有驚喜的母親節晚餐

年年母親節都要一早度定去邊到食飯, 可以的話最好早一個月訂定. 費時一陣間唔記得左就大件事. 今年媽媽搬左去元朗住, 佢老人家又唔想勞師動眾走出九龍食飯, 所以我都係諗住係元朗食, 反正而家元朗好多好野食啦. 4月頭已經上open rice既table map睇定邊到有得訂枱, 見到呢家oyster plus, 食客既相片望落去好吸引喎, 評分都唔錯. 就決定book呢間啦. (btw, 好彩琴日book左係元朗食飯, 如果唔係又黃雨又紅雨咁, 都真係好狼狽)雖然我同媽媽都鐘意食生蠔, 不過對生蠔真係無咩研究. 去到都係叫餐廳幫我地揀啦. 雖然我鐘意食creamy d既蠔, 不過餐廳話佢地呢一手番黎既蠔都係以法國蠔為主, creamy既比較小, 所以.. 算啦. 由佢地喳fit幫我地揀左4款總共8隻生蠔. 餐廳做緊買6送1既生蠔優惠, 所以都幾抵食架. 見到隔離枱又食帶子皇刺身, 又有海膽, 好想食呀. 不過我地得兩個人, 下次去到再食過食完生蠔, 就到頭盤. 我地叫左個香煎鵝肝配黑醋汁沙律. 鵝肝係我個人最愛食物之一. 呢到既鵝肝煎得比較熟, 所以食落去好香好油... 正!老實講, 一件真係唔好夠我食主菜我地左兩款, 一個係未試過既焗法式鴨脾, 一個係網上d人好推介既加拿大豬鞍架配藍梅汁. 焗法式鴨脾係絕對有驚喜. 試想像一下食緊中式臘鴨脾, 不過係新鮮既一樣咁有咸香味, 但係肉質鮮嫩好多, 而且多汁, 唔需要用刀, 輕輕地用义已經可以拮到d肉黎食. 好味! 另外配以一個有橙做既沾醬. 橙既甜酸味可以解左鴨脾既小小油膩咁, 好味!第二個主菜係我好想試既加拿大豬鞍架. 事關網上話呢到d豬鞍架確實係9成熟, 呢個真係好吸引. 豬鞍架上枱時, 嘩~ 好香呀. 食埋個鴨脾之後帶住興奮又緊張既心情切開我個豬鞍架. 媽媽話見到我切好似好硬咁, 佢好擔心, 其實個豬鞍架一d都唔硬. 食落肉爽之餘仲好有肉味同埋肉汁好豐富. 真係好好味. 而家打緊呢個食評都令到我流哂口水. 下次父親節一定要帶老豆再去食一次媽媽唔食甜品既, 所以一開餐既時候叫左杯白酒佢黎送蠔. 係12年既唔知咩白酒. 主要既檸檬果香加礦物味. 酒呢家野我真係唔"好"所以.. 就咁囉. 不過媽媽話都ok喎我呢, 飯後一定要甜品. 呢到有榴槤芝士餅, 一定會試. 因為i dont like 榴槤. 仲有cream burlee, pana contta, 同埋lava cake. 叫左lava cake, 不過個雪櫃壞左喎, 所以係齋lava cake, 無得配雪糕. 餐廳老闆介紹話佢地既lava cake係用法國著名既valrhona 75% dark 朱古力做既, 所以無一般lava cake咁甜, 但係就會更加香朱古力味. 事實上係... 正確架. 佢既lava cake無一般咁甜, 但係食完之後, 係滿口芳香朱古力味. 好好味呀! 可惜空間有限, 如果唔係真係好想食多一件. 餐廳雖然小d, 不過大致上都幾舒服既. 餐廳老闆行過又會同你傾下計, 問下意見又會細心介紹下d食物. 所以... 雖然琴日天氣好差, 不過我地都食左一餐溫馨, 好味既母親節晚餐. happy mother's day…Read More

