鮮奶 1盒(236毫升)
薑汁 適量
糖 適量
Method
1. 將薑磨成茸,隔渣成薑汁備用。
2. 將鮮奶倒入一隻可以入微波爐的杯,按個人口味加入適量糖。
3. 將奶放入微波爐加熱1分20秒,取出輕輕攪拌數下,讓糖容易溶解。
4. 將奶再放入微波爐加熱40秒,拿出來再輕微攪拌數下,璀定糖已溶解。
5. 將薑汁攪勻,然後將奶撞落薑汁,等3至5分鐘,即成。
Tips
1. 以上用的微波爐是900W,而奶是由家用雪櫃取出,使用不同火力的微波爐和牛奶,需酌量調校時間。
2. 薑汁本身有天然石膏粉,這就是令奶凝固的主要關鍵。薑汁放在碗中一會兒石膏粉便會沉底,所以將奶撞入前一定要將薑汁攪勻。
