙律入面有walnut,為沙律增添堅果香味。餐廳入面其實都冇得你揀,只係得牛扒餐,你要揀既只係要幾熟。牛扒上枱既時候,餐廳會用小蠟燭繼續溫熱碟牛扒。所以平時食開medium既我叫咗medium rare,俾D空間件牛扒食食下變medium。Ribeye表面煎香,內裏肉質夠鮮嫩,呈粉紅色,充滿肉汁。店員會不時問你需唔需要refill跟餐薯條,我幾鍾意咁樣安排,因為refill既薯條係熱既,食落去感受到啱啱炸好既香脆,咁既薯條先係最正!Lunch同Dinner既分別係Lunch係包埋甜品,Dinner係要加錢先有甜品。呢個跟餐甜品係法式杏仁金磚蛋糕,好似係家喻戶曉既法式甜品,我唔太清楚,只係知食落唔太甜,都幾好!如果唔特別叫野飲,每人都只係$338一個餐,加埋一就$371.8,算係幾平!而餐廳環境其實都幾嘈,音樂聲幾大,一大班人黎聚餐係唔錯,但如果你係想約另一半黎個浪漫約會,呢到就唔建議啦!…Read More

話咁快就已經開咗學半個月啦!趁功課、測驗既壓力未黎既時候,約咗朋友食個遲來既開SEM飯。今次約咗係始創中心一樓既夏麵館,粉藍色既外面望落增添唔少青春既感覺。入座之後,望見裏面既裝潢都係粉藍色,而且好多人已經開餐啦!我地都唔執輸,點菜開餐啦!上海醬鴨︰涼菜方面,我地叫咗碟上海醬鴨。從色澤方面,顏色頗深,每一件鴨肉都被醃得剛剛好,保存著肉汁,唔會鞋。雖然望落顏色頗深,但味道唔會太咸太濃。味道唔錯,果然係店內推介!鮮肉小籠包︰食上海野又點少得小籠包。雖然有其他口味既小籠包,但係最簡單、最基本既原味,就已經好好味,而且先最食得出廚師既真功夫。點一點醋,放入口一咬開,D肉汁立即溢出,皮薄餡靚!排骨擔擔麵︰食咗涼菜同埋點心之後,就叫咗個通常係上海菜館都有既擔擔麵。撈勻後夾起,每條麵條都沾上豬肉碎同埋醬汁。上海口味唔同四川口味,食落唔辣,滿有花生香味。配料揀咗排骨,酥炸過後仍然保存住肉汁,唔會好乾,外層更添香脆。XO醬炒年糕︰上海年糕好出名,鍾意食年糕既我都必點年糕,今次就點咗XO醬炒年糕。上海年糕炒完之後仍然好煙韌,唔會變得好硬。用XO醬炒完之後,更香口惹味,連配菜都變得好好味!高力豆沙︰食完主菜之後就要留肚食甜品 。高力豆沙就係打起蛋白同埋麵粉,入面加入豆沙餡,再落油中炸起。材料十分簡單,製作過程卻唔容易。食落好似軟綿綿既綿花糖咁,入面既豆沙餡甜甜地,係我其中一樣食完會想再食既甜品之一。豆沙鍋餅︰除咗高力豆沙之外,豆沙鍋餅都係出名既上海甜品之一。外表炸得香脆,色澤金黃,內裏係軟綿既豆沙餡,味道甜而不膩。茶芥每位$4,價錢唔係好貴,食物既份量都唔少,呢一餐真係食得好滿足!MENU︰…Read More

離開咗大半年去咗讀書,返黎放暑假既日子緊係要約埋好友一齊聚下啦!今次就約咗係之前放學後經常約去行街既銅鑼灣。HeSheEat係銅鑼灣地帶2樓,位置方便。晚飯時間,客人都幾多。入座之後,我地都盡快點餐。炸珍寶蟹棒&芝士年糕配日式蛋黃醬︰小食方面叫咗碟炸物,剛炸起要小心燙口,食落十分香口。炸珍寶蟹棒︰炸皮唔會太厚,入面既蟹棒好珍寶,咬落啖啖肉,好正!芝士年糕︰年糕入口軟糯,同入面D芝士好夾,唔會好漏。單骨水牛城雞翼︰因為抵抗唔到雞翼既誘惑,所以叫咗個水牛城雞翼黎食。單骨雞翼食落非常方便,啱哂女士想食雞翼食得有儀態少少。單骨雞翼先炸好,再淋上醬汁。雞翼唔會炸到好乾,醬汁有少少辣,對於嗜辣既人黎講,可能就有D唔夠喉。卡邦尼芝士汁意大利鮮蛋麵︰主菜就點咗呢份卡邦尼芝士汁意大利鮮蛋麵,份量唔多,大概係女士既食量。麵方面係用咗意大利闊條麵Fettuccine,上面灑上芝士碎,配以煙肉同埋蘑菇。卡邦尼芝士汁好足,將鋪在面頭既鮮蛋篤破拌勻,夾起麵條,可以見到每條麵條都好creamy,食落好滿足。