想炮製簡易甜品?到超市買現成酥皮,飯前準備好放入焗爐,加上喜歡的生果,飯後即可品嚐。

冷藏酥皮1塊
蛋1隻
新鮮桃10個
忌廉適量
Method
1. 蛋發勻;桃去核後切片。
2. 酥皮解凍。焗爐預熱至180度,把酥皮鋪在焗盤上並掃上蛋漿。
3. 用叉子在酥皮上戳孔,用石頭壓實酥皮以防止酥皮於烤焗途中升起,入爐焗15分鐘。
4. 酥皮冷卻15分鐘後,鋪上已切的桃肉,以忌廉飾面即成。
