2019-4月10日,如常到貴餐廳食常餐,你們的薑絲牛肉的確出色好吃,今天想吃開張時吃過的咖哩牛腩飯,當時係驚為天人好吃到震,吃了一段時間水準keep到的,淋滑香炆得認真食材係好貨。但幾個月後不是今天啦…牛腩大舊非常咬唔開同柴頭無分別如是者咖哩都吃多一餐也是一樣以為當日牛肉唔靚吧曾經同男經理可能是訴苦,但估計工場貨源控制出問題。今天再度光臨民華吃咖哩腩希望有進步,最後一舊柴頭對比相片double size 既牛腩同㷛湯瘦肉不相百仲,投訴俾職員,亦然換過出來,但一樣柴頭牛,除牛筋火候夠好吃肉位真的吃完走客。Last伙計送上薑牛麵,誠意服務好到very good,工場來貨有望跟進…Read More

之前睇三色台得知呢間出名吃燒鴨脾瀨粉的平民飯堂,今日終於有空過海試食。舖位於皇后大道西市政大樓對面,不太難找到。到達時也差不多三点三下午,我和弟弟連午餐都末吃,坐下問大舊老闆有乜最好食,佢話食份即食唔使等既雲吞水餃先,加碟菜啦!!燒味因為天氣涼盡量少量少量的燒,可新鮮点,我們當然也就等下食住嗰份雲吞水餃先,虾同肉都好均勻,湯底都可以。出爐了,老闆搬出二三十斤新燒靚叉燒來,我們也準備開餐!!半肥瘦叉燒脆皮肉香,很有水準。老闆說用上了上等冰豬,像很多食物,都係有級數分別,街市12元條用上最下等豬肉等等。差不多吃完那件滿分叉燒(回到家又吃唔番),燒鴨出爐,當中有一隻鵝是為我們等等人準備的,一日隻燒八隻鵝呢隻係last真有口福,電視說燒鴨脾也超好食,那鵝就更加不得了??果然係皮脆肉滑夾香,有濃厚肉味,反而調味料恰到好處,不太濃烈!吃了呢兩隻脾和細佬,加上舊叉燒(唔知邊個生舊叉燒咁好味!)今天大滿足!!. 老闆叫試下雲吞水餃先,燒味就出爐.等等叉燒俾滿分,熱脆香,有肉味!!未食脾已知非我族類細佬碗鵝脾瀨到了,未食已滿足,皮脆肉香.湯底用大地魚湯,正正我嗰碗..自己睇..65元鵝脾,一鵝兩脾已被我兩兄弟佔有,多滿足…Read More
