美味杏仁批

其实一早就收到了主理人Eric送上的精心包装的杏仁批,从香港快递过来盒子连个皱折都没有,真心点赞。当时各种拍照,可惜后来iPhone坏了拿去旺角送修,没办法备份资料,所有图片全部丢失,好在包装盒还在,杏仁批也还剩两条,可以补拍。 相信其他食家有更多精美图片,各位请另行参考。打开外面的纸盒子,发现里面是12片独立包装,这样的包装形式更适合携带外出,比如带个一两条去办公室在忙到低血糖的时候充饥~~如果是阖家分享,我更希望可以不用每一条都单独包装,省却了不少麻烦,也更环保啊。拆开来看(比较难撕开,稍微大力点又怕折断,我用了剪刀剪开),这小小杏仁批跟我的想象果然有出入,印象中的各种批,是较为厚身有分量的,而这薄薄一片,乍看起来竟然有点失望呢!可是一旦入口,却非常有惊喜!口感酥脆松化之余,有着好像马卡龙一般的糖霜,再加上烘焙的杏仁带来特殊的香气,不会太甜,竟然非常好吃!仔细观察,原来杏仁批分上下两层,下层就好像拿破仑一样的千层酥,提供口感;上层就是刚才吃到的如马卡龙一般的糖霜,提供味道,二者结合,相得益彰。不过杏仁片的分量在这里就不够突出了,热爱杏仁的我,希望能吃到浓郁的杏仁哟!对于我这样喜爱“过瘾”的女青年,试过将两条并在一起吃,才有满足感。这样精巧的杏仁批,再厚身一点可好?好迫不及待想试试【古法烘焙】的其他产品呢!…Read More

默默使用了多年openrice,却第一次在openrice的香港站写食评,有点像是在写一本回忆录。而之所以选择翡翠拉面小笼包作为这一切的开始,也无非是因为只有这家食肆在内地有分店罢了~~在香港觅食,除了找寻大街小巷的香港滋味,也总是要选择内地吃不到的或者做得不好的,比如日本料理或者西餐,而走进【翡翠拉面小笼包】,一半是为了米其林一星餐厅的光环,一半则是为了看看,这个来自新加坡的上海菜在香港会变成什么样子。说到小笼包,在中国南北都生活过的我自认为比较有发言权。北方的小笼包用发面,皮厚而松软,多用纯猪肉馅,味道咸香,几乎没有灌汤,可以说就是缩小版的大包。而南方的小笼包,在北方叫做灌汤包,更为世人所熟知;皮薄而透亮,馅料用上鸡汤煮制的猪肉和皮冻,味道鲜甜,蒸熟之后皮冻化开,变成汤汁,鲜美非常。这间米其林一星的小笼包,大小适中整齐划一,皮褶均匀但略厚不够透亮,汤汁嫌少,提起来没有坠手感。味道和口感都因为汤汁分量不足而差强人意。让人觉得与其花大价钱吃一笼这样的小笼包,还不如走上街头花上几块钱吃一份生煎。明明是沪菜馆,却有【水煮牛肉拉面】【四川担担面】这样的川菜,表姐嗜辣,叫了这两份。我也好奇想知道究竟如何。服务员很“贴心”地问了要不要剪面。表姐说要,但殊不知,吃面的乐趣正是在于用筷子高高挑起、送入口中还要吮吸两口方才吃完长长一根。面食大省陕西,有一种面就是一整碗只有宽宽长长的一根。至于味道,水煮牛肉拉面自然是不如四川当地的麻辣,但胜在牛肉够嫩够入味。不考虑“正宗”,也是一碗好吃的面。而四川担担面,则跟我在成都吃到的完全两种东西,成都的担担面,是没有汤的。但这一碗自称“担担面”的东西,却掳获了我的心!芝麻酱那浓郁的口感、虽然喷香但略腻的味道,被一抹淡淡的酸轻易化解,加上微微的辣,搭配幼身却有咬口的面条,组合成酣畅淋漓的一碗面,无怪乎会入选米其林名单!至于环境和服务,保持了中餐馆一贯的拥挤与热闹。吃饱喝足再去看一场戏,完美的休息日。…Read More
