高營養低卡宇治抹茶pancake

Ingredient and Portion
1. 燕麥粉 1/2杯
2. 雞蛋 1隻
3. 香蕉 1/4條
4. 抹茶粉
5. 豆奶30ml
6. 香蕉 1/4條切片
7. 乳酪 50g
8. 鮮奶 10ml
9. 抹茶粉/可可粉/玉桂粉 適量
Method
1. 把材料1-5放入果汁攪拌機成麪糊 
2. 若麪糊太稠,可以加豆奶;太稀,加燕麥粉
3. 在平底鑊下少許油,放1湯匙麪糊
4. 每邊煎1/2分鐘至1分鐘
5. 將乳酪及鮮奶攪勻
6. 在pancake放上材料6,9及步驟5的攪拌物作裝飾
Tips
1. 把燕麥打碎代替低營養高澱粉質麪粉
2. 用香蕉天然甜味代替精製白砂糖
3. 純正乳酪+豆奶代替甜忌廉
4. 雞蛋打至起泡代替含鋁泡打粉