同朋友食完飯, 慣性周圍遊睇下有咩甜品好食. 之前已經見到呢間甜品店, 出名既就係佢個花盆甜品. tiramisu都係我心頭好. 所以去試下. 可能琴日係閒日, 加上去到都係9點半, 唔駛等位即刻有得坐, 好! 打開餐牌立即選擇困難症又發作. 事關款款甜既賣相都好正. 心大心細都唔知食邊款好. 最後都係請侍應哥哥黎介紹下. 琴日有幾款廚師推介甜, 一個係macaroon platter, 侍應哥哥開左ipad俾我睇下成品. 好靚架, 有5個唔同味既macaroon, 加一個雪糕球, 另外仲有食得既玫瑰花作裝飾, 不過侍應哥哥話玫瑰花而家無左. 所以我地都係pass. 另一個叫做野菇森林, 用蛋白脆餅做成磨菇作型, 加埋d朱古力碎等等做成森林既地下, 不過好大盤, 我地又pass. 最後一個叫做雪糕脆格, 麵包粒沾滿牛油之後攞去炸, 跟住舖滿鮮忌廉, 生果同埋雪糕. 生果可以揀士多啤梨, 香蕉或者芒果. 雪糕就有朱古力, 雲呢拿, 士多啤梨, 綠茶, 芝麻同埋蜜糖可以揀. 呢個聽落好吸引, 所以我地揀左呢個. 我同朋友都係朱古力控, 揀左香蕉同埋朱古力. 事關香蕉配朱古力簡直一流. 另外唔小得既梗係佢地既鎮店之寶 -- 花盆甜品. 我地揀左原味tiramisu. 先得既係花盆甜品, 賣相都幾吸引. 食一啖... 好香濃既咖啡味而且好滑, 加埋上面既朱古力脆粒同埋果仁. 每一啖都係享受. 正~~ 唯一既缺點就係... 可以再大個就好啦, 唔夠喉我諗果個雪糕脆格係即叫即做, 所以都等左幾個字先黎. 個甜品上枱果陣, 我地都細細聲咁嘩左一聲, 事關個賣相好一流. 而且聞到好香添喎. 食一啖... 個麵包勁正. 外皮脆脆, 入面淋淋. 充滿牛油香味, 加埋d鮮忌廉真係勁好味, 而且粒粒都係one bite size, 一啖一個好滿足. 雪糕好味, 不過唔記得問下佢用咩牌子雪糕添. 呢個甜品真係好正. 值得等待. 服務方面都幾好, 請侍應哥哥為我地介紹甜品既時候, 佢附埋ipad俾相我地睇, 呢個.. 好!已經約定下次要再去, 到時要再試埋其他甜品. 希望到今次一樣, 我地都會滿載而歸啦 :)…Read More

想去重慶大廈食咖哩好耐, 終於今年bday朋友約我去可以一嘗多年心願咯 重慶大廈咁多間食咖哩, 都唔知邊間好食. 於是先上網查下食評再問下曾經去食過既朋友, 決定左去呢間未到重慶大廈已經有好多印度人係到介紹, 用唔咸唔淡既廣東話問你食飯未? 係咪食咖哩? 未幾就見到我地想食果個既負責人, 好快就跟左佢入重慶.第一次去重慶真係..目不暇給, 對我黎講真係好新奇, 感覺就好似去左泰國果D東南亞地區咁. 行左一小段路, 負責人就叫我地跟住佢另一個同事去. 哦~ 再行多一段路又有第三個人要跟 跟住其實都唔係好知自己係邊, 無幾耐終於見到LIFT口, 就有第四個人帶我地搭LIFT. 間野係3/F, 但係因為架LIFT未到, 就由呢第4個人帶我地搭4/F LIFT然後行後樓梯落一層.. 有D刺激喎 終於去到餐廳. 