兩天前於網站下單，取貨當天大約晚上8時，到場才發現漏了單
，沒有準備我訂購的蛋糕。店內只有一位外藉員工，她不斷跟電話裡的另一位員工大聲爭拗，隨後告知她會立刻給我準備一個，但要等30分鐘⋯⋯因為當天是男朋友的生日，唯有等。店員應該是用冰箱冷藏的後備蛋糕，即場加上裝飾。我提早要求的Birthday Message當然是沒有，她即場提供了一個生日牌，用原子筆寫的，醜到不行。回家後才切蛋糕，外觀看似正常，但裡面有如石頭般硬，明顯是冷藏後未解凍，根本是一塊冰磚，跟本不能吃。
這家蛋糕價錢不便宜，但服務及蛋糕質素欠奉，如果你想試這家，請好好考慮，我並不建議
。Super terrible experience. I placed my order two days ago and found that they completely missed out my order. The staff mentioned she would make one and asked me to wait for 30 mins. As today is my boyfriend’s birthday and I need it the same day, I did so.The staff served the cake finally yet without the birthday plate I requested beforehand. She made one immediately which was not quite decent one writing with a ball pen.
When my boyfriend cut the cake, we found the cake frozen like a hard rock which is impossible to eat. I do not recommend this bakery. The price is not fair and without corresponding quality on service and taste. …Read More
