蜜餞無花果凍糕

無花果含豐富抗氧化物、清熱潤腸,而紅棗可補中益氣,這款甜品非常有益。

無花果 2両
紅棗 5粒
蒟蒻粉 1盒
花蜜 約7湯匙
水 3杯
Method
1. 洗淨無花果,抹乾,切件。
2. 洗淨紅棗,抹乾,去核,切件。
3. 用1湯匙蜜糖與無花果及紅棗同蒸約8分鐘,取出,待冷。
4. 燒滾水3杯,將蒟蒻粉開溶,其後加入蜜糖。
5. 用凍開水沖淨果凍模,注入蒟蒻蜜糖溶液,再放入適量的無花果肉及紅棗肉,雪至凝固,即可。