門口無招牌架只係貼住"只招待會員", 其實果D應該係由住宅改裝而成. 一入門口已經聞到超香, 口水都流哂呀 第一個單位就餐廳既正廳, 有D裝修燈就係藍色既幾靚, 不過.. 爆棚. 跟住侍應去到第二個廳, 終於有位坐. 聞到既係印度既香氛味再加上印度獨有食物香料既味道. 好吸引呀~ 餐枱係用印度式樣既膠枱布舖住, 好靚呀. 幾靚幾吸引都好, 此行係醫肚, 快D叫野食先. 望住張餐牌, 好多都好想食呀, 不過得兩個人, 唯有叫D大路D既野食, 好味既下次黎試其他. 叫左個鐵板雜錦, 入面有五香雞件, 羊肉串同埋烤魚. 瑪沙拉燴羊肉, 一個普通烤餅同一個芝士烤餅. 野飲就叫左個芒果LASSI我就梗係要最LIKE 玫瑰梳打.叫左野食, 侍應先黎一個餐前小食, 烤餅. 呢個脆身既, 食落去脆脆地, 有香料味仲有小小辣. 食左真係胃口大開喎. 野飲黎到先啜一啖, 好香玫瑰花味呀, 加埋d梳打有d氣咁, 係呢d咁潮濕嚴熱既天氣飲真係一流. 等左一陣鐵板雜扒上枱啦. 好香呀.. 勁吸引~! 先食五香雞件, 雞肉林林地唔鞋口, D香料入哂D肉到正呀. 香料加埋肉味正~! 跟住就食羊肉串, 嘩~ 呢個真係勁正.. 羊肉串係用免治羊肉整成一個卷咁去烤, 一D羊膻味都無, 有羊味加埋D香料味仲有辣辣地, 一人一條實在太小啦. 第三件食魚, 可能之前呢個肉味道太濃啦, 最尾先食魚無左個驚喜係到, 都好食但係都係懷念個羊肉串多D. 最後就食佢D菜, 索哂D肉汁再埋個鐵板既熱力已經烤林左D菜. 好味跟住就住主菜咖哩, N年前係第二間食過瑪沙拉羊肉, 知道係出名既菜式之一, 辣既. 但係實際咩味就唔記得啦. 呢個咖哩係紅色既, 無想像中辣但係香, 烤餅好好味呀. 雖然厚身但係鬆化, 點咖哩汁食一流. 芝士烤餅直情美味到不能. 本身已經係芝士怪, 芝士夾係烤餅入面烤到溶溶地, 點埋咖哩一齊食.. 噢~!! 琴晚同朋友補祝生日食飯,本身諗住去路德圍食既,但食環掃街,無得擺街之後變左D食店勁多人,突然諗起有呢間燒皇,反正未試過,於是去試下。其實食呢類型燒烤幾好,人多人小都無問題,事關佢都係一串一串叫,人多人小都無影響,幾好見到MENU又幾多種類揀,餐牌上面既海鮮基本上都係市價,叫既之前可以去舖面果到睇下海鮮實物,同埋後面果個白板睇下今日價位幾多再叫。我地兩個人叫左3串蜜糖廚師腸,因為$20/3串,一串牛肉串,牛油焗什菌,黑椒牛柳粒,琴晚蠔有特價HKD$45/3隻,我地叫左一份,同埋醬爆芝士丸。本身想試果個麻辣羊頸肉,但係佢話無貨,推介我地食羊架,朋友唔係好鐘意食羊,所以只係左一份我自己食。基本上都OK,廚師腸.. 無走雞架啦,佢搽左好多蜜糖所以甜甜又脆皮好似自己去燒烤FEEL,醬爆丸都係丸囉無咩特別既。牛肉串一上枱,好誇張呀,因為好長囉。有D四川FEEL因為佢用左孜然粉黎醃,香香辣辣咁,雖然望落去好似好乾咁,但係入口都出乎意料之外地林,同埋無咩梳打牛FEEL。牛油什菌好好味,同埋都幾多囉。羊架就真係好GOOD啦,鐘意食羊既人一定要試下,佢好有羊味不過唔酥,加埋D露絲瑪莉香香地,燒到剛剛熟,夠哂林滑,而且一D都唔細件架喎,真係正。