蘿蔔 800g
蔥段(綠色部分) 1碗
葱花(白色部分,斜切) 半碗
Seasoning
蒜蓉 2茶匙
鹽 1茶匙
韓國辣椒粉 2-3茶匙
白醋 1茶匙
糖 2茶匙



鹽 3tbsp
水 2L
Method
1. 蔥段(蔥的綠色部分) 切條備用
2. 葱花(蔥的白色部分) 斜切備用
3. 把白蘿蔔切成大約0.5CM絲,泡在鹽水裏面10分鐘後撈出瀝水
4. 跟調味料混合

Tips
糖可以用2/3杯雪碧/蘋果汁代替
