Went to Macau to look for good shark fin soup...Came across this wonderful place at 新馬路福隆新街Already had lunch beforehand, but still wanna try shark-fin soup...So, went in and ordered the soup onlyThe shark-fin soup arrived after about 15 minutes, and a strong flavor of chicken soup came directly towards us.While opening the cover of the soup, a 1/2 piece chicken + quite a lot of shark fins could be seen together with a delicious milky chicken broth!!!!The soup was excellent with a strong chicken

The shark-fin soup arrived after about 15 minutes, and a strong flavor of chicken soup came directly towards us.
While opening the cover of the soup, a 1/2 piece chicken + quite a lot of shark fins could be seen together with a delicious milky chicken broth!!!!
The soup was excellent with a strong chicken and a little sweet in flavor, which is with a very good mixed with the shark-fin.
Personally really recommend this place.. will definitely go there again next time!!!
