日前試罷雪糕火鍋下午茶自助餐後,覺得此店供應的雪糕品牌不但更合我口味,而且味道選擇還很多元化。二話不說,與友人踏上另一雪糕之旅。此店的自助午餐,年前曾經光顧過;是日舊地重遊,不論冷盤熱葷、蛋糕、甜品都較年前的選擇少;最明顯是巴馬火腿絕跡了、中式點心只有义燒飽和蒸粉粿。猶幸部份食物尚算保持水準!不知是否天氣影響,所有熱食都只得微溫,湯麵可說是全店最熱氣騰騰的食物了。湯底用上一半喇沙一半清湯,仍不減喇沙香味。油麵尚算彈牙,但餸就只有丸類、菇與娃娃菜等選擇,我至愛的芽菜、蘿蔔則欠奉,更遑論鮮牛肉、鮮蝦、魷魚。個人覺得蜜汁义燒是全店最佳,入口時先嚐到蜜汁的甜味;一口咬下,欲又轉化為豬肉的鮮味,肉質軟腍得來卻又充滿嚼勁,為雪糕而來,當然要一嚐其滋味。幸好還有十二款不同味道!雖說蟹腳、生蠔大量供應,但因不合口味,沒有嘗試;如對這些海產不感興趣,但又在乎價錢的話,在光顧前應要三思。…Read More

提早一日與友人慶祝除夕,就試試吃鐡板燒。前菜先來一客刺身三點:厚切的三文魚和吞拿魚爽口、甘腴、肥美;甘蝦帶點糯口,蝦味淡薄。鵝肝配意大利陳年黑醋:將煎好的鵝肝在中間切一刀再將兩面略煎,令周邊煎得微焦,火候剛好。外層脆而內裡豐腴。與同樣煎得微焦法包同吃,口感層次分明,亦可減去肥膩。黃金燒波士頓龍蝦:開邊龍蝦放在鐵板略為烤熟,再放上預先略炒過的洋蔥粒與兩款芝士同焗,再用火槍將芝士表面燒至金黃色。可惜唔覺有芝士味,可能因此關係,龍蝦的鮮甜味盡現;蝦肉爽口、蝦頭內蝦膏甘香可口。日本A5飛驒和牛肉眼:牛肉油脂分佈均勻。要七成熟,大廚火候剛好,外層燒得略焦的,內裡仍是粉嫩微紅。口感不是預期中的鬆化,咀嚼起來牛肉味還是濃郁的。大廚話七成熟已經算是過熟,很多客人要求三成熟喎! 蔬菜配海膽荷蘭醬:海膽新鮮,蟹鉗肥美可口,但不及是夜波菜。 菜不是事先淥熟,即炒,保持菜清甜味,又有爽鬆口感。風乾火腿炒飯:飯炒得乾身香口,加上大廚將牛肉邊位切粒煎至略呈焦黃,然後配上鹹香火腿,再灑上蔥花,大有畫龍點睛的韻味。麵豉湯:味道尚可。如加上剛剛的甘蝦蝦頭和龍蝦頭熬湯,不知味道會如何?日本靜岡蜜瓜:是預期中的清甜!…Read More

因為住宿的房價是包一午餐或晚餐定食,心想酒店晚膳可能會充滿浪漫氣氛,所以訂房時便選擇了晚餐。定食餐牌中只有二道菜加餐飲與甜品。前菜和主菜均只有二款可供選擇,不須思索便點了全數菜式,與友人一同分享。先來餐前小食,因為餐牌無提到會有,所以有點意外。沒有餐湯,只有一籃餐包和牛油。暖暖的麵包,竟有多種款式,每款都有二件,可以每人一件。雖是餐包,出品絕不欺場。黑松露包鬆軟,麵包脆條鬆脆,且全數都充滿麥香。前菜:生薄牛肉片配鵝肝: 牛肉片包裹著鵝肝片,再配上新鮮野菜與香草醬。鵝肝片有淡淡甘香味,但又不會搶了牛肉鮮味。 層次口感俱備。黑松露煙三文魚: 以煙三文魚捲上野菜,配香濃黑松露汁,清新配搭。三文魚幼滑鮮嫩,煙熏味略嫌單薄;另一方面,若橄欖油份量少些,黑松露汁多點就非常好。主菜:燒春雞: 雖不似新鮮雞,但仍可以保持雞肉肉質幼嫩。配照燒汁同吃,補回了些少味道。帶甜味蛋卷搶了主角光芒。鹽燒鱈魚: 魚皮被烤至香酥帶脆,魚肉細嫩中還帶有肉汁。 配上外軟內硬,味道濃郁的日本飯,十分滋味。但友人就不喜歡此飯口感。甜品車內有多款選擇。點了木糠布丁與紅豆奶凍,可惜兩款味道皆一般。餐飲咖啡亦只是一般。雖食物仍有進步空間,但用餐環境,服務員的態度,都為其挽回不少好感。…Read More
