首先,呢篇係我人生第一次主動寫食評(被逼要寫先有優惠之類果啲唔計),而會寫唔止係被食物打動,都係被態度打動。講真,唔係機緣巧合真係唔會食到呢間鋪。因為OpenRice 無評價,Google review全部係前一手的。而且睇完餐牌發現佢既Omakase仲要唔係主要食魚生刺身,而係食和食。無論點睇都唔似一間正常既日本嘢。但如果你就咁放棄佢,你就走寶了。鋪入面只有三個工作人員,就係三位老闆亦係三位主廚,同時都係三個同門師兄弟。自問唔係食家,但呢間鋪頭既三位老闆完全比我感受到佢對煮食既熱忱。佢地真係為左可以有地方可以自由發揮所以係呢個市道都自己租左落來開餐廳。如果一個餐廳老闆好似打機咁有得揀加點既方向,佢地三個應該係加曬去廚藝度,但marketing完全無加點,所以無論出品幾特別幾好,客都唔多。至於嘢食,我覺得唔需要多講,當一間餐廳所有人都對「煮嘢食」有熱忱有追求,想唔好食都難。反而值得一提既係佢對選擇主打和食Omakase,呢條賽道可能全香港都無幾多人跑緊。如果你食慣其他Omakase,值得來換下口味。…Read More
