今日行完合和新Mall,朋友即興話要同我地黎一間好正的居酒屋食晚飯。呢間位於灣仔上樓居酒屋,門口都爭少少搵唔到🤔,好在有朋友帶我地行。雖然上左樓,但估唔到都爆晒場,裝修係好傳統日本居酒屋style,懷舊感十足。坐低先知呢到主要係食好少眾ge日本串揚(即串炸),出邊真係極罕極少有,所以我地都集中火力試串揚!🤭當中有好多串都好特別,好有驚喜,好領會串揚係日本關西真係「萬物皆可炸」之一門美食,例如有炸咖呢飯,我地落order時都相當之好奇,咖呢飯都可以炸???😮點知真係炸得!被磋成腸仔形狀,咬開真係好香好香咖呢飯,好新奇好好食!呢一個炸鮮蠔又係必食,下面配左他仔醬,同個蠔好match! 炸紫蘇雞串揚都係我推薦之一,因為我係勁愛紫蘇陣味!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼最後大推個高湯雞蛋卷,同出邊食開ge蛋卷好唔同,首先呢個係咸的,以前我對蛋卷個認知一定係甜甜地工少少硬身,唔會juicy,但呢一個係爆juicy,店員話呢個配方係此店獨有,高湯比例比出邊一般做法多,食呢個要等15-20分鐘,一底一底做,個人覺得必食😘。總結呢餐所有食物都勁驚喜,比起天扶良、吉列個皮,我覺得串揚個炸皮係比較中我胃口:第一,串揚個炸皮厚薄介符係天扶良同吉列之間,第二,個皮有少少甜味,好好食!呢間餐廳我真係想打滿分😌,唯一想彈下個洗手間門好難開,有少少年代感。…Read More
