Ingredient and Portion
蕎麥麵 1扎
生菜、三色椒、冬菇、磨菇 適量
(喜歡吃什麼就加什麼吧!)
Seasoning
99% Fat Free千島醬 適量
冷麵豉油 適量
(大型超市有售)
Method
1. 蕎麥麵煮至熟,過冷河,備用。
2. 生菜、三色椒、洗淨,隨意切或切絲,備用。
3. 冬菇及磨菇,過水,煮熟。(生熟,視乎個人喜好)
4. 將所有材料及醬料溝勻。完成!

本人喜好, 可不落千島醬, 而落少許日本壽司醋,
煮好麵後, 再用冰水沖沖d麵會好食d.然後撈少少麻油.加材料
加冷麵豉油及醋後, 最後洒少許紫菜絲及芝麻上面,真是好好味.
