急凍豬頸肉 1條
蝦醬 1湯匙
蒜茸 1湯匙
薑片 2片
Seasoning
盬 少許
胡椒粉 少許
Method
1. 豬頸肉室溫解凍,印乾,加調味略醃半小時
2. 薑切絲待用
3. 蝦醬撈匀在豬頸肉上
4. 加蒜茸及薑絲
5. 大火蒸12-15分鐘即成