朱古力咖啡沙冰︰飲品方面,喜愛飲mocha既朋友就叫咗杯朱古力咖啡沙冰。係炎炎夏日飲沙冰確係涼爽,而且沙冰未拌勻,呈現三色,再on top加上忌廉,外表好靚!柚子沙冰配抹茶雪糕︰開頭係MENU見到呢杯野飲既時候,心入面不禁疑惑︰柚子沙冰同埋抹茶雪糕真係夾咩?飲落就知兩者真係冇違和感。柚子沙冰就好似沙冰版既柚子蜜咁,不過唔會太甜,飲落清清地。而抹茶雪糕放入口即溶,抹茶味幾濃,唔錯!朱古力三重奏︰到咗食甜品既時候,甜品要預二十分鐘,所以食到咁上下,大家就好叫定職員預備啦!呢個朱古力三重奏係包括朱古力慕絲雪糕、朱古力心太軟同埋凍朱古力特飲呢三樣野。朱古力慕絲雪糕︰呢個唔係普通既朱古力雪糕咁簡單,而係伴以mousse,令整個口感更綿滑。朱古力心太軟︰心太軟焗熱後,飄散出勁濃既朱古力香味,讓人不禁靠前聞多幾下。切開後,內裏既朱古力就好似熔岩咁流出黎,呢個就係心太軟既精髓!又香又濃既朱古力味直接衝擊味蕾,唔係死甜,真係好正!凍朱古力特飲︰呢一小杯朱古力凍飲,面頭有OREO碎,飲落又香又滑。宇治金時心太軟配豆腐雪糕︰除咗朱古力之外,我地仲叫咗另一款味道既心太軟,就係宇治金時啦!宇治金時,即係抹茶紅豆,兩者味道配合極佳。伴以白玉、綠茶蕨餅,滿有日式甜品風味!而豆腐雪糕味道相對比較清淡,同心太軟一齊食就會一冷一熱,冰火交融。最享受既一刻就係切開佢,等入面既抹茶漿流出黎,呢個心太軟絕對合格!食飽埋單,真係好滿足!MENU︰…Read More

去到朋友屋企傾完project之後,順便食埋個晚飯先走。朋友帶我去附近既喜點.鮮鍋粥底火鍋點心專門店食海鮮粥底火鍋。入到鋪頭入面發現都幾多人食,睇黎都應該幾唔錯喎。有A餐B餐揀,我地食貴少少,揀龍蝦餐。有時唔係太清楚D野食要淥幾耐,不過唔駛驚,呢到教埋你正確食法~除咗教你點食之外,仲話埋俾你知粥底火鍋既由來。先黎一鍋粥水俾你打邊爐。粟米、芋頭同埋南瓜都係等淥好海鮮之後放落去為精華海鮮粥作預備。我地先放粟米去鍋入面滾先。醬料盤俾你隨意配搭醬料。等粥水滾起之後,就夾起美國極上牛小排放落鍋入面,淥一淥,好快就熟,趁冇咁熱既時候立即放入口食,非常夠牛味。最吸引係海鮮拼盤,有一隻龍蝦分開兩半,兩個人分啱啱好!仲有海蝦、貴妃蚌、黃金蜆、帶子、鮑魚,面對住咁多咁正既海鮮,有時真係唔知揀落咩好。除此之外,仲有多寶魚,淥完之後,魚肉變得嫩滑鮮甜,不過就要小心D魚骨。夾起仲係綠色既生龍蝦放入個鍋入面。另一面睇,隻龍蝦都算多肉。淥完之後,龍蝦就變咗橙紅色啦!龍蝦肉彈牙鮮甜,仲有少量膏,半隻實在唔夠喉啊!同樣由綠變紅既海蝦食得出係新鮮既,蝦肉唔會好霉。飲品可以去飲品櫃拎,有竹蔗芧根同埋豆漿,可以一支支咁拎。我地拎咗支竹蔗芧根倒係杯入面飲,味道天然,唔會死甜!除咗海鮮盤同埋牛之外,仲可以揀多八款配料。我地見有咁多肉,點都要揀返D菜既!所以我地就揀咗唐生菜,淥完之後,吸咗湯底精華,仍然十分爽脆。順德釀冬菇呢D咁有家鄉特色既配料其實係將鯪魚釀係冬菇到,淥熟之後,食落就知道冬菇同埋鯪魚既味道好夾!平時打邊爐十分喜愛食墨魚滑,呢到更特別既係加有蟹肉,令味道更鮮甜。蟹籽蝦滑係另一至愛,蝦肉打至充滿膠質,而且仲有原隻蝦身,再加入蟹籽,除咗味道一流之外,質感上面都豐富咗,係推介之選!喜歡點竹笙既原因係因為佢可以吸收湯底既精華,好正!見有西洋菜餃呢款比較特別既配料,就點黎試下,淥熟之後,發現餃子裏面既西洋菜十分清甜,相當唔錯。魚皮餃同埋台灣黑椒腸係朋友至愛,當然要點黎淥下啦!淥哂所有配料之後,就可以放埋南瓜粒同埋芋頭粒落去,再叫店員加入粥膽去煮,攪拌幾下,煮滾之後就可以熄火,如果唔係會好易燶。店員放了一小碟粥既配料係枱,但溫馨提醒我地唔好放太多,怕味道太重。我選擇咩都唔放,就咁食呢碗精華海鮮粥。食第一啖就已經食到濃濃海鮮既鮮味,而且仲散發淡淡芋頭既香味!雖然好飽,但係我仍然可以食兩碗。我明白點解咁多人黎呢到食粥底海鮮火鍋啦!等我下次帶埋鍾意食海鮮既爹地媽咪黎食先!…Read More