等左一陣就到我最想食既燒蠔,雖然就細隻左小小,但係剛好熟既蠔好滑口,又夠香,又夠甜,好好味,3隻兩個分,真係有D唔夠喉。坐左一陣見到伙計們都推介D食客食帶子,話今日D帶子好肥喎,有人叫左我地望下,又真係好似幾得喎,20蚊一隻,我地兩個人一人叫一隻食下啦,聖子皇都好似唔弱,雖然飽飽地,不過咁大隻就叫一隻SHARE啦。先黎既係聖子皇,雖然無人地果隻咁大隻,但係都唔弱喎,燒到岩岩好夠哂爽口。之後就到帶子皇,果然係OK,好大隻呀,又係好爽口,20蚊一隻都幾抵食。琴晚涼涼地,雖然坐街邊,但係一D都唔熱,食下串燒飲下野吹吹水咁,幾好FEEL。侍應係一般大排檔FEEL果D囉,好大聲好豪爽,但係手腳快,執野執得快,又會推介下有咩好食,唔會夾硬要你食D貴野,介紹果D都又真係幾好。我地埋緊單果陣,又走黎問下我地意見,味道好唔好,熟到岩唔岩咁,幾好~約左下次再去,到時要再叫多D海鮮 :)…Read More

令人有小小驚喜既火鍋店

大表表生日,諗住約埋幾個去打邊爐。而家咁多各式各樣既火鍋專門店,真係有D花多眼亂,上開飯睇,見到網友食評好似都唔錯,映出黎食物相片又幾OK,所以決定黎呢間試下。首先要講既係第一印象。上星期五打電話去訂枱,接聽既小姐好親切又有禮物,我真係好耐無試過打去訂枱食飯接通之後係可以清楚咁聽到餐廳既名稱,超碼知道自己無打錯電話先。而家好多時打去訂枱,老實講,真係唔知自己有無打錯電話,一係好快快到聽唔到,一係唔清楚,一係唔咸唔啖既國語廣東話,呢到有甜美既小姐接聽我既聽話,我清楚咁知道自己打左去邊,亦都收到清晰既回覆我訂枱既時間同埋日期,第一印象已經攞哂分。到左食飯果日,去到火鍋店門口,見到一位親切笑容既知客姐姐,表明來意之後佢就帶我去搭LIFT,講左出LIFT門就有同事招呼我。果然一開LIFT門已經有店員在等候,跟住帶我去我既位置。雖然仲有人未到,不過我地都係決定食住等。先揀湯底,呢到火鍋湯底叫OK多選擇啦,鐘意食辣既有重慶麻辣雞煲,四川麻辣鍋,麻辣牛腩,沙爹鍋。傳統D既就有瑤柱冬瓜鍋,蕃茄薯仔牛腩鍋,芫茜皮蛋鍋,清湯鍋,叫做新穎D既就有海底棷鮮魚鍋,白菜豬肺鍋,仲有其他不過已經忘記左。ANYWAY,我地揀左個滋潤既海底棷鮮魚鍋,好快個鍋就上枱,一上枱我地就聞到超勁棷子味,好香呀~!!!呢個時候就有店員問我地需唔需要叫飲品,友人笑問係咪任飲,店員話佢地仲未有呢個服務,不過可以送一渣竹蔗水我地飲。諗住送既應該都窄窄地,點知又好好味喎。跟住輪到火鍋料,除非唔食牛,如果唔係打邊爐基本上係必食肥牛,呢D有唔同既肥牛選擇,我地揀左個中價既本地手切肥牛(大),仲可以揀唔到既部份,我地淨係識食,唔係好識分唔同部份食落有咩唔同,諗住落單既時先問一下。另外仲叫左白鱔片,駝鳥肉,鮮鵝腸,響鈴,生根同埋雙拼手打滑蟹籽蝦拼墨魚。落ORDER既時候問清左店員唔同既部份有咩唔同既口感,店員都好詳細咁樣解釋,問左我地既意願之後就介紹我地食咩部份好D,我地就梗係聽下人地講啦,揀左林滑既頸同埋脊。肥牛真係唔錯,好好牛味又真係好林好滑喎,白鱔片好爽口幾好食,其實我唔係幾鐘意出街食鱔,怕佢唔爽口,但係呢到果個鱔係好OK架。鮮鵝腸好驚喜,因為佢真係夠哂肥美,口感一流,真係好耐未食過。