今次係第二次黎呢度食德國菜!上次坐左係地下一層,電話成日收唔到,哈哈!今次坐舖面,原來唔只得高椅或bar位,仲有d坐得好舒適既位置俾我地揀,但無奈已經full左,唯有照坐高椅啦!今次只係叫左兩杯wernesgruner 0.5L,德國啤都係比較重麥味同泡比較厚。happy hour 52蚊一杯,好扺!再叫左隻德國咸豬手($195),等左半個鐘呀。終於到左但食食下竟然發覺大部份豬手既皮都未烤到脆卜卜,好似平時食個d豬皮咁,即刻叫佢換過份,另一份呢個情況就無咁嚴重,但都有小小,照食啦。豬手有好多骨膠原,雖然無重到張住個口,但有痴住牙既感覺,唔錯唔錯。豬手肉唔太咸,不過要配埋酸菜同薯蓉食先可以食得多,如果唔係會好濟。薯蓉好好味,因落左好多牛油同牛奶,凍左變左成舊牛油咁企左係碟度,哈哈!埋單329蚊,兩個人食都ok丫!…Read More

食完個唔飽既飯,要留肚食甜品!行返去登打士街,沿路見到有間又係賣窩夫既,不過要企係度食所無食,點知原來同我地去個間係一樣架!仲要平好多添,早知企係度食啦。八點幾差唔多九點到達都唔洗等位,原來呢度有得食 all day breakfast,唔怪得知全院滿座啦。叫左一個巴梨風情($89),即係一份兩人份4件既窩夫,一份雜苺雪糕班戟($43),兩份都係用好好味既movenpick 雪糕!巴梨風情($89),用原味同豬古力味既窩夫隔住隔住咁一層層疊起左,感覺好龐大,伴碟既有一球豬古力味movenpick雪糕球同一球雲利拿味movenpick雪糕球,無得自己揀味,雲利拿既movenpick雪糕係有雲利拿籽一粒粒係入面架!全世界最貴既材料之一!豬古力味雪糕球比較甜,須要配原味既窩夫一齊食,但兩球雪糕好快就溶埋左一齊。伴碟既仲有奇異果粒,士多啤利粒,幾粒藍苺,火龍果粒,香蕉半條同一粒士多啤利。窩夫係超脆身,唔配雪糕食既話可能會介親咀!豬古力味既窩夫本身已經甜,再加上吱左一層豬古力醬上去,超甜,甜到溜!都係比較喜歡食淋小小既窩夫,如果唔係要切到比較細件先放得入口。雜苺雪糕班戟($43),上面吱上既士多啤利醬有小小花左,唔開心。班戟不是熱辣辣的,可能包左兩球雜苺雪糕就即刻冷卻左,伴碟既有小小杏仁片,俾到小小脆既口感,唔洗食完成個都係淋既感覺,簡直係神來之筆。呢個甜品不過不失,但就比較貴左小小。兩份甜品埋單$132,並無加一。…Read More

兜左一大個圈 ,原來就係係行去茄牛麵既路途上,街巿既其中一條斜路行上去就係喇!佢同另一間又係好出名既甜品窩夫店只係隔幾個舖位,我地食緊既時候都有其他客人誤打誤撞咁走入黎問係呢度係咪另一間。黎到既時間好早,佢開十一點,我大概十二點就到左,食甜品做早餐。得三隻味有得揀,包括豬古力,雲利拿同蘋果肉桂。見佢新鮮咁不斷整,好想快有得食 !買一個送一個topping,然後每個加5蚊。topping 有好多得揀,印象最深刻當然係大大罐既 nutella啦 !like Facebook fan page可以免費送左一個 topping,俾錢即時候like左唔記俾佢睇,就好串咁話:你like左要俾我睇至得架!? 最終揀左雲利拿窩夫加雲利拿雪糕球再加nutella 。nutella好簿好簿一層,因為個窩夫中間有夾心所以已經夠哂甜,見到佢係特登吱入個窩夫中間。雲利拿雪糕球放左係小小既窩夫上面顯得好大,份量係足以一小舊窩夫加一大pat雪糕,一冷一熱食落無咁溜,但始終都係太甜 ,兩個人分都溜得滯,係中環地方價錢算係合理既,但試一次就夠喇 ,下次都係食返我既茄牛面同檸蜜脆脆。…Read More

