- This Voucher is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- This Voucher cannot be resold or transferred to others.
- This Voucher can only be redeemed once during the valid period.
- This Voucher is a business transaction between the User and the Merchant. The Merchant is solely responsible for honoring the products and services as stated on the Voucher.
- OpenRice is not liable for any losses or deletion of the Voucher by mistake.
- Available from 19 November to 19 December 2019, 15:30 pm to 17:00 pm, at least 1 day prior booking required.
- Children under 6 years old are free
- Customers must make a reservation with merchant by WhatsApp 85362883901 before purchases. Merchants will confirm your bookings within 1 working day, then please make purchase within 30 mins after confirmation. Customer require to provide the voucher reference number, QR code, name, contact number and number of guests when making booking.
- Booking number will be provided by merchant after every successful booking. Customer need to arrive at the relevant hotel restaurant on the date and time of the appointment, and provide booking number and valid certificate for redemption.
- Reservation Service Hours (WhatsApp): 9:00 am–6:00pm, enquiries after 6 pm will be replied on the next working day.
- Once booking made the vouchers deem as redeemed. Booking date and time cannot be changed once confirmed, and no refund.
- If the customer fails to make a booking within 2 working days after the purchase and the appointment period is full. Refund is not allowed due to changes on appointment date and time.
- Please contact merchant in advance for special days / festival delivery arrangement and opening time.
- The menu will be slightly adjusted due to seasonality or the availability of ingredients, without notice, subject to in-store plates.
- In case of any disputes, the decision of merchant shall be final.
- Selected offer cannot be changed after purchase.