響鈴上枱既時候傳菜姐姐仲放低左個汁,話呢到響鈴即做可以點汁食唔駛一定用黎打邊爐喎,咁又真係未試過可以試下。同行友人試左一個話都OK,不過都係打邊爐好味D喎。人齊之後就叫第二輪,再叫左美國桶蠔,手打四寶丸,本身諗住叫黃金蝦丸,但係因為已經售罄就改左要普通手打蝦丸,另外仲叫做魚皮餃同埋冬瓜片。手打丸同蝦丸好好味喎,夠爽咀又彈牙,仲好香肉味添,美國桶蠔好大隻,好彩就係滾耐左都唔太難嚼,魚片餃我唔食,不過同行友人都話勁正喎。食左一陣又係時候叫第三輪,見到餐牌上有個叫牛白肉,問左店員原來係牛心頂,諗左一陣都係叫左第二樣,就係香草牛柳粒,再叫左個鮮蝦雲吞,同埋油麥菜。香草牛柳係用左d露絲瑪利香草醃,香香地又夠滑唔錯,鮮蝦雲吞好大粒好足料。油麥菜上枱果陣友人話好香菜味喎,我坐入面聞唔到,不過見到佢好青綠感覺上係好新鮮同好乾淨,食落去真係好香菜味喎。食飽飽仲送生果盤添~食物OK,服務都好喎。打邊爐期間有店員耐唔時過黎我地撈走湯上面果D白色泡泡,加茶加得好密,火鍋加水既時候細心問你要加湯定加水,有問必答之餘都答詳細,全部店員都面帶笑容,呢個好難得。奇怪既係,食物質素OK,服務OK,地點又就腳,裝修唔差,價錢又適中,但係琴晚全間店都加埋都係得5-6枱人,唔明係咩原因。為左令佢唔好咁快執,所以我地決定多D幫襯佢,等佢生意多D。不過希望佢生意多既時間仍然可以KEEP住好既服務態度同埋上盛既食物質素啦 :)…Read More

中秋節,屋企人訂左係煌府食飯。本身話食個海鮮餐,不過後尾因為得9個人,所以都係決定散叫,叫左9個餸:貴妃雞半隻:爸爸笑話半隻雞似一隻乳鴿喎,因為真係好細隻。味道都OK既,但係賣相麻麻地沙律海鮮卷:一客得6條,望落去有小小孤酸既感覺,所以炸得鬆脆同埋無咩油,但係D餡就除左食到罐頭雜果同埋沙律醬之外,就咩都無。咕嚕明蝦:D蝦球真係好大隻,但係得個面有味,咬落去.. 咩味都無,連蝦味都無賽磅蟹:OK啦,味道OK,係"鞋"左小小囉,因為D蛋白老左小小。馬拉盞啫啫通菜煲:D通菜好生呀,所以好硬,同埋好草青味,我DISLIKE沙嗲粉絲蝦煲:粉絲索左D味好好味,不過爛左小小,所以黏埋一堆,蝦... 唔好味,好似雪左好耐咁,無味兼硬實實咁燒味拼盤:全晚最好食,由其是义燒,係半肥瘦小小燶,好淋好入面,呢個係超正。翠肉瓜炒牛肉:淨係食左D牛肉,有D XO醬味,都OK既。北菇扒豆腐:淨係食左小小菇,OK啦。飯後送既紅豆沙係最最好既,因為真係起沙,另外叫既法式焦糖燉蛋都好味,茶樓有CREME BURLEE食.. 都幾創新。服務方便,其實都幾懶散。我地叫8個飯,黎得兩個。話漏左,佢又攞番我地個兩個飯入去,攞黎攞去唔知做咩,搞左幾個字先攞齊D飯黎。叫人寫單,佢行幾步又調轉頭同人講一陣野行幾步又轉頭講一陣,問到佢攞餐牌,佢攞黎果陣又係咁...好奇怪囉~! 唔可以俾左我先架咩? 搞到我好似有D阻住佢咁喎。ANYWAY,去食夜晚係因為去飲過茶D野都幾OK,同埋可能地點唔係太就腳,所以日夜都好小人。不過如果再去,都係飲下茶算啦~…Read More

