港島人的我曾經很羨慕尖沙咀有個「韓國街」,附近全是韓式小店、炸雞店和燒烤店等,多到都數不清的韓式食店。幸好,近年它們都陸續進駐銅鑼灣開設分店,以巨型燒烤串馳名的「達人包車」是今年之一。食物依然好吃,就是份量大,我和好友兩個不能點太多。芝士排骨 $280 (5pcs)排骨數量可以自選,由五件起至八件,價錢各有不同。食物會先以鐵板上枱,再用Gas爐加以溫熱。鐵板共分開了五格,其他兩格都是我們最愛的芝士,另有蕃茄粒及飯團。芝士溶掉後,韓籍店員(Oppa?!) 主動幫忙將芝士捲在排骨,排骨帶點微辣,肉質柔嫩有彈性,與軟綿煙韌的芝士同吃,香濃惹味。芝士雞蛋卷 $160份量十足,第一眼看到有點嚇呆。厚厚的蛋卷該有十層蛋圈,蛋片依然保持嫩滑,包著半溶芝士,每口都覺實在。Blue Lemonade $50芝士吃多了感覺有點膩,因此點了韓式大熱的Lemonade來幫助消化一下。單看海藍色的賣相已覺清新涼快,味道酸甜適中,很好喝。…Read More

要是由天后地鐵站沿電氣道走,不難發現多間台式小店,由飲品連鎖店、炸雞店至蛋餅店都有。「風尚」是最早期於天后開業的台式食店,門口雖不太起眼,但食物質素實屬不錯,家住附近的我,久不久就會來吃。食物挺多元化的,單是小食系列已有接近三十款,還有台式小炒 (肉/海鮮/菜類)、湯麵、炒飯炒麵及飲品等。炸花枝丸 $38一客五粒,外皮炸得微脆,不會過於乾身,肉質保持煙韌彈牙,配以甜酸醬,味道更見惹味。招牌炒新竹米粉 $58米粉幼身兼雪白透明,質感柔韌,伴以配料肉燥、芽菜、冬菇絲及椰菜等,稍拌一下,底部挺油的,但味道簡單好吃。紅燒牛肉麵 $52湯底味濃而不油膩,多喝幾口也沒有問題。牛腩選用半筋半肉的,煮得入味仍能保持咬口。麵條粗身但較軟腍,也許我吃過米粉才品嚐,浸湯的時間影響了麵質。珍珠奶茶 $20茶味偏淡幸而口感幼滑,甜度適中,不會過甜。珍珠則煙韌有嚼勁,小小顆數量多,稍為用力一啜都吸到珍珠。…Read More

陸上好吃的雞煲

旺角食肆多的是,好友笑言無雞不歡,決定以雞煲相聚 (奸笑)。一進店發現餐廳有別於其他火鍋店,設計新穎時尚,不論牆身、椅子及餐紙都充滿特色。食物方面,雞煲有 [例牌] 及 [大] 兩種份量,另設五種辣味程度 [ BB辣、微辣、小辣、中辣及大辣 ]。店員建議例牌VS小辣或以上,因半隻雞二至四人分著吃也足夠。雞煲上枱後,店員先幫忙攪拌煲內雞件及配料,已傳出濃濃香味,但店員表示需多待兩分鐘,以焗出配菜香味。雞件大件啖啖肉,完全吸收了濃郁的醬料,帶點麻而緊接微辣,越吃越惹味。配料用上花椒八角、辣椒、洋蔥及芹菜等,用料十足。吃完雞煲加湯,可選清湯或辣湯,店員建議吃得辣的話就加辣湯吧。火鍋配料整體都好吃。百花&咸牛肉芝士釀油條 $72店員提醒不要直接吃,需放入湯內約二十秒。咸牛肉多士吃得多,配以油條還是第一次,吸收了辣湯的油條依然香脆,伴以咸牛肉的咸香味,味道特別又好吃。相對下,百花即墨魚滑的味道顯得有點淡。陸陸自家炸響鈴 $44熱辣辣炸起的,乾爽不油,輕涮數秒仍鬆脆可口,好友喜歡到encore多一碟。陸陸手打墨魚丸拼鮮蝦丸 $100兩款各有四粒,墨魚丸更有黑白兩色。墨魚丸肉身煙韌帶黏性,更加入迷你墨魚粒增加口感。而蝦丸爽滑彈牙,滲出陣陣麻香,不用再沾上其他調味料,簡單好吃。珍寶帶子 $90賣相吸引,肉身豐厚有彈性,輕灼依然鮮甜美味。韓式泡菜餃 $44平日的餃類選擇離不開雲吞、水餃或魚皮餃等,是日的泡菜餃飽滿紮實,內餡包著微辣的泡菜,再融入麻辣湯底,更見惹味。鮮菜籃 $72擺得井井有理的有齊蕃茄、栗米、金菇、生菜及油麥菜,相當豐富,最愛蔬菜新鮮爽口。…Read More