今日有個八哥迷朋友帶我去位於尖沙咀既八哥主題餐廳食晚飯。係尖沙咀站B1出口行幾分鐘就到,地下有指示要行樓梯上二樓就到間餐廳~沿途都有好得意既八哥圖案,好似指示你點去咁。一到達間餐廳,就會見到入面有幅好靚既粉彩畫,係隻八哥扮起聖誕老人祝大家MERRY CHRISTMAS同埋HAPPY NEW YEAR!餐廳既另一邊就係八哥著得好潮咁準備食大餐既壁畫,座位上面仲有兩隻八哥公仔回望過黎~望入去會見到入面店員忙碌咁預備食物。呢到既碗碟、紙巾都印有八哥既圖案。周圍都係八哥,連擺放牙籤、砂糖既杯都有八哥!因應聖誕節同埋新年,餐廳仲推出咗個聖誕新年套餐,供應時段由12月21日至1月1日。不過我地今日散叫,冇叫到呢個套餐。卡邦尼意粉配溫泉蛋︰就咁望個外表就已經好吸引,溫泉蛋係意粉中間,食之前撈勻佢,令到每條意粉都有蛋黃同埋芝士既香味,配料有蘑菇同埋煙肉,整體好creamy。香煎韓式一口和牛粒配自家制泡菜︰食完碟意粉之後,好想叫小食,所以就叫咗呢碟小食。和牛粒size啱啱好一口一件,香煎後肉汁被鎖係入面,所以食落好juicy,再配上韓式醬汁,加添咗一份甜味。每一口都會配埋自家制既泡菜,令剛才提到既甜味再帶來少許既辣,整個味道既層次更顯豐富~八哥朱古力慕絲配美國芝士蛋糕︰食過小食後,就到咗食甜品既時候啦!朋友勁力推介要點呢款,原因係因為佢既造型實在太可愛啦!美國芝士蛋糕側邊有隻八哥訓咗係到,見到直呼可愛!美國芝士蛋糕唔算好濃味,只係散發淡淡既芝士香味,感覺唔會好heavy,食完唔會有罪疚感,仲可以伴著水果、忌廉一齊食。相反,係造型咁可愛既八哥身上,遲遲未肯開始食,因為感覺好似好殘忍咁。八哥像真度非常高,但係其實只係八哥造型既朱古力慕絲,用黎影相打卡一流!望見唔同既角落、周圍既佈置、擺設,甚至係食物都充滿住八哥,又見到身為八哥迷既朋友面上既滿足笑容,我真心推介俾每一位喜歡八哥既朋友仔黎呢到食飯、聚會、影相、打卡。MENU︰…Read More

一直以為素食唔係冇味,就係整色整水扮肉,但係今日朋友帶我黎銅鑼灣悠蔬食,就令我完全改觀。店內用上藍色作主調,讓人感覺十分舒服。一坐低,店員就立即黎斟暖水,仲好細心咁提我地小心熱,D水係檸檬水黎,有清香既檸檬味。我地每人叫咗一set,首先會上三款前菜。日式藜麥野菜松子薯球外表精緻,好似日式飯糰咁成球狀,有D紫菜係面,薯蓉混入營養價值高既藜麥同埋松子,十分健康。第二款前菜係草莓鮮果香芋沙律伴杏仁脆片,好少見呢個配搭既沙律,酸酸甜甜咁又好開胃喎。第三款前菜係滷水花菇毛豆百頁豆腐伴琥珀合桃,花菇同埋百頁豆腐充滿滷水汁既味道,毛豆添上點點清新,再配上香脆既琥珀合桃,味道唔錯。手卷方面,我揀咗香芒牛油果苜蓿芽手卷。手卷唔係用紫菜包住普通飯粒,而係包住苜蓿芽、芒果同埋牛油果,味道清新好味。朋友揀咗蘆筍素香鬆苜蓿芽手卷,同樣讚不絕口。另外值得一提既係,店員上手卷既時候,會細心咁建議先享用手卷,避免紫菜淋咗,影響香脆既口感。牛肝菌桃膠忌廉濃湯:有別於平時係餐廳飲到既忌廉湯,每一啖都有好香既牛肝菌味,仲有具美顏功效既桃膠,真係體會到係用心預備既。蟲草花椰子黃耳竹笙燉湯︰呢個中式燉湯用料十足,十分滋補,飲落成個人暖哂。溫馨提醒:睇熱,小心淥親個嘴仔啊~牛油果鮮豆包芋頭栗子藜麥焗千層闊麵︰呢個千層闊麵既配料非常豐富,面頭鋪有幾片牛油果,內裏有芋頭、栗子、鮮豆包、藜麥等,每一啖都有唔同既口感,而蕃茄醬同埋芝士就為咗清淡既素菜配上香濃既味道,整體配搭唔錯!