薯仔除了可以做餸菜,仲可以做曲奇,仲非常美味添
Ingredient and Portion
薯仔 150g﹝去皮計﹞
低筋粉 90g
高筋粉 90g
牛油 90g
鹽 2g
糖霜 60g
蛋 1隻﹝掃面用﹞
白芝麻 適量
Method
1. 薯仔切大粒蒸20分鐘後,將薯仔壓成泥備用
2. 低粉加入牛油,用叉將牛油壓入粉內,直至完全混合成粉粒狀後
3. 加入鹽、糖霜及蕃薯泥拌勻成麵糰,放雪櫃雪半小時
4. 麵糰捍成長方型簿片﹝約3mm厚﹞,放表面掃上蛋液,灑上芝麻,切成長條狀
5. 180度焗約15分鐘即可