本身諗住去食水煮魚, 但係無開。反正媽媽都未試過呢間,所以轉場去食烤魚。因為得我同媽媽兩個人,所以叫做一個麻辣味大邊鍋烤魚小辣加8蚊轉配手抓餅,另外叫左六串串燒,三串羊肉三串雞都係小辣,另外烤魚再加20蚊配全菜,有大豆芽,金菇,連藕等配菜。可能我地去果陣時間仲早,唔駛等位之餘,好快就有得食,個魚上到枱,一陣麻辣味已經轉入個鼻,好正呀,口水不期然流出黎啦。諗住食之際,店員走埋黎細心咁幫我地分開條魚,等佢入味d,然後再介紹可以出左個魚腩先,因為比較薄快D入味喎。唔該哂~:)兩個食一條大邊(有差唔多兩斤)真係多左小小,不過香香麻麻辣辣咁好開胃喎,條魚烤過先放入個爐到,魚皮脆脆,稍為浸一浸D汁再食.. 勁正。淡水魚一向無咩魚味(我覺得),但係唔知係咪用左麻辣汁反而仲帶左D魚鮮味出黎,D魚肉好甜呀。魚食左一陣就上串燒,好香既子然粉味,小小辣辣地,羊肉咁岩有D根所以有小小硬,不過幾好趙口囉,雞肉就好滑好好味。手抓餅我就咁食,媽媽就用黎浸汁,好好味喎~ 下次再黎都要食手抓餅先。其實佢無個魚鍋都會配送兩個白飯,要手抓餅就要加8蚊,但係我地又唔係好鐘意食飯,手抓餅又未試過同埋都係加8蚊啫,所以轉左手抓餅,果然無令我地失望,呢8蚊係物超所值既。兩個人每人百幾蚊,加埋啤哂汽水就飲飽食醉.. 味道又好~ 正呀~…Read More

夏日炎炎,行街行到熱辣辣最好就係食番個好味乳酪雪糕,透心涼喎。琴日同基哥去K11行街,開左新既乳酪店喎,要試下先。入到去原來同平時果D乳酪店唔到架,乳酪基本上SET好左,所以唔駛自己揀配料,第一次食揀過感覺上穩重D既"VANILLA SKY"。乳酪最上層上係炸意大利甜麵條及黑朱古力棒棒配自家制焦糖脆米,中層係新鮮芒果肉要配脆米,底層就係新鮮藍梅。起初對果個炸甜麵條感覺麻麻,怕好油膩又驚唔好食,好衰咁將果個脆脆左基哥食,點知越來好好甜架,事實再一次證明所有野都係自己試下先可以作實。朱古力棒棒係黑朱古力,甘甘甜甜好好味喎。乳酪雪糕好香好滑,好喜歡佢果D酸酸甜甜既味道,平時係街自選配料都係得淡淡乳酪味,但係呢到果D真係夠哂濃烈,正呀~食乳酪最鐘意揀有D脆脆口感既配料,加埋D雪糕一齊食好正架。呢到果D自家制脆米好夠哂脆身又夠香甜,芒果肉好新鮮夠大粒又好甜,真係好好味。底層果D藍梅都好大粒,不過個人唔好食酸,所以覺得呢到D藍梅就酸左小小,(又或者可能係D芒果太甜相對黎講D藍梅就酸左),但係基哥就話勁正喎~雖然45蚊一杯乳酪雪糕好似貴左小小,不過平時自選配料既乳酪店,都差唔多價錢,相對黎講,呢個雪糕好味,配料勁正,加埋個賣相咁靚,未食都已經令你心花怒放,呢個價錢... 超值吖~…Read More

姑姐生日哥哥提議去食重慶燒,不過因為姑姐同幾個細佬都唔得食辣野,再加上前排經過龍蝦燒門口果個姐姐好熱情咁介紹,所以最後落實左去食龍蝦燒。因為生日既關係係ITALIAN TOMATO訂左個蛋糕,預早小小去龍蝦燒放低個蛋糕先,姐姐叫我最好早小小人齊入去坐住先,如果唔係一陣多人驚俾唔到位我。多謝提醒~! 未夠7點我同姑同埋細佬去到.. 先坐低。 老實講,位係窄既,係唔係幾好坐,侍應部份魂魂地遊,年紀比較大既姐係串串地咀既,但係.. 唔好當佢高級食店,當佢大排檔.. 就OK。