- Customers must make a reservation with merchant by WhatsApp 85362883901 before purchases. Merchants will confirm your bookings within 1 working day, then please make purchase within 30 mins after confirmation. Customer require to provide the voucher reference number, QR code, name, contact number and number of guests when making booking.
- Booking number will be provided by merchant after every successful booking. Customer need to arrive at the relevant hotel restaurant on the date and time of the appointment, and provide booking number and valid certificate for redemption.
- Reservation Service Hours (WhatsApp): 9:00 am–6:00pm, enquiries after 6 pm will be replied on the next working day.
- Once booking made the vouchers deem as redeemed. Booking date and time cannot be changed once confirmed, and no refund.