依家台式甜品店開左好多間,咖啡弄排太耐隊唔想排,唯有轉食茶木。位置係瓊華,8點幾上到去都起碼有十幾個人係門口等緊,星期一都咁好生意?!有唔想等,但見佢舖面大而門口亦有位坐就俾下面等,等2人等左半個中就到我地喇。原來係有晚餐食既,不過如果食左晚餐就會食唔落甜品,好彩聰明的我地6點幾食左澳牛然後行下街先食,如果唔係一定食唔落咁寵大既麵包!等完位落埋單起碼等到10點先有得食。叫左一杯苺果特飲 ($32)同一個芒果香草磚塊蜜糖吐司($68),吐司要等5個字先有。苺果特飲 ($32)有似提子糖加水,唔太酸,沙冰既口感,夏天飲應該會幾解渴,但因為個吐司太大,最終我地2個人都飲唔哂。芒果香草磚塊蜜糖吐司($68)終於到左,見個個都係叫士多啤利,見到一個係黃色既不知幾開心。份量真係好大,自拍完一輪都開始溶喇個雪糕。最上層係一大球芒果雪糕,中間有蜜糖吐司已切成粒粒狀,俾三層中空既吐司包邊包圍住,4條邊都係勁脆,所以一定要配雪糕或者芒果醬食,如果唔係太乾會介親口。芒果肉因為唔當季好酸,有一粒切開左一半既士多啤利仲好食。芒果雪糕食落唔係平野,並無好重既芒果核味,好彩無叫豬古力味,如果唔係重滯仲更加食唔哂。總括黎講,靚靚甜品係女仔都中意,但好似個個都會食唔哂浪費真係唔係幾好。…Read More

標榜住日本生既盛八,比起牛角感覺上高一個level 。是日食每個月出糧食一次既大餐 ,係銅鑼灣f出口出左,穿過希慎,見到人人攞住杯天人銘茶,好大引誘 。強忍住想衝上去買一本然後飽到食唔落大餐既衝動,即刻衝出希慎,原來盛八既方位位置於一橦超唔起眼既大廈入面,行左個大圈。本身訂左1930,但1845就到左,好彩無咩人都有位坐 。係兩人檯,但坐類似bar 檯既物體好似舒服d又可以兩個人平排坐,所以就轉檯。一入到黎俾我既感覺係好似日本燒肉餐廳 ,但坐落就似台灣好出名既乾杯。總共叫左六樣野食同飲品,包括鹽燒牛舌($79) ,特上厚切牛胸(鹽)($123) ,雙色蟹子海之幸炒飯($79) ,兩杯Asahi 500 ml ($48一杯) ,香草牛油大蘑菇($39) ,燒汁牛肋骨($93) 。上網睇話服務態度唔好渦,但去到又唔係,可能未到食飯時間掛,有staff主動拎張櫈黎俾我擺袋 ,又有主動同我加水 ,問vip既問題又好有誠意咁答,只不過人一多就無自動加水喇。食物上得好快,差唔多所有一齊上,當然Asahi 500 ml ($48)最快上,而雙色蟹子海之幸炒飯($79)就最後先到。並唔係炭燒,係東京食炭燒和牛真係非常難忘。個夾係星星通花架,好可愛 。鹽燒牛舌($79),唔愛牛舌既我試左一小舊,真係唔太喜歡牛舌既爽口感,但喜歡既人真心會覺得好食。簿切可以一啖食哂一舊,用大火係個火爐度辣兩辣就食得,得左。特上厚切牛胸(鹽)($123)都唔覺得有用鹽奄過既,用中火燒完都要自己加小小鹽,無入口即溶,但肥同肉色擇分明好靚呀!好難將一舊咬開分2啖食,唯有一舊食落口,牛味唔算好濃,但因為厚切既關係,啖啖肉好滿足!好似燒緊切開左既牛扒咁!香草牛油大蘑菇($39),讚!連個鐵兜一齊燒,有一大舊牛油係上面,但食落又無咩牛油味渦,燒到咁上下轉一轉d菇,見到個底變左黑炆炆,嚇死以為濃左!原來係佢本身咁黑,好好味,燒一燒d菇味出哂黎,食唔停口!燒汁牛肋骨($93),普普通通入得口送得飯,燒汁亦都係無咩味,好大盤都唔差。雙色蟹子海之幸炒飯($79),本身諗住叫和牛炒飯架,但廢事食咁多牛所以叫左呢個。蟹子份量不多,有豆豆蠔仔蝦仔同小小泡菜炒埋一齊,唔食泡菜既我都接受到呢種味同辣度。係日本米,就算我第二日蒸返做午餐都無淡到,好味!…Read More

