之前吃過銅鑼灣分店的晚餐,非常滿意,於是今天來試試尖沙咀分店的午餐,亦沒有失望!午市人流不算太多,我點的是拖羅定食,承惠$98+10%一個很完整的定食午餐,前菜蒸蛋烏冬甜點樣樣齊,鮮菜沙律更是放題任食,份量先得到滿分。味道方面很不錯!前菜是醃菜,酸酸咸咸,有點像韓國泡菜,卻沒有泡菜般濃烈和辣口。冷烏冬是幼身烏冬,夠冷夠嚼口,夠冷夠乾身,但略嫌麵汁過咸,昆布味欠奉。蒸蛋嫩滑,配料足。厚切拖羅入口魚油豐富,一點腥或鐵銹味都沒有,如果不配熱飯配壽司飯會更佳。甜點份量剛剛好,丸子煙韌,豆沙甜度適中。…Read More

西環可算是我由讀大學到現在九年間最常覓食的地方,因為大學在附近,舍堂在附近,上班亦在附近。這間位於豪宅對面漢堡小店真是不得不介紹。他們的漢堡全部即叫即制,所以每次也要等候約十五分鐘。其中我最愛的是homemade burger,約$60左右,麵包鬆軟有厚度,煎得暖暖的又充滿牛油香,自家製漢堡扒「淋」身又非常juicy,每次吃都要用餐巾或外賣盒子好好保護,以免肉汁滴到衣服上,配上生菜和蕃茄,中和一下油膩感,非常好吃!份量亦很充足!這裡的漢堡,已成為我工作疲累後的comfort food了!…Read More

有一晚突然有個瘋狂念頭,就是從西環跑步去銅鑼灣,為了一試別天神的拉麵,又可當作運動一次。一直都知道別天神的元祖店在日本,香港店亦時刻有人龍在門外等候,今次也不例外,我們於晚上十時左右,還要等了約十五分鐘左右才可入座。我們點了豬骨湯和蝦湯,湯底喝上去有甜甜豬肉味,蝦湯則有少許蝦膏味,不算太濃,整體她們的湯底都是偏淡的,自行加入蒜蓉和辣芽菜會較美味。雖然整體不過不失,但我想不會主動要求再回來吃多一次了。…Read More

爭先嚐宇治滋味,對比宇治和京都店

在介紹香港中村藤吉之先,讓我先和大家分享一下我半年前在中村藤吉宇治本店的照片。然後再看看香港本店的照片其實從食物外觀來看,香港本店提供的食物跟宇治的有九成相近,只是配蛋糕的不是軟雪糕。(雖然這是最讓我感可惜的地方,軟雪糕真的美味得多!)至於裝潢,我到過宇治本店、京都本店和香港本店,香港本店和京都本店的格局亦有點像,亦是於店中心有圍圈的桌子,但當然香港店的景觀一流,看著面對灣仔會展的海景,比起宇治的園景,京都的室內四面牆,這裡較心曠神怡。說回食物吧!第一款是冷烏冬套餐,冷烏冬沾上冷麵醬汁,味道普通,不過不失。侍應說白飯上曬的是新茶葉,難怪白飯入口時有很清新的茶香,香港的套餐飯上會加上一小點的梅茶葉。至於甜品綠茶啫喱,老實說綠茶味不算太濃,反而令我驚喜的是白玉丸子,黏糯度適中,微甜的,配上較甜的紅豆蓉,味道剛好。第二款是綠茶焙茶蛋糕配雪糕,老實說蛋糕的茶味不是太出,可能是因為雪糕的茶味更濃郁,其實其他的配料也跟綠茶啫喱的配料差不多,都不用多說了,但我還比較喜歡日本店採用軟雪糕拌蛋糕。第三款是抹茶芭菲,其實這芭菲是所有甜品的大雜燴,又有雪糕,又有軟雪糕,又有啫喱,又有紅豆等等,實是豐富,亦令人很滿足,但如果要細細品嚐各材料,這絕不是一個好選擇。值得一讚的是香港本店每人入場都會端上一壺熱焙茶,當然是要強制收費啦!但勝在有焙茶沖淡甜味,又可在此美景下好好放鬆品嚐一口茶。…Read More

