糯米粉 80克
鷹粟粉 30克
糖 30克
水 50克
椰漿 100克
椰絲 適量
芒果 1-2個
Method
1. 把糯米粉、鷹粟粉、糖、水及椰漿混合起來,攪拌至無粉粒。
2. 水滾後,將麵糰用中火蒸15分鐘,取出待涼。
3. 芒果切粒。(要切大粒,半個芒果起8粒果肉)
4. 戴起膠手套,拿起約30克麵糰,包入2粒芒果肉,收口,滾上椰絲即成。