每年都去幾次泰國既我,唔太喜好係香港食泰國菜,實在太貴,本身想食雄記,但實在抵唔住泰國美食既誘惑,就衝左入去食喇。等位唔洗等太耐,因為撘枱,等五分鐘就有位了。問個應咩係車頭炒飯,佢答我唔知,見佢再問另一個人,都係答唔知,問多2,3個人先有人用唔咸唔淡既廣東話同我地講其實係雜豆炒飯。結果兩個人叫左一杯大象啤($22),一杯芒果沙冰($22),一個碎豬肉生菜包($58),一個蝦醬炒飯($56)同埋一個鐵板蠔仔煎蛋($65),全日免收加一。大象啤($22)又真係幾抵,杯芒果沙冰($22)就無上次咁甜,但都無芒果核個陣怪味,唔錯唔錯。碎豬肉生菜包($58)最先到,諗住芫莤係分開上,點知已經撈埋落去。好彩味道不是太重,酸酸辣辣加埋生菜既清脆感,開始左咁豐富既晚餐。不過食到底d生菜有層油,所以最底既肉碎無食到了。鐵板蠔仔煎蛋($65),蠔仔煎蛋係我最喜歡既泰國之一,有左佢同酸酸既橙色醬,好開胃,可以送一大碗飯!但呢度既鐵板蠔仔煎蛋,唔知係咪多左“鐵板”兩個字,完全係兩回事,只係好大量既蛋同好大粒既蠔炒埋一齊然後放小小牙菜係底,而唔係煎到脆邊好似薄餅咁。個醬雖然係相似既味道,但就比較酸。蝦醬炒飯($56),蝦醬炒豆角再有小小洋䓤,伴碟係蕃茄,青瓜,肉鬆,蛋同蠟腸。蝦醬味唔太濃,反而豆角係亮點,無草青味,好夾個炒飯。加埋肉鬆係最好食既,可惜肉鬆既量太小,而個伴碟既蛋就真係麻麻地。…Read More

燥到爆炸既一餐飯。

睇門面靚靚咁,每次經過都好想試下。本身誤以為係食火山石据扒既,原來係係日本菜,有日式火煱,壽司,日式沙律,石鍋飯,日式前菜等。考慮過幾間之後決定左呢間,有帶位櫃枱係門口,但有布簾隔住門口同 dining area,好啦行入小小拉開左布簾睇下有無員工理我地,無,係有人望一望都無人出黎問幾多位。仲見到有個著味千拉面制服既人,心知不妙。好啦再行入啲,終於有人理我地,叫我地坐最入既位置。睇餐牌,本身諗住叫燒三文魚腩,但無貨,結果要左鹽燒鯖魚($48),芝士年糕($30),牛肉山賊燒石燒飯 ($52)。因本人唔太喜好茶類飲品,所以落完單之後即刻問佢拎杯暖水,但杯暖水係我黎左2個 dishes 先到,問左好多個侍應,但黎到既竟然係用隻凍飲既透明膠杯載住一d熱到可以要黎煮杯面既熱滾水,有常識既人都知熱滾水係唔可以用膠杯載住架啦,杯水放係度等到我食完成餐飯先變做可以入口既暖水,咩服務質素?芝士年糕($30)到左,雖然三十蚊話貴唔貴話平唔平,黎到,得2舊,姐係15蚊一舊,貴唔係問題,最緊要好食。一夾起,就見到本身盛載住佢既碟成攤油,夾落個碗度都係成攤油。我知佢係炸出黎,但唔係用都唔用吸油紙吸下d油下麻,跟住high到成個碗都係油先敢食落口,一d芝士味都無同埋一d 煙un感都無,0分。牛肉山賊燒石燒飯 ($52)都到埋(依個時候我杯暖水都仲未送到),有個汁自己要倒落去撈下再等下飯焦先開始食。點知中伏了,落完個汁成個飯都係油,油到個底有一層油,油到我地都唔敢再食落去。依個時候我杯「暖水」就送到喇。鹽燒鯖魚($48)都到埋,吱左檸檬以為會無咁油,點知,又係成個底都係油!都嬲嬲地,好平咩d油?!食左大半條就食唔落,此時我杯「暖水」終於變反暖水,但真係飲唔落,我唔想中毒。成餐飯都搵個經理黎傾下計就永遠都唔見人影,到食得七七八八,叫侍應搵經理黎,終於見到經理真面目。問佢點解會用透明膠杯裝熱滾水俾我,佢竟然答我平時唔係咁,會有玻璃杯。跟住問佢點解所有食物都咁油,佢竟然賴落個師傅度。再問佢點解有著味千拉面制服既侍應,經理好坦白咁同我地講係同一間公司。係我地投訴緊既時候,竟然有一大架綠色垃圾車經過,味道真係好難聞,再問經理點解,佢就賴落商場管理公司係咁,同埋我地坐係出入口附近,好啦無野好講,唯一就係話俾個折扣我地,我地無要到,最終收我地正價,我返到屋企要飲返一大杯水去中和左d油,呢間野永遠 black list!!…Read More