菠菜栗子野菌忌廉燴意大利飯配韓式炸物︰整個外觀看來像韓式炸雞放係一堆綠色既飯上面咁,食落就知殊不簡單。呢到係食素,當然唔會有炸雞啦~韓式炸物係仿效炸雞樣式既炸物,而同樣係用咗韓式既醬汁,味道酸酸甜甜咁。燴意大利飯呈青綠色係因為有菠菜汁,入面有栗子同埋菇類作配料,味道十分出色,朋友對此讚不絕口。椰香紫薯千層班戟︰加咗$25要咗呢個甜品,淺紫色既外表望落已經十分迷人。班戟真係做到薄薄既多層,淡淡紫薯味散發著椰香,一啖又一啖,好快就食哂。蝶戀花百爵紅茶布丁燒︰呢個係銅鑼灣店限定,要加$25。外表好少女,有隻藍色紙蝴蝶停係士多啤梨上面,而布丁燒上面有片朱古力焦糖脆片。布丁燒有淡淡既百爵紅茶味,而且仲有軟綿既芝士蛋糕口感,同朱古力焦糖脆片一齊食,十分相襯。呢個甜品吸睛之餘,仲好好味,十分推介!香脆五穀杏仁牛乳(熱)︰加咗$15點咗呢個飲品,杏仁奶既味道好出,而且散發淡淡既穀物味,好香。熱飲令人感覺暖暖的。熱檸檬紅茶︰朋友加$10點咗杯熱檸茶,側邊有粒糖原來係俾你放入去杯熱茶入面溶,好特別。對於少食素食既我黎講,呢餐由前菜、小食、餐湯、主菜、飲品到甜品都令我感到意外,原來素食都可以咁出色好味,而且甜品令我好回味。一定會再黎!MENU:…Read More

係佐敦地鐵站A出口行幾分鐘,抬頭一望就見到倫哥火鍋既招牌,今日既目的地就係黎佐敦分店呢到啦!  上到去二樓就見到倫哥私房菜既靚靚招牌,如果拎走條紅色帶就更好! 店員俾咗個枱號我地,唔知點搵。原來抬頭一望,就會見到枱號!店內既裝潢都幾別緻。D碗筷好盞鬼!張紙會教你點整個雞煲~前菜有麻辣豆角同埋木耳,木耳用醋醃過,又用咗蒜蓉調味,香得黎,酸酸地,豆角麻辣得好過癮,兩樣都好好味。第一次黎食倫哥真係好有驚喜,係食雞煲前會有中湯飲,而且唔係普通中湯,而係燉湯,今晚係蟲草花燉雞湯,十分滋補。飲完湯之後,另一驚喜就會出場,係鮑魚花膠啊!花膠含豐富骨膠原,啱哂女士食。鮑魚細細隻十分彈牙,配埋D汁味道剛剛好。當你以為開始食雞煲既時候,店員又拎咗一盤刺身拼盤黎。有三文魚、牡丹蝦、帶子、八爪魚同埋北寄貝,每一樣都新鮮肥美,唔錯喎!食咗咁多正野,主角雞煲終於出場啦!本來諗住跟住張紙既指示去整,但係呢到D店員好好咁黎幫手攪。攪咗四次之後,個雞煲就可以食啦!我地怕辣,所以叫咗BB辣。一打開煲蓋,就立即香氣撲鼻,夾起一舊食,雞肉十分嫩滑,醬汁都十分惹味,最正係可以任食。食到一半,就可以放埋牛柏葉、豬皮同埋魷魚落去個煲入面撈,索哂D濃香惹味醬汁,非常美味!食完雞煲就可以轉打邊爐,等緊既時候,店員就拎咗串燒蝦同埋我一開始店員俾我抽籤抽中既串燒羊肉出黎。串燒蝦有椒鹽調味,而羊肉串燒一D都唔騷,兩樣都唔錯!湯底我地就揀咗牛乳湯,顏色呈奶白色,飲落清清地。等D湯滾起之後,我地就落野食啦!D蠔望落去大大粒,驚放入去淥會縮水,點知淥完之後都仲係飽滿多汁。海鮮拼盤︰又一驚喜之作!拼盤有海蝦、蟹、蚌、鑽石蜆、刀貝蜆、白鱔、龍躉、魷魚、鯇魚,十分豐富,絕對啱哂熱愛海鮮既我!打邊爐冇牛總係好似爭D野咁。呢盤牛頸脊擺盤好靚,夾起一片淥好之後品嚐,就會食到濃郁既牛味,而且有少許厚度,偏向有嚼勁。一片又一片,好快就清哂。墨魚滑同埋蝦滑係我認為無論幾飽都一定要食,因為真係好彈牙,而且仲有墨魚粒同埋蝦肉係入面,真材實料,味道鮮甜。打邊爐有雲吞水餃係基本!呢到既餡料都幾有水準,d皮唔會好重醶水味。食咗咁多肉,一定要食下菜balance下。仲有打邊爐常見既響鈴!如果想飲野,可以問店員拎一樽涼茶,又或者去飲品櫃拎汽水。食完咁多野,最後就係甜品!甜品係黑糖冰涼粉,有別於平時食既黑色涼粉,呢個係透明,而黑糖為這晶瑩剔透既涼粉帶來一絲絲既甜。食完好飽,要捧住個肚去埋單。之後見到呢幅圖,真係非常認同!「同志們,這家雞煲火鍋要常來!」…Read More

