Ingredient and Portion
純朱古力 (Valrhona 53%黑朱古力磚) 100克
忌廉 50毫升
牛油 40毫升
Seasoning
糖霜或朱古力粉 少許
Method
1.用微波爐叮溶朱古力(每次20秒,共叮3次) 。
2.用微波爐叮溶牛油(約40秒) 。
3.用微波爐叮熱忌廉(約20秒) 。
4.將牛油溶液和忌廉加入朱古力拌勻 。
5.將朱古力倒入食物盒,室溫放一晚 。
6.脫模後,搓成所需大小,然後轆上糖霜或朱古力粉即成 。
