Cupcake材料:
牛油 40克
Crisco固體菜油 40克
砂糖 30克
蛋 66克
自發粉 118克
牛奶 20克
焦糖醬 45克
樂家杏仁糖 45克
Butter Cream Topping材料:
牛油 120克
糖霜 36克
雲呢嗱香油 少許
Method
Butter Cream Topping做法:
1. 牛油加入糖霜及雲呢嗱香油,用電動打蛋機拌勻至淺色近乎發白。
Cupcake做法:
1. 牛油、Crisco固體菜油加砂糖打至鬆起及淺色。
2. 電動打蛋機用慢速分五次加入蛋拌勻。
3. 加入1/3牛奶拌勻。
4. 加入自發粉及樂家杏仁糖拌勻。
5. 再加入餘下的牛奶拌勻。
6. 將麵糊以唧袋或匙羮放入紙杯中,放入已預熱的焗爐以攝氏180度焗20至25分鐘,取出放涼。
7. 將已打發好之Butter Cream Topping用唧袋唧在Cupcake上即成。