朋友終於完成咗佢既大project,梗係要約出黎賀一賀佢啦~係銅鑼灣地鐵站C出口行幾分鐘就到Ember。門面望落去已經見到ember閃亮既標誌,當中既b就用咗音樂符號代替,好特別。入到去見到燈光都係比較暗,份外突顯餐廳型格既裝潢。每枱都會有一小盞燈,讓你感到特別有情調。現場更有live show,讓人享用晚餐時,可以同時享受音樂。牛肉墨西哥烤餅配酸忌廉,牛油梨醬及蕃茄莎莎:墨西哥烤餅可以選擇雞肉或者牛肉,我地揀咗牛肉。牛肉經調味後,伴有洋蔥、蕃茄、 蘑菇、芝士,再用烤好既餅皮包好。牛肉好juicy,洋蔥唔會好辣,再加上蕃茄、蘑菇同埋芝士既配搭好夾。餅皮因為唔會過薄,烤過後只帶有少許香脆,包起所有餡料放入口就剛好!雖然就咁食都已經好夠味,但係我建議可以點酸忌廉,牛油梨醬同埋蕃茄莎莎呢三種醬汁,為味道添上清新既感覺。烤西班牙黑毛豬扒伴荷蘭豆燒手指薯配燒汁:點呢道菜既時候,店員會問要幾成熟。我地聽從店員既建議點咗七成熟。可能因為七成熟既關係,整塊黑毛豬扒都係比較容易切開,但又唔會見到血淋淋未熟既肉,見到既係令人垂涎欲滴、剛烤好既西班牙黑毛豬扒。放入口咀嚼,肉質鮮嫩而且充滿肉香,唔會食到有筋好韌好難咬。伴菜荷蘭豆、蕃茄同埋手指薯都烤得剛好,完完全全被我清碟。魷魚燒南瓜法邊豆粟米黄金意大利飯伴香煎北海道帶子:呢碟risotto賣相黃黃綠綠咁,有d似小朋友平時食既粟米青豆飯。食落就知道遠比小朋友食既飯好味!粒粒飯粒都染上金黃色係因為有南瓜既緣故。柔軟濕潤既意大利飯帶有南瓜既香甜,配上粒粒香甜黃金粟米,最驚喜係加入咸蛋,增添了少許咸味,令味道更豐富。伴係飯粒中間既青綠色唔係青豆,而係爽脆清甜既法邊豆,絕對係加分既地方。碟risotto精華既地方當然唔少得北海道帶子,面頭鋪咗三隻size都唔細既北海道帶子,肉質肥美,表面煎香,內裏味道鮮甜。Hotel California:我地見呢到有signature cocktail,所以就各自點咗杯。呢杯Hotel California飲落去立即飲到係whisky既味道,溝咗梳打水變得冇咁嗆,再加咗蜜糖同埋菠蘿之後,變得甜甜地,仲有薄荷既清新,唔錯。Tap Sonic:呢杯就完全激起少女心!Gin味道唔嗆,配合茉莉花和接骨木花,味道甜甜地幾夾。飲品入面既花花冰粒,頗為吸睛,啱哂少女。呢到既氣氛十分有情調,而且又可以享受音樂同埋美酒佳餚,係放工過黎輕鬆既好地方。MENU:…Read More

今日黎到尖沙咀同前輩一齊上堂,落堂之後就一齊黎諾士佛臺既圓山台灣料理食晚飯。上咗一層樓梯之後見到間鋪都幾大下,仲有好多白領放咗工過黎食飯tim~人數多既話可以坐圓枱,大家可以一路食一路傾計。一坐低,店員好快就會黎問飲咩茶,同埋放低一小碟蒜蓉青瓜,味道清清地。因為想食比較有台式味道既小食,所以台式雙拼揀咗彰化鹽水鴨同埋台式鴨舌。彰化鹽水鴨好入味,咸咸地而且肉質嫩滑,唔駛點側邊既白醋都夠好味。台式鴨舌就辣辣地好過癮,少少既肉配搭住少少既軟骨,十分有嚼口。蚵仔煎一上枱就圓圓一餅,可以跟據自己既喜好用刀切開,要幾大切幾大。蛋煎得香之餘,蚵仔飽滿,食落有D似啫喱既口感,幾得意,加咗韭菜之後變得更香。三杯雞係台灣地道既家常菜,每次一上枱,就可以令你垂涎欲滴。三杯係指醬油、麻油同埋米酒。當店員放小砂鍋上枱時,仍然吱吱作響,熱力令到香味更撲鼻。雞件被均勻地染至上色,顯得出每件雞件都十分入味,而且唔會鞋口,十分嫩滑惹味。見有咁多美味既小菜,所以叫咗碗台式滷肉飯。飯上面有兩塊滷肉,肥美既豬肉透著油光,加上香濃既醬汁。