基本上無明文規定一人可以叫幾多隻龍蝦,但係我地一坐低姐姐就話因為旺場既關係,遲小小叫可以要兩個人SHARE一隻龍蝦,叫我地如果諗住一人一隻最好叫左先。其實我唔係好明.. 咁係咪一張枱5個人.. 只可以叫一次之後唔可以再燒龍蝦? 食辣野最爽既就係越食越想食,但係好多時出街食既辣野,無論泰菜,川菜,好多時都係辣到人頭皮發麻,個咀同條痢發腫又痛,飲極水都唔夠咁,真係令人望而生畏,難得有一間辣得黎越食越想食,辣到大家大呼過癮,忍唔住要讚多一次之前同事聽我講重慶回味香勁好食,嗜辣既同事已經蠢蠢欲動,適逄HAPPY FRIDAY,加上近排天氣又悶熱,於是約埋一齊去辣辣佢。上次去食問過老闆係可以打電話訂左枱先既,所以預早一日訂定,友人先到等左一陣間就有位。由於我同其他人未到,友人好醒目咁已經叫定一個涼拌粉片同一支大啤,邊食邊等。我地去到見佢食到雪雪聲又流汗,但係又欲罷不能,真係搞笑。人齊左要叫餸,叫左一個大既普通辣水煮魚,泡椒腰花,辣子田雞,紅油豬耳,蒜泥白肉.. 叫住咁多食住先。涼拌菜式先上,蒜泥白肉切得好靚,薄薄一片肥瘦適中既豬肉拌住秘製既醬汁,香香辣辣,好開胃。我地見到白肉切得好靚,細問之下原來老闆自己操刀.. 勁呀~!! 紅油豬耳第一次食,爽爽地辣辣地,加埋下面舖住既青瓜絲.. 好味~等左一陣間,我地既主菜之一黎啦,水煮魚~! 大家見到真係忍唔住歡呼,食左第一啖之後,大家都叫爽。辣辣既汁,麻麻既感覺,仲有滑滑既魚肉.. 真係正~!! 真係咁上下辣子田雞到,一上枱,大家都有D驚,成碟都係辣椒心諗一定好辣。其實辣椒經過泡油,辣味已經去左好多,反而突顯左佢辣椒既香味,加埋D田雞,呢個餸好好味。泡椒腰花好好味,泡淑酸酸地辣辣地,加埋D配菜好近唐芹同埋雲耳,同事用黎送啤酒不斷叫正。食到咁上下大家好似唔係好夠喉,再叫左個四川涼麵,涼拌海帶絲,細既唔辣酸菜魚,紅燒豬紅,黃金皮蛋,全部都.. 好正。呢到最好既係,學老闆話齋,食川菜唔辣點似樣。雖然每一樣都辣既,但係辣既程度辣既味道儘然不同,絕對唔會令食客有重覆既感覺,而家食落口果下辣,而後就係一貫暖一樣由食道真落個胃,但係唔會食到你口又痛脷又痛,只會令你越食越想食,越食越過癮,總知係就GOOD GOOD GOOD啦。雖然店舖裝潢唔突出,係一般街邊小食店一樣,坐位方便.. 今次係我第二次幫襯重慶回味香,第一次去係兩個星期前。朋友好喜歡食水煮魚,我喜歡食麻辣不過好似未食過水煮類,都好想一試。可惜果晚9點幾先去,夜左,魚已經售罄,改左食水煮牛肉,一試難忘喎。兩個星期後既琴晚,再約埋d朋友去試水煮魚。第一次食水煮魚真係一食難忘,滑滑既魚肉,令舌頭麻痺既麻令大腦震撼既辣,爽呀... 真係越辣越想食喎。是晚我地叫左一鍋水煮魚,麻辣肚絲,黃金皮蛋,涼拌粉皮,麻辣藕片。雖然全部野食都係辣,但係好愛佢辣既程度,辣既味道都有所不同,真係爽呀~!!而且好喜歡佢呢種家庭式小餐廳既感覺,老闆個樣雖然串串地,講野都有小小串,但係我地一路食同佢一路傾計,真係好ok喎~!! 傾傾計隔離枱都一陣傾埋一份.. 幾開心架anyway,呢到我地會再一次幫襯,而且基本上都已經訂左係過兩個星期後~雖然要等位,但係又平又正.. 等一陣都值吖~:)…Read More
