綿羊肉 600克
檸檬 2個(取汁)
紅火龍果肉 300克(壓碎)
Seasoning
龍果红酒兩杯
蠔油 2湯匙
魚露 2湯匙
糖 3湯匙
蒜蓉 2湯匙
薑蓉 2湯匙
Method
1. 熱鍋,把果肉煮滾後轉小火,倒入所有調味料煮成醬料,將羊肉醃入。
2. 醃1小時後,用大火攝氏200度烤至半熟即可。