近年光顧的日式放題以壽司刺身或火鍋店為多,燒肉店好像被韓式燒烤的風頭蓋過了。男友在網上看到不少這間新店的介紹,便來試試吧。walk-in 關係只剩下高身吧枱,坐位較狹窄,袋子也只能放腳上。另外,吧枱都沒有單獨的抽氣筒,燒烤期間的油煙令眼睛感到不舒服。食物方面種類繁多,包括燒肉類、燒烤類、卷物、壽司、刺身、小食、炸物及熟食等,每枱均可透過平板電腦落單,很先進。至於飲品及甜品,則以自助形式供應。枱上另有幾款醬汁︰燒汁、豉油、酸辣汁、黑胡椒及玫瑰海鹽。小妹特別喜歡簡單以玫瑰海鹽配牛肉,更突出肉類的味道。一坐下,員工先送上燒物及刺身拼盤。燒物拼盤有牛肉、豬肉和雞肉不同的部位,以「一口牛」和「魚餅」最好吃。四方型狀的「一口牛」,容易吃又啖啖肉,脂肪較少且帶嚼勁的。吃過肉類才吃「魚餅」,煙煙韌韌的它反而帶來清新的感覺 (哈哈)刺身拼盤很豐富,合共有八款包括三文魚、帆立貝、北寄貝、甜蝦和希靈魚等,質素都不錯,以「甜蝦」最為出色,肉質彈牙鮮甜,眼見旁邊的食客也重覆點了好幾次。後來自選的,只有「安格斯牛小排」最好吃,肉味濃郁,因油脂較多,吃起來細嫩多汁。其他點的食物都一般,包括「豬肉」總是有陣臭氣味、「海鮮」有點不新鮮,肉質偏軟,「炸物」雖金黃酥脆,但粉漿太多,不好吃。結帳前向店員查詢Movenpick雪糕,他們才告知星期一趕不及補貨,因此未能供應,很失望。是日人均消費約$300,其實選擇還有很多...…Read More

幸得好友預訂,是日得以嘗試餐廳新推出的海鮮蒸氣火鍋。共有三層,頭兩層放滿了不同的海鮮,鍋底是蠔仔粥。店員建議蒸煮時間為六分鐘,並會放下及調好計時器。等待期間離開了座位,因為調味醬料、飲品及甜品雪糕杯均以自助形式選取的。調味醬料的選擇挺多,除了一般中式醬料如炸蒜蓉、紅辣椒、蔥花、花生醬及沙嗲醬等,更有日式醬料如柚子醋、鮭魚醬及胡麻醬等。配海鮮的話,個人喜歡簡單配以海鮮醬油和紅辣椒粒。頂層有龍蝦、扇貝及鮑魚。首選「龍蝦」及其蝦鉗,龍蝦肉鮮嫩無比,而蝦鉗肥厚飽滿,啖啖肉很過癮! 其次是「鮑魚」,味道偏淡,但肉質嫩滑且煙韌有嚼口。「扇貝」要是能與粉絲同煮就更好了。第二層有蝦、聖子、魷魚、蠔、青口及勝瓜等。最喜歡左上的「蒜蓉粉絲蒸魷魚」,魷魚厚實有彈性,與滲入了蒜香的粉絲同吃,很惹味。而「蝦」、「聖子」和「蠔」的體積較小,吃完有點不夠喉。最後吃的「勝瓜」爽甜翠綠,十分清新。鍋底的蠔仔粥吸收了上兩層的海鮮精華,湯水雖較多,但不改鮮甜。餐廳同時提供火鍋及刺身,怕會太飽的關係,只點了刺身。選擇豐富有三文魚、甜蝦、八爪魚、墨魚片、油甘魚、希靈魚及蟹棒等,每款都點了試試,賣相精美,刺身尚算新鮮。…Read More
