Ingredient and Portion
開水 125毫升/ 1/2杯
牛油 50毫升/ 1/4杯
麵粉 125毫升/ 1/2杯
蛋 2隻
Method
1. 先將焗爐預熱至200℃。
2. 水和牛油放入煲內,用慢火加熱至微滾。
3. 熄火,將麵粉加入煲中,用木匙快速拌勻。
4. 不斷拌勻,再轉用中火煮1-2分鐘,攪至所有材料黏稠,成一糰麵糰。
5. 離火,逐一加入蛋液拌勻。
6. 將麵粉球用茶匙分成小份平均放在焗盤上。
7. 放入已預熱焗爐焗15分鐘,再將溫度調至175℃焗至金黃色。
8. 待涼後,切半,隨意擠入忌廉及鮮果即成。
