Bruschetta with Tomato Salsa and Mozarella

Ingredient and Portion
1 Baguette (cut into several slices)
2 Tomatoes (deseeded, diced)
2 tablespoon of Italian Basil Leaves (chopped)
6 pieces of mozzarella Cheese
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
2 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
Half an Onion (diced)
2 cloves of Garlic (diced)
Juice of half a lemon
Seasoning
Salt
pepper
Method
1.In a big bowl, mix tomatoes, basil leaves, onion, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
2.Before serving, toast the Baguette in oven for 10 minutes.
3.On the Baguette, place a piece of mozzarella and further top with Tomato mixture. Serve immediately.
