豆腐本身具降血壓、血脂以及膽固醇之巧效。飄香豆腐做法簡單,卻十分美味,百吃不膩,有益健康。

嫩豆腐 1盒
露筍 數條
Seasoning
鹽 少許
桂花糖 適量
Method
1.將盒裝豆腐倒出,放一會,把溢出的水倒走
2.用模把豆腐蓋成花朵型狀,備用
3.露筍去皮
4.煲滾水,加少許鹽,落露筍烚4-5分鐘
5.把露筍浸冰水,令其口感爽脆
6.把露筍切小段,釀入豆腐之中
7.淋上桂花糖,即可食用

可在露筍底部切十字,讓其易熟
