天氣開始轉凍,就約左三五知己一起去食韓燒,食d脂肪黎御寒,咁就當然選放題啦,終於最後決定左去食韓燒,就係網上search左附近既新高麗苑韓國餐廳,價錢適中可以任食,韓燒係最佳選擇。開始拿左幾味前菜:泡菜、白雲鳳爪、芽菜、白菜仔、甜薯仔……食完d熟食前菜就開始燒烤啦,我地拿左既肉類有:雞翼、牛肋骨、金菇肥牛、牛肉、牛肉粒、豬頸肉、牛扒、辣雞肉、牛仔骨。牛仔骨肉質軟熟。海鮮類:墨魚仔、魷魚片、魷魚蘇、多春魚,魷魚烤起身好爆香,口感爽脆,必燒選擇。燒左咁多肉黎d青菜互補下先,我地拿左生菜、金菇、冬菇、南瓜飽肚後就食d甜品:布丁、蕃薯糖水、木瓜雪耳,仲有唔少得既人蔘雞湯潤一潤喉。歡樂時光都係過得好快既,話咁快時間就過左,個肚都飽左,好滿足~…Read More

近年韓風仍然大熱,韓式餐廳成行成市,但日式居酒屋仍然都有唔少嘅支持者,我就係其中一個!上星期去到尖沙咀辦事,之後就同幾位好友去到位於赫德道嘅“石亭居酒屋”店面雖小,但和風味濃,陳設雖然簡單,正正就是居酒屋的特色。坐低後店員先奉上一份前菜,當日有魷魚軟骨沙律,軟骨係魷魚的頭部與爪嘅中間位置,食落非常爽口彈牙。再黎份涼菜醒醒胃先,“冷日本春菜”,上面有D木魚絲,菜爽脆,味道有D苦苦地,但好食!餐廳上菜嘅速度都幾快,我地order嘅菜式好快就送上,刺身拼盤: 活北寄貝,肉厚甜美,口感爽脆吞拿魚大腩,好肥美,脂肪比例平均 ,食落滿口油香  珍寶牡丹蝦(兩食),蝦肉晶瑩通透,非常新鮮,爽口彈牙。珍寶牡丹蝦蝦膏、春,師傅就整左做壽司,蝦膏似一粒粒綠色珍珠提子,晶瑩通透,非常吸睛,口感非常脆嫩,而且鮮味濃郁!有佳餚,當然要有美酒黎烘托,大家一致贊成點左枝好好飲架“獺祭” 天扶良:有花竹蝦和目光鱼,炸得酥脆,蝦鮮甜及香味濃郁,目光鱼外形有點似多春魚,但口感比多春魚香滑  和食就點咗清酒煮蜆,蜆大隻肥美,無沙,配以清酒烹調,鮮味無比  餐廳整體食物質量有水準,服務亦殷勤,係三五知己消閒暢飲嘅好地方,值得介紹俾大家。…Read More

前一天經過佐敦吳松街,發現有一間新開韓國餐廳“韓東子”,(好像曾經在尖沙咀見過),雖然舖面不大,但裝潢陳置挺有韓國風情。所以決定入去品嘗一下,經店員介紹下、點了不少肉類,有五花腩,雪花牛肉調味雞肶肉烤豬腸等,非常豐富先來一碟雞肉,這碟雞肉看似平平無奇,一開始煎,滋!滋!的聲音洋溢整個環境。數分鐘後,雞的香味也開始散發出來。我不太喜歡韓燒,因為每次食完由頭到腳一陣燒烤味!奇怪在這𥚃韓燒,燒烤味沒有。我們的卡位對面便是水吧,八掛地問水吧內女店員有關為何沒有太大烤煙,店員忙碌中回答說,他們以前在尖沙咀店是很大燒烤油煙,現在的烤爐是新款內部抽煙,在韓國採購的。説了2句她便忙著工作,這裡採用開放式水吧格局,我們可看到水吧衛生情況一清二楚,食也食得安心!與此同時,雞的香味也開始散發出來。雞肉燒熟後,爐面沒有焦黑的痕跡。(坊間很多食肆的燒烤爐燒完後也會出現一塊一塊焦黑的痕跡,相反這小店的烤爐就沒有出現這種情況,相對食物也健康D)我把烤肉放落口,雞肉口感鬆軟,嚐到雞肉的原味。除此之外,我還配搭生菜一齊食(店內的生菜、泡菜、前菜是任食的),夾著生菜進食、感覺烤肉完全不油膩。推介給我的朋友。…Read More

以豬聞名嘅喜來稀肉,上星期終有機會一試,皆因有朋友生日,我地就上去燒烤慶生,順便一試聞名已久嘅“護心肉”。服務員安排我地坐靠窗位置,可以一邊品嘗美食,一邊欣賞銅鑼灣夜晚嘅街景,真係perfect😃首先黎一些前菜開開胃有泡菜,芽菜,洋蔥等,味道不錯,仲可以添食😁開爐後,服務員幫我地在兩爐邊加蛋槳,一邊原味一邊係泡菜味,各適其色,任君選擇!!當晚我地選了好多肉食,完全滿足到我地食肉獸嘅要求,先燒嘅係鎮店之宝“護心肉”據我所知係豬橫隔膜和肝之間嘅肉,每隻豬只有200-300g,極之真貴😉燒起黎,香氣樸鼻,肉質鲜甜,軟而不靭,正😀再黎係喜來稀肉,師傅將牛肉堆成玫瑰花一樣,净係賣相已經贏曬,且刀工細膩,薄薄地嘅一片,放在爐上好快就熟,入口肉汁四淺,好味!!1之後,再有燒豬皮,豬腸等,最後一個驚喜就係水冷麵,晶瑩通透嘅韓國拉麵旁邊有冰粒作绊,中間加半個雞蛋,仲有蘿蔔和菜絲作配襯,真係好有特色!!係熱辣辣燒烤後,黎一口水冷麵,簡直冰凉入心,透心涼😊這餐確實無令我失望,唯美中不足就係男女洗手門係分兩邊,有好多食客都走錯,指示不足則有待改善,不過整體都非常之好,值得大力推介😆…Read More