雖然感覺好肥,但係你會忍唔住放入口。食完之後,你會嫌兩塊實在太少。流沙包係我每次去飲茶都一定會叫既點心,見呢到有,即刻叫咗一籠。可以叫店員後上,留待飯後享用。一籠有三個流沙包,用手分開,立即見到入面既餡想流出黎。流沙包能夠做到真正既流沙,絕對唔係間間餐廳都做到,呢到就絕對合格啦!趁熱食,軟熟既包入面有充滿蛋黃香味既流沙餡,值得推介!呢到茶錢每位$16,另有加一服務費,今餐埋單total $508。今晚能夠同前輩食飯,聽住前輩既分享教導,又食到一餐咁美味既晚飯,真係好有得著,好滿足!MENU︰…Read More

今日同朋友仔去新蒲崗為咗份功課做資料搜集,到咗夜晚就順便食埋飯先返屋企。見天氣涼涼地,經過又見到燒皇燒烤雞煲專門店,就諗起好耐冇食雞煲,所以就入去食。入到店鋪入面,見地方唔大,但係D客就絡繹不絕。我同朋友仔都喜愛食辣,所以點咗麻辣雞煲,為咗可以留肚食多d野,叫咗半份雞。呢到有得揀要幾麻、要幾辣、需唔需要走芫荽、洋蔥等。我地驚太辣太麻,但又唔想BB麻BB辣,所以我地揀咗小辣,朋友仔唔食芫荽同埋洋蔥,所以揀埋走芫荽走洋蔥。師傅炒好個雞煲之後先上枱,令到個雞煲更香。上枱之後,店員仲會開爐幫手撈一撈,再焗一焗,務求令個雞煲完全熟透,但又唔會過熟影響肉質。所以焗完一開蓋,麻辣雞煲既香味立即撲鼻,香、麻、辣俱全,肉質嫩滑,令人冇辦法停手,食完再食。不過我地都認為我地揀得太保守,下次可以揀中辣,過一過癮。食完雞煲之後,店員就加湯預備打邊爐。配料雙拼($34)揀咗魚皮餃同埋芝心丸,都係我打邊爐常食既配料。手打墨魚滑可以隨自己喜好分大細size,淥好後食落口感彈牙,墨魚味香。自家水餃餡料有木耳絲、豬肉碎、椰菜絲,十分清甜,但略嫌水餃皮鹼水味較濃。呢到除咗雞煲之外,串燒都係非常出名,所以我地就叫咗一D串燒黎試下。首先黎到既有燒牛舌同埋燒牛柳粒。燒牛舌肉質有咬口、帶韌勁。燒牛柳粒外表金黃香脆,內裏顏色仍帶粉紅,燒得啱啱好,唔會過熟,所以咬落去充滿肉汁,唔會過韌。燒牛舌同埋燒牛柳粒兩者雖然口感不同,但都可以食得出串燒透過燒烤後,表面的醃料散發出閃閃油光,變得十分惹味!平時好鍾意食金菇肥牛卷,所以點咗串燒金菇牛肉卷。味道甜甜地,仲多咗燒烤而有既惹味。BBQ最鍾意燒茄子,呢到有川燒特大茄子,立即點客黎食。川燒可以揀辣度,如果冇特別要求,可以揀小辣。上枱個刻就見到茄子既size好大條,兩個人share食就唔驚唔夠食啦!茄子面頭鋪滿蒜粒,再撒上少許蔥花,茄子肉燒得好淋,醃料調味得剛好,食到我地舐舐脷!食咗咁多肉,點咗個燒金菠蘿黎清一清個口腔。金菠蘿燒完之後,依然多汁,清甜唔酸。店員推介呢到既燒海鮮唔錯,我地都叫咗D黎試下。燒蟶子皇$100有三隻,見價錢幾抵就叫咗三隻。店員講到明燒海鮮要等一段時間,因為海鮮要清洗要一D時間。話明係蟶子皇,貨真價實,size真係好大,肉質飽滿而且爽口彈牙有嚼勁。店鋪用咗蒜粒、辣椒粒同埋蔥花作調味,但海鮮獨有既鮮甜係遮蓋唔到! 另外,我地又叫咗燒大扇貝,都係$100三隻。燒大扇貝都係用蒜粒、辣椒粒同埋蔥花作調味。大大粒既扇貝燒得剛剛好,唔會好韌,鮮甜惹味到我覺得爭緊D粉絲或者白飯!海鮮大多都係時價,所以可以留意下店內張貼或者問下店員價錢。除咗美味雞煲之外,串燒、燒海鮮都好高質。店員仲推介我地下次黎,可以試下椰子雞煲,因為夠滋潤,啱哂宜家乾燥既天氣。雖然呢間店舖細小,但係卻見到都幾多人黎食,高峰時期仲會有幾枱人係門外等位tim,我諗除咗因為D食物好味之外,仲因為店員友善殷勤既服務態度,唔係一般連鎖店可以感受到既感覺!MENU:…Read More

