NOOD can be found at both Pure Fitness and Pure Yoga, hence you may find one near you. The one at Starstreet Precinct is relatively spacious and less visited. They actually offer a wide range of cold and hot dishes all day long. I find them relatively health, and the portion is reasonably fulfilling. There may be families dropping by for brunch on weekend, but it is quiet in general. I am not sure if public can sit in any of their lounge area, but I was once told by Pure Yoga in Pacific Place that some area was just for members and I was required to check-in first. They also serve bottled drinks and snack bar for a quick grip. As yogis can’t eat too much before class, a quick bite is just right, or one can have a tailormade smoothie after class.
