Ingredient and Portion
全麥包 2片
蘋果 1個
奇亞籽 1茶匙
蕃茄蓉 12湯匙
Seasoning
玉桂粉 1/2茶匙
Method
1. 把蕃茄壓成蓉, 加入已發脹的奇亞籽後備用
2. 全麥包面搽上一層自製的奇亞籽蕃茄醬
3. 蘋果鋪面後加入玉桂粉
4. 放入焗爐,焗10分鐘
Tips
很多標榜高纖,助腸胃健康,排走脂肪的全麥包是把白包加上色素/焦糖/糖漿假扮而成,纖維量連2g/100g也沒有呢!要選膳食纖維含6g-10g/100g,成份中含全麥粉的全麥包!
