有友人由加拿大返港,所以安排一行七人經港珠澳大橋到這裡食午餐。訂了11:30 時段,不太多人,環境休靜。前菜柚子醒胃,鮑魚仔一貫水準,金魚餃、燒賣皇保持到,食得出料頭好新鮮。胡蘆菓,即系咸水角,外皮煙煙奀奀,幾好。金茹和牛煎鍋貼,入邊個汁好濃烈,但又冇乜特別。野菌磨菇包,可以系因為素嘅關係,所以吾太惹味。野菌黑松露付皮卷,薑芽义燒腸冇試。清香柚子凍,食左咁多鹹野,食返d甜野,好清新。釀乳豬1隻,份量大好抵死,乳豬皮好脆,d肉又好嫩。薑汁芥蘭及百合上湯菜芯,好簡手,菜遠長度啱啱好,吾錯。尾單葡撻仔,個皮好鬆化,個人應為比馬嘉烈還出色(因為之後去了附近的馬嘉烈品嗜了)奶茶畧甜但又好順滑。埋單$2500,抵食。