輕鬆蝦一餐

難得二人一起放假,今天他帶我到山頂公園走一趟,然後晚上去阿甘蝦餐廳吃飯。當我知道今晚去阿甘蝦餐廳,我心裡其實很興奮,但未有表露出來,因為我實在是喜歡吃蝦的,可是他對蝦的興趣不大,所以我平日不會提出想食蝦,更加不會說想試吃這餐廳良久了。菜色的名字,我已經忘掉了,大家請見諒。先來是冷盤,好像是叫shrimp cocktail ,其實就是白灼蝦,冷凍後配cocktail sauce 吃。蝦肉還算是彈牙,但蝦味不算很重,可能是因為蝦肉要「過冷河」而沖走了甜味吧,相比之下,我還是愛吃中式酒樓中鮮甜味十足的白灼蝦。不過這冷盤的cocktail sauce卻很醒胃!酸酸甜甜的茄汁味,再加點點芥辣味,讓這個冷盤成了很好的appetizer。之後飲品到了,我見到了它覺得很新奇,因為它的外型十分有趣!它的名字好像是叫coronarita,因為它是margarita上倒加了一枝corona。這飲品被端上桌後,我第一件事不是去嘗味,而是研究它到底是什麼原理,酒瓶可以倒吊住而不溢出,每我喝少少杯中的coronarita,瓶中的酒會自動流入杯中。它的味道較fruity,像是酒精較重fruit punch,很適合這餐晚飯的食物和氣氛。海鮮忌廉飯材料十足,青口、蝦、蜆、魚、魷魚等海鮮材料均齊全亦不會被切得太細粒,忌廉味濃,但分量偏少。之後出場的是牛扒配燒蝦串,份量足夠,牛扒肉味濃,蝦肉亦很結實,伴著牛油香的薯蓉和香甜的洋蔥圈,實是滿足!…Read More

經朋友介紹下,三個女生來到尖沙咀韓松。點餐後便有侍應端上前菜,每人還有一小碟韓國麵豉辣醬、青色辣椒和蒜子。前菜與其他韓國餐廳的前菜分別不大,個人最喜歡泡菜和甜甜的炆薯仔。我們點了五花腩和這裡有名的王牛排。五花腩看上去肥脂蠻多,起初期望它被燒過後會油香撲鼻,入口溶化,但不知道是我們燒得太久,五花腩肉質有點乾身,肉味亦不算太濃,那當然也不算難食,配上泡菜夾在生菜當中,亦能令我們滿足。而我們最欣賞的是王牛扒,上桌是捲起來的一團肉,攤開放上烤爐時,肉汁和油已經滲出,烤熟後吃下,美味非常!肉質很稔,牛肉味加下甜甜的醃汁,不加任何伴菜亦很可口!王牛排不愧為這裡的名物!其餘我們點了海鮮炒年糕和石頭碢飯,用料充足,味道亦不俗,不過不失,我認為不需要在此特別去評論。在這裡吃飯價錢中上,整體滿意度普通,但如果你真的來到,務必要吃吃王牛排。…Read More

和好友們都是日本美食愛好者,聚會地點當然要選吃日本菜,今次來試試正評蠻多的翔太壽司。餐廳地點於銅鑼灣的商業大廈內,裝修以木為主,氣氛亦很日式。但食物索價亦蠻高,所以我們五人只點了很少菜,之後再到外面吃甜品。刺身和壽司拼盤夠新鮮,尤其要讚拖羅沒有鐵銹味,夠肥美,但又未能有入口即溶的口感。我們沒想過鰻魚飯是用鰻魚碎,雖然味道不錯,但亦嫌太不值。我們五人也算是常去日本旅行的,一致認為翔太壽司的水準在香港而言算是不錯,甚至有點像日本超市的壽司刺身水準,要付上每人約四百元,實在不值,還是把錢儲起來,等到去日本時再大吃好了。…Read More

驚喜:老闆請客的朱古力蛋糕

隨著港鐵站落成,高街由老巷變成了「酒吧街」,隨意找下了話一家坐下。按名字理解,這裡應該主打吃pizza,但我今次因為不太肚餓而沒有吃pizza,老闆卻為我推介了沙律。先說這杯shake iced lemon tea,老闆說是手調搖成,我估計做法跟搖cocktails 差不多吧,檸檬汁和茶較融合,不樣茶餐廳檸茶般糖水茶和檸檬一層層,味道茶甘味重,不太甜,有點「鞋」口。沙律也是老闆推介的,味道較想像中濃。我對沙律菜認識不深,主要材料估計有菠菜(spinach)、車厘茄、洋蔥、 青椒、橄欖和羅勒。醬汁估計是橄欖油和檸檬汁。沙律的鹹味主要由醃漬橄欖所提供,加上檸檬汁,吃到底時有點太鹹太酸,如果你追求一個清甜的沙律,它絕不是你的選擇,但它絕對是一個醒胃之選。正當我吃到尾聲時,老闆卻問我是否趕時間,我說不,他便轉身走到廚房,然後給我端上這件no-flour chocolate cake!老闆聲稱這蛋糕只用了朱古力、蛋、牛油和糖去製作,沒有使用麵粉。一吃入口散發十分濃烈的朱古力味,口感軟滑,有點像fudge cake,而且夠冰凍 ,實在是很好的chocolate  therapy。素未謀面的老闆突然請我吃朱古力蛋糕,實在令我有點心花怒放,心情大大提升!下次一定會帶朋友一起來再試吃pizza!** 利申:我從無向他透露我會寫食評。…Read More

