Belon, the signature restaurant of Banyan Tree Macau has been my latest favourite Macau Western restaurant. Seriously a nice treat in winter! So in love with the low-fat yoghurt cheesecakes in bergamot flavor - aside from the interesting texture, its refreshing lightness and aroma are impressive too! This has become my favourite matcha shop in Hong Kong.Tastewise: the matcha flavor is so intense and rich, unlike cha cha which is famous of a decent balance of milk flavor and matcha flavor.