第一次係傳說中的韓國街食韓國野,真係成條街都係韓文同一睇就知係韓國人既韓國女仔。7點幾去到都仲無咩人排隊,想坐d舒服d既櫈,所以等左陣埋單先坐底 。係門口招呼我地既應該係老闆,好用力咁用韓文同英文叫我地入去食 。佢用英文講話成條街都唔係韓國人煮,得佢呢間先係。哈,唔知係咪講真架呢,我問佢係咪佢煮,佢話 mother煮,好啦俾面佢 mother ,入去試下。由於杯身想食韓國菜係想食韓式炒年糕同石鍋飯,但係4點既時候係澳牛食左個下午茶仲未好餓所以要2揀1 。最後決定要左韓式煎餅 同一個韓式年糕 。唔知係咪我地諗得太耐,見隔尼枱都上哂題野食我地都仲未上,等下等下有d餓tim 。先上6碟小菜,有芽菜,泡菜白菜,泡菜羅白,魚仔,小白菜同菇類既物體,全部都係凍既。最好味係芽菜同魚仔,份量唔多,魚仔咸香好岩送飯。 韓式海鮮煎蔥餅黎先,見到好多好多蔥,唔太喜愛呢樣野既我,挑左好多出黎。落單個時諗住係蔥花,點知一條條大條到丫,好彩無咩蔥味,都食到既。海鮮有好多尤魚,一開頭食落幾好味,但食得太多有d滯。個煎餅好脆,點埋有小小芝麻既鼓油可以點綴一下個煎餅,好味。 跟住個韓式年糕都到左,原來除左年糕之外仲有韓式粉絲。個汁一睇就好辣,好彩唔食得辣既我勉強都接受到,順便可以訓練一下我食辣既能力,哈哈。年糕好煙un,係我想食既口感,好味。粉絲吸哂d辣汁,比年糕辣小小,但好有韓國風味。總括黎講,食物好味,但服務有小小麻麻地,唔知係咪太多人太忙,叫左幾次針水都係應完無針俾我,大佬好辣丫麻。…Read More

經過呢間日本野,見到人地食緊日式咖哩飯就衝左入去,點知最後都揀左食拉面!叫左個海鮮拉面味噌味($68)加左28蚊要多一個小吃同飲品,要左煎餃子同柚子汁。叫煎餃子既原來除左本身鐘意食產外,剛入呢間餐廳既時候見到一部係日本都見過既餃子機,想試下係咪一樣咁好味。等左一陣,柚子蜜原來係一支支係出面有得買既果汁!飲落去,好酸,酸到可以加水再溝稀d,麻麻地。  個拉面送黎既時候無咩香味,賣相一般,好似味千拉面個d咁。上面既配料包括有:已沒有蝦殻既蝦一隻(唔洗自己拆蝦殻好貼心!),粟米,素鮑,菇類,筍,一粒帶子,葱,等。味噲湯一開始食好好味,同個素鮑好夾,但食得多就覺得有d咸。拉面口感普通,個味噌湯加埋七味粉更為好吃。到我好祈待既餃子,個樣煎得好靚,淨係一邊煎到金黃色,好有日本餃子風味。點左小小醬汁,個皮好有咬口,擊同一邊脆到卡一聲既底部,口感更唔一樣。比較唔開心既係,咁好味既餃子皮底下既餡料豬肉係無咪味,搞到要點更多醬汁,此為敗筆。…Read More

第一次食係荃灣好出名既韓國餐。

食下午茶!仲諗住係無冷氣一定要坐出面添,見到一有入面坐即刻飛奔入去,哈哈哈。老闆係廚房入面為我地煮正中既韓國菜,雖然入面有冷氣既地方得4張枱,坐得12人左右,但都唔覺得好迫,反而好有家既感覺。有一部電視機仔,播住一d係網上面 download 落黎有d舊既韓國綜藝節目,見到有利特同銀赫。叫左個小小地既下午茶餐,包括有韓式年糕(細)($18),凍柚子蜜,另加一個泡菜伴菜($10)。好快排得好靚既年糕就到左,果然係下午茶,一眼望落去幾多條都數得出。口感無我係韓國食既咁煙un,可能煮得太熟太淋,有d芝麻係面,食落去香口d,但個汁真係同係韓國食既一樣。凍柚子蜜有勁多柚子,多到要飲完一大淡問佢加多d冰溝淡去,好扺,都係一罐罐既柚子蜜筆出黎,勁大杯!到個泡菜伴菜($10),估唔到咁大碟,初時以為得2份之一。問個侍應,佢話係老闆自製既,所以同出面買一筒或一包包既味道唔同,無咁太陣蒜味,同埋可能放得未夠耐,唔夠酸。總括黎講,可值得一試,好有韓國人情味!…Read More