1年多前吃過Godiva的朱古力軟雪糕,的確很好吃,香濃軟滑,朱古力迷必食。但本人建議兩人分享,因為它的確濃厚得吃到一半會有點膩,兩人分享滿足感剛剛好。今次試試新的白朱古力味軟雪糕,為免「中伏」,我點了鴛鴦兩味。果然,啡較白色好吃。白朱古力味雪糕有淡淡的雲尼拿味,但真的很淡,奶味欠奉,雪糕質感亦不夠滑,有點浠浠的,感覺是水份較多。當然朱古力味一邊水準依舊,但幸好有較淡味白朱古力雪糕「沖淡」一點點,今次即使一人吃完整個軟雪糕亦不會太膩。但如果下一次,我想我還是會選全啡色的朱古力味。…Read More

和好朋友afternoon tea,起初打算到帝京酒店吃afternoon tea set,可是現在她們在推出candy crush set,未免有點太可愛,於是我們決定到新世紀廣場再覓食,怎料一離開酒店,踏入廣場,就遇上了這家smile cafe。朋友和我都是smile yogurt的愛好者,今次儘管試試她的咸點輕食。我們點了慢煮三文魚配沙律和黑醋雞扒三文治。三文魚入口略嫌乾身,明顯魚油不足,但味道尚可,不會太咸。反而薄切薯片有驚喜,外圍脆脆的,中央仍然是綿綿的,沒有什麼調味,卻薯香十足。沙律菜清甜,希臘乳酪醬很滑又酸甜,很開胃。值得推介的是這個自選三文治,我們的配搭是香草蕃茄包,塗上無花果醬, 蓋上拌有希臘乳酪醬的沙律菜,面層加上黑醋雞扒。蕃茄包香,無花果醬甜,沙律菜爽,雞扒嫩滑。只可惜這三文治的擺法鬆散,吃起上來蔬菜東掉西跌。其實以smile yogurt的frozen yogurt質素和知名度,她無必要用心於發展咸味食物,但她仍認真製作其他輕食,發展成cafe,確實值得欣賞,若是熟食溫度熱多點,必錦上添花。…Read More

爭鮮的壽司向來以價錢取勝,味道不過不失,不能叫上好吃,也不像明將那麼難入口,但我絕對要推薦一下他們的芝士蛋糕。爭鮮不是經常有售芝士蛋糕,我每次經過都會去碰一碰運氣,即使有售也未必有你想吃的味道,我個人較喜歡blueberry和new york cheese cake。今次買到的是芒果味,雖然一盒兩件只是售不用$20,但味道仍不錯,蛋糕質地實正挺身,不是「林池池」的像mousse又不像mousse的質地。芝士味充足,當然不能要求如starbucks的芝士蛋糕般濃郁,但用來「頂芝士蛋糕癮」或當作宵夜絕對足夠,不會太膩。網上有人說爭鮮賣的芝士蛋糕和大埔梁九記的一樣,如果是真的也不錯,起碼不用千里迢迢走入大埔,也不用一買便要買一整個20多件。…Read More

今天路經佐敦,去久違了的宏買卷蛋給家人吃。我買了三件抹茶卷和兩件雲尼拿卷,每件30元。抹茶卷:蛋糕部分濕潤柔軟,抹茶味濃,但不及茶之環的卷蛋濃。抹茶忌廉部分所是岀色的地方,茶味香濃又有回甘,抹茶控一定滿意,吃完口腔內的茶香仍然久久不散,令人再三回味。雲尼拿卷:蛋糕部分一樣濕潤柔軟,奶香很岀眾,最吸引人的是牛奶忌廉,忌廉質地幼滑,牛奶味很香濃,像新鮮打起的忌廉一樣濃,絕對是男友口中「平凡中見不平凡」的卷蛋。…Read More

要誘惑他陪我在炎炎夏日看龍舟,其中一個方法便是用美食作報答。吃過pizza午餐,便跟他來這後巷吃馳名西多士。在這悶熱的巷子等吃實在不容易,結果我們等了廿五分鐘左右便可買到了西多士,走到外面較通風的地方站著吃。由於是即叫即製,西多士熱騰騰非常,亦很新鮮,多士面的牛油很快便溶掉。多士吃入口會感到很柔軟,感覺像有層泡泡裹著麵包和咖咉,這是因為伯伯在炸西多士之前,會把蛋白和蛋黃分開打至起泡再拌勻,然後沾上在多士面去炸。夾在包中的咖吷椰香十足,不算太甜,喜愛甜味的我倆略嫌甜味不足,反而被牛油的咸味蓋過了一點。…Read More