黎到九龍灣陪朋友報完補習之後,就係呢到附近搵食。係得寶商場入面見到間好日式既門口,我地就決定今晚係大漁屋台享用我地既晚餐啦!坐底見到師傅忙碌咁預備食物,感覺同置身係日本小店一樣。啱啱開門做晚市,我地一坐低就即刻點野食。先黎一個刺身季節沙律,除咗有新鮮爽脆既沙律菜同埋車厘茄之外,仲有新鮮刺身如甜蝦、三文魚、八爪魚、三文魚籽同埋蟹籽,配起柚子醋混和後,整碟沙律都變得份外鮮味,作為前菜認真唔錯!食過沙律中的刺身,都感覺呢到提供既食材都十分新鮮,所以我地就叫咗少許刺身,有真鯛、赤身、三文魚。真鯛如白色外表一樣,味道比較清淡但口感鮮甜。赤身則脂肪較少,肉質結實有嚼口。三文魚同赤身一樣厚切,紋理呈現出脂肪分佈得好靚,放入口裏面,感覺份外肥美。見關東煮價錢唔貴,所以就叫咗蟹餅、板魚旦、鵪春蛋同埋大根,每樣都係$10串,好抵!大根即係白蘿蔔,十分厚切,盡吸湯汁既味道。蟹餅同埋板魚旦都口感彈牙,十分入味。鵪春蛋外表細細粒卻不失蛋香,十分過癮!鍾情軟殼蟹既朋友仔叫咗碟軟殼蟹水菜卷。軟殼蟹炸得十分酥香,與清新爽脆既水菜配搭得剛好,再用被蟹籽鋪滿既飯和紫菜卷起,賣相與味道都十分不錯~我地仲叫咗幾串串燒黎食下。鯖魚串燒燒得剛好,皮脆肉嫩。一口蕃薯可以一啖一粒,食落甜甜地但唔怕太濟。冬菇燒完唔會亁,好多汁,表面更有木魚絲tim~最後就叫咗個主食:什錦天婦羅手打烏冬。什錦天婦羅有蝦、茄子、南瓜、冬菇等,而手打烏冬口感彈牙,湯汁味濃,配上紫菜、板魚旦、紅蘿蔔、蔥花,十分驚喜。係一個小小的商場入面既一間小鋪享用到一頓美味既日式晚飯,真係十分意想不到!MENU︰…Read More

就黎跟學校去交流團,所以約埋同學仔一齊黎尖沙咀找換店兌定D外幣,順個便就係附近搵埋食。今次揀咗係嵐橋食日式丼飯。從門外睇呢間鋪,已經見到充滿日式味道既門口。六點黎到啱啱開門做晚市,所以係門口等咗一陣等店員收拾好先入去。店內既裝飾都好有日本既風味,令人感覺置身係日本既小店進餐中。一坐低,店員就端來每人一杯茶,溫熱既日本茶入口甘香,先暖一暖身。再來一碗麵豉湯,本來我個人幾抗拒麵豉湯,因為試過係其他餐廳飲過超咸既麵豉湯,今次一飲,發覺原來麵豉湯唔一定係超咸!內有豆腐粒、油豆腐絲、海帶,都幾足料,幾好飲!雖然係呢到,主角係丼飯,但係喺呢個咁有日式風味既餐廳入面,都叫咗D關東煮黎食。關東煮既炸魚餅同埋油揚味道清淡,所以旁邊有一小碟裝有芥末醬,點咗之後,味道又真係變得唔錯喎!除咗關東煮,我地仲叫咗大阪關西流行既小食︰串揚!我地叫咗半熟玉子同埋豆腐,串揚就係類似天婦羅但係就好似串燒咁用竹籤串起。不過,半熟玉子放在匙羹上應該比起用竹籤串起好,因為若然用竹籤串起,裏面既蛋汁應該會漏哂出黎、冇哂!豆腐本身十分嫩滑,係表面沾上炸漿炸起,又薄又脆既外表,與嫩滑既內裏,相映成趣。味道有點淡,點起側邊既醬汁黎食,味道剛好。半熟玉子同樣地外表披住一層薄薄既香脆炸皮,但內裏保持住半熟既狀態。火候真係控制得好好,蛋白剛熟呈滑彈既狀態,中心既蛋黃卻蠢蠢欲動想漏出來,所以一定要盡快將半熟玉子放入口裏面品嚐!主角終於出場啦!一見到有蟹食,就急不及待點咗個北海蟹丼。d料多到遮哂d飯,而且真係見到蟹蓋同埋蟹鉗㗎!蔥花吞拿魚蓉口感好細膩,咀嚼下滲出淡淡蔥花既香味,而三文魚紋理分明,脂肪與肉既比例剛好,與三文魚籽同樣十分新鮮。海膽鮮甜,若然份量再多d就更好!話明係北海蟹丼,就一定唔少得蟹啦!一隻甲羅燒裏面裝有香濃味美既蟹膏,撈埋蟹籽一齊食,特別滋味。而松葉蟹肉已拆好,可以放係口入面品嚐到啖啖蟹肉既鮮甜,令人心情尤其興奮~視覺上仲可以見到師傅擺放得好有心機既四隻松葉蟹鉗,拎起仍然見到一大塊蟹鉗肉,忍唔住要大咬一口。丼飯飯底可以揀赤醋壽司飯、冬菇赤醋壽司飯同埋麻油白飯,我揀咗赤醋壽司飯,食得出係選用咗日本米,粒粒飽滿,香口開胃。