雖然很新，但是好吃的名聲已經口口相傳。很大很寬敞明亮的店面，坐下來赫然發現每張枱都有一個IPAD樣的東西，原來是電子菜單，可以自己選定即刻落單。儘管如此便捷，還是有很多服務員走來走去幫忙加水，拿走吃完的盤子等。落了單很快就上菜了。芝士火炙三文魚壽司屬於芝士火炙系列的，我們還點了這個系列的蝦，還不錯，不過芝士味不濃，火炙得又好似過頭了北海道牛乳布甸清涼而甜，奶味重鵝肝沙律，鵝肝雖然不同於入口即化型的但是軟軟的我比較喜歡，但是我朋友不喜歡，沙律其他部份比如番茄白菜都屬正常還點了油甘魚黑松露壽司，蟹什麼湯，牛舌小碟（非常推薦，有嚼勁，很香），芝士肠玉子卷（好吃！），黑芝麻小丸子（小小顆，黑芝麻很多比較香，不會覺得像湯圓一樣，本以為不會甜，但是咬著咬著發覺裡面緊緻的丸子甜度剛好補充黑芝麻不夠甜的部份，小驚喜，是不錯的搭配）…查看更多

週六下午是很熱的天。汗流浹背地跑到上環街市去找這家老字號。終於在上環市政大廈的空調里，坐在塑料椅子里放鬆了下來。人不多，但是瑞記咖啡不多的桌椅全都坐滿了人。我們點了凍奶茶，西多士，蛋牛包和蛋牛面。凍奶茶甜甜可口。西多士的盤子很好看，口感也很好。蛋牛包很特別，但是口味一般。蛋牛面等了很久很久，從中飯時間等到快晚飯時間催了幾次也沒有來，就取消了。上菜很慢，大家都是一樣的，不過也都就這麼悠悠地等著。如果當全香港所有的西多士幾乎都變成大家樂裡面的炸得很透放了黃油的樣子，還有「瑞記咖啡」這裡的西多士存在真是幸事了。我們一起來幫襯*v*…查看更多

打電話訂位時就覺得接電話的人很溫柔，環境也不吵。通常打電話訂位都要大聲對著店員說，而店員則大聲而迅速地說完掛電話。週一6：20到「寶蓮苑」時沒有多少人，我們四個人可以做一張舒適的小圓桌。難得可以找到這麼安靜的餐廳了。平常如果有什麼想吃的餐廳，都要似乎打仗一樣催促同學去領籌（那些熱門餐廳都不准人訂位的，都要walk-in,算是營銷手法麼），然後匆匆地趕過去排在長長的慢慢蠕動的隊伍里，又充滿期待又有些絕望地等著叫號的趾高氣昂的店員慢悠悠地宣佈著，好容易進了店面點好菜，倒頭來不時有失望的感覺。然而此處卻自始至終都能安靜地做下吃飯聊天，悠悠地走開結賬時還是沒有太多人。彷彿這是才記得吃飯本身最原始最簡單最舒服的樣子。先上的是甜品。我們點了紅豆馬拉盞，缽仔糕和蓮蓉西盞。最喜歡上圖的缽仔糕，非常厚實的口感。然後點了四個菜，熱乎乎地吃上來覺得很開心。怡香茄子蝦球煲口味很濃，肉碎做得很到位。炸醬麵完全不是想像中的樣子，面比較一般，但是裡面食材豐富，不甜的西紅柿很出彩。椒鹽鮮魷的腰果很新鮮。荔芋肉片的午餐肉也不錯，荔芋汁很有奶香味。牆壁上的書法掛幅寫著「和樂無諍」。下次再去。…查看更多

I've never seen a place this suitable for 2 people or one person. The tiny little closet-like place where you can have your own ramen is a great place for you to relax and enjoy it. My friend does not like too many people and she loved the atmosphere there.Ramen was also good. When you are just tired of typical instant noodles which you can simply make at home while some restaurants charge you at a premium, this is the good place for you to enjoy good ramen. Service was really quick and I am not sure how long they took to prepare this one bowl of ramen. But I did enjoy its rich soup very much. Hope to try more ramen places to compare and see.…查看更多

I got there after a random walk seeking lunch choices. The ambiance is cute and comfortable with wooden decorations. A girl came immediately to help as the cashier. I could see there were 3 staffs in the small restaurant, a girl and two boys, ALL good-looking lol.I ordered french fries set and got to pick a type of 6-inch hot dog and soft drink. I picked the hot dog with tomato and hot dog sausage. The french fries were warm and soft, offering a nice texture but lacking the taste. The tomatos were quite good but the bread and the sausage was too plain. You feel that if only there is one thing that they put into more efforts and thought, you would have a pleasant surprise. But fact is, the sauce, the bread, the sausage, were all just so-so, as if you are buying a random piece of bread and sausage from the convenient store. I didn't try their seemingly famous over-sized hot dog, nor other recommendations. But judging from the lunch set that I had, it certainly could have improved in devoting more creativity and attention to offer us.…查看更多
