好味有益又易做,實成功冇失敗。
Ingredient and Portion
杏仁一碗(最好用有衣o個種)
米 1湯匙
蛋白 3隻
冰糖 適量
水 6碗
Method
1. 先將杏仁用熱水浸一會去衣。
2. 將杏仁及米用3碗水浸最少3小時。
3. 用攪拌機將杏仁及米連水攪5分鐘。
4. 用煲湯袋將杏仁隔渣,杏仁水備用,再將杏仁放回攪拌機加3碗水再攪一會,再隔渣留杏仁水。
5. 用中火將杏仁水煲熱,加適量冰糖煲10分鐘。
6. 蛋白發好放進杏仁茶內,待滾起,熄火,焗一分鐘即成。
Tips
杏仁可早一晚浸定,不要闔蓋及用大火煲否則容易滾瀉。