整體而言,整碗北海道蟹丼都好值得再encore!同學仔點了黑松露帆立貝鵝肝丼。就咁聽個名︰黑松露、帆立貝、鵝肝,通通都好啱我胃口。呢個飯丼同樣有蔥花吞拿魚蓉同埋三文魚籽,主角當然係帆立貝同埋鵝肝啦!因為帆立貝同埋鵝肝各有四塊,所以我忍唔住夾咗黎試下。一試之下,就覺得同學仔叫呢個飯丼真係冇叫錯!帆立貝先微微炭燒了表面,再係上面配有少許黑松露,保存到彈牙既口感之餘,新鮮既味道再加上因炭燒而有既香味,再配有畫龍點睛之效既黑松露,感覺係人間美味!而鵝肝同樣因煎過而變得更香,放入口中咀嚼,香氣立即充滿咗整個口腔!下次再黎可以試下叫呢個~走既時候,天已經黑啦~雖然聽日又係一個忙碌既一日,但係能夠食到美食,感覺就好似為自己叉咗電咁,充滿力量!嵐橋丼飯專門店,絕對值得encore!MENU:…Read More

同朋友黎到銅鑼灣想食韓國野,但唔想過去尖沙咀,所以就搵下銅鑼灣有咩韓國餐廳。係銅鑼灣C出口一出就見到對面係駱克駅,二樓有一間叫Bingo&Cook,正正就係韓國餐廳,啱哂我地!入面地方寬敞,坐低係座位既時候,可以見到開放式廚房入面既廚師係到烹調緊食物。店入面既佈置都充滿童真~除咗有公仔擺設之外,仲有色彩繽紛既壁畫,望落令人感到好舒服。肚仔餓既我地好彩唔駛等好耐就已經有得開餐啦!朋友話叫個『彈彈麵』,我開頭聽錯咗係『擔擔麵』,心諗:『黎韓國餐廳食咩四川野?』原來係我諗錯咗!係韓式既『彈彈麵』~原隻炸魷魚彈彈麵真係有原隻炸魷魚係面,上咗枱之後,店員先會用剪刀剪開隻魷魚。等店員剪開之後,我地就開動啦!魷魚炸完之後,唔會有好厚既炸粉係面,食落去除咗彈牙有嚼勁之外,仲食到魷魚獨特既香味,好香口。而『彈彈麵』麵條既質感十分彈牙,名副其實,絕不欺場。夾起每啖都掛有湯汁,微辣,十分過癮!我非常鍾意食韓式煎餅,呢到既煎餅選擇有幾款,我地就揀咗烤牛肉韭菜餅,一上枱就見到塊煎餅都幾大塊,份量唔少,仲有一小碟醬汁去點。就咁望,見到韭菜份量都幾多下。夾起一塊黎試,韭菜味又唔算突出喎。大概係因為烤牛肉既香味非常出眾,蓋過了韭菜既味道。烤牛肉充滿肉汁,十分juicy,味道剛好,我覺得唔駛點醬汁已經非常夠味。煎餅唔會用過多粉漿,煎得好香,點下D醬汁,就好似食到韓燒既感覺,好好味!韓式既無骨烤雞出名好食,我地見呢到有,就梗係點咗一份黎食啦!呢到有得揀原味、甜辣醬、醬油,我地揀咗甜辣醬。上咗枱之後,我地見到仲有四隻小碟裝住D醬汁可以隨個人喜好去點。有烤肉醬汁、芥末醬、沙律醬同埋韓式辣醬,仲有一小碟裝住用紅菜頭汁醃製過既蘿蔔,食落酸酸甜甜,非常開胃。無骨烤雞食落唔駛吐骨,非常方便,而且只係烤焗,冇被炸過,冇炸雞咁熱氣。雞塊面頭塗上甜辣醬,被烤至金黃色,有少許花生碎粒鋪面,甜辣醬味道剛好,唔駛點其他醬汁,就咁食就已經非常滋味,而且烤雞十分嫩滑,一D都唔老,唔駛怕食到D好鞋既肉。除咗烤雞,估唔到D配料都好有驚喜!像雞蛋般大既小薯仔被烤過之後,馬鈴薯既香味被帶出,口感綿密柔和,鬆軟美味。烤粟米雖然烤過後唔會似就咁水煮咁多汁,但係呢到烤得剛好,唔會乾爭爭,而且粟米被烤過之後,顯得分外香甜。我個人十分推介呢碟韓式既無骨烤雞!平時食開韓式炒粉絲,見到MENU有芝士炒粉絲咁得意,所以特登叫黎試下。上到枱之後,見到碟炒粉絲面頭就已經有芝士絲,攪勻之後夾起會有拉絲既效果。我個人都頗喜愛食韓式炒粉絲,估唔到芝士炒粉絲卻意外地好味,味道一D都冇違和感,而且除咗平時常見既香菇絲之外,仲加入海鮮配料,有蠔、蜆、魷魚等,份量唔少,令到整個炒粉絲除咗多咗芝士既香味之外,仲有海鮮既鮮甜,令到口感彈牙既韓式粉絲味道更豐富。食完呢餐之後,我知道除咗尖沙咀之外,銅鑼灣都可以食到美味既韓國菜!下次一定要再黎~MENU︰…Read More